Quite nice flavours for the 4 x vegetarian mains we bought & chicken tikka starter. But the curries were all extremely oily, we had to spoon many tablespoons off of all except the Dahl!

Food and service is great would be even better if it was generally a cleaner place

Onion bhaji had been pre-cooked (day before). These had been microwaved & were rubbery in the middle. Samosa was more pastry than veg filling. Butter chicken had watery sauce with little flavour.

When they opened they were amazing. Last Saturday i went to buy some samosas they gave me stale old samosas that were hard and horrible. I feel really dissappointed and let down considering i called in advance Their chicken curry was nice.

Good deal resturant located in west Croydon, taste was good service is ok well managed. If you want to try traditional Pakistani food like halwa poori, nihari pratha this is good place for you. They started clean while we were eating so it was a bit uncomfortable because of the noice and dust. Recommended

I placed my second order and I must say, I was not disappointed once again. This time, I decided to try the lamb pulao, and it did not disappoint. The lamb and rice combination was perfectly balanced, creating a brilliant consistency. It is a must-try! Additionally, I ordered the Lamb haleem to play it safe, and it maintained the same high standard as my previous order. The meal also came with sauces and salad, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. I am now tempted to explore other dishes on the menu and provide my honest feedback. In the meantime, please continue the great work!

Went there for the first time the owner and person name Deep gave me the best customer service. Offered me a tea wgile waiting. I ordered nihari from them. Must say after pakistani nihari have eaten the best pakistani taste nihari here for the first time. Ordered other currys as well. Superb will order again sorry but must say Dawat, Royal mahal and spice village nihari is nothing compared to his nihari 10 out of 10.

Ordered for very first time from this place,Haleem was fresh and tasty, biryani was also fresh and chicken was tasty. Salad and sauces were provided which shows how much effort was put while packing the order. Keep up the good work, will surely order again and try other dishes.

Dera used to be one of my fav places to order. The chef and/or other staff members were different. The samosas weren't fresh, and I found lemons in the biryani chicken. The whole meal was sour, and there was a bitter part of the food. Not to mention the missing parts of the order. This time, it was very disappointing. Please make sure that the food is fresh and well prepared like before. Thanks.

After more than a year, I went to the restaurant and ordered their special Lamb and Chicken kadai with garlic Naan. The owner is very polite and friendly. Even though I am visiting second time after a gap, he made me very welcomed. Food was perfectly flavourful, tasty and you can see the passion in the preparation. My family enjoyed the food. I will certainly visit again and will like to try other food options.

Went there for biryani after reading the reviews. But the taste was exactly opposite of whats being said in reviews. Biryani was not biryani but pulao and that too cooked once and sold throughout the day. Not worth it.

I recently visited this restaurant for takeaway, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite being the first customer in line, I was completely ignored by the staff while they engaged in a lengthy conversation with another customer who entered after me the woman who received special attention seemed to be a close friend of one of the staff member. I waited for 5 minutes without being acknowledged or offered a menu. When I finally asked for one, I was met with a dismissive response indicating that the staff assumed I was with the other customer lol even if you thought I was isn’t it your duty to ask if we were together or inquire if I needed assistance This level of neglect and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I hope the management takes steps to improve their customer service.

i LOVE this place for delivery.lots of other places food has been horrible.i never write reviews but this place really deserves it.recently ive ordered rather a lot frm here for one person and assumed thats why i kept getting a free dessert but tday i ordered less and i still got a free dessert.plus ive always got a free mini salad and mint sauce! its lovely t get these unexpected little surprises it makes all the difference.makes a customer feel special.food always good too and reasonable price

Food average/poor, I have had a lot better. Jalfrazi was greasy and watery and no sauce, rice was sugary. papadums came with no onion salad or chutney. Samosas were ok but greasy. wont order again. Shame when a takout is a treat.

Price ⭐ | Quantity ⭐ | Quality ⭐ Absolutely brilliant! I paid £10 for an all you can eat buffet, nan, salad and a drink. I tried the following: white rice, chicken biryani, pilau rice with lamb, lamb curry on the biney, lamb curry off the bone, grilled chicken, chaana aloo, mixed vegetable curry, and other stuff I can't even remember. All I remember was - no complaints about anything. It all tastes AWESOME! If you're complaining at the quality, quantity or price, there's no pleasing you! This place is REALLY good and I eat out maybe 10+ times a week. Sure there's fancier places, but for the price, this place is GREAT!

Never had such a greasy puri in my life. Bhaaji was as expected sweet instead of having spicy and tangy flavour. Dabeli was okay.

Rank bad Giobhi, which was not even cooked. Paneer tasted like rubber with so much oil, and mixed Daal tasted grossly with no taste.

The food tastes absolutely amazing... I have tried their achar chiken, chiken curry, nihari, chiken tikka karahi and I loved all of them. Such an authentic Pakistani cuisine is a hidden gem in Croydon.

Poor quality food. The Kebabs crumble, the curries are oily and bland. The chicken biryani is basic rice with a chicken piece on the bone. All in all a waste of money.

Veg biriyani was tasty and good portion. Box was wrapped in plastic wrap, which is how I prefer my food should be packed for delivery. Not impressed by Paneer Tikka though. It was not marinated in yogurt. Seemed like paneer fry with capsicum and onions and had plenty oil for small portion. Box was not wrapped in plastic wrap. Next time please deliver all food wrapped in plastic wrap and make tikka with marinated paneer. Food was delivered on time. Thank you.

Cooking oil used was bad. It gave me burning sensation. I would not recommend any curry but rice was good.

This has become my go to place in Croydon. I absolutely love it. I have tried the prawn and chicken biryani from here both are absolutely mouthwatering. I've heard good things about the buffet from my friends as well which I'd like to try soon too. The tea here is absolutely something else. I also love how polite and accomodating the staff are, always having a smile on their face asking if everything's okay and if I need something else. I'm a regular customer now. My only regret is that I wish I didn't live far away but this place is definitely worth coming to Croydon for. Keep up the great work.

It’s our most favourite restaurant in Croydon. My husband always go with buffet and I prefer lamb biryani. Top notch taste.

Great price. Nice food. A bit messy. There was 4-5 vegetarian dishes, 2 delicious chicken dishes and 2 lamb dishes. Rice and biryani rice and nan bread. I asked for a cup of tea but got milk tea instead, and when I asked for it without the milk, the guy told me they don't have any🤔. Not 5 star as we had a local drunk coming and going out and lack of drinks available. Great place for lunch!

Overall good food and very good price for buffet. In buffet they were serving freshly cooked butter naan. Buffet includes 2 chicken 2 lamb 2 rice and 5 vegetarian dishes.

Usually I give 5 stars but today I am disappointed as the lamb shank in the pilau was over cooked quite hard and chewy. I order this regularly and usually it's 5 star quality just like how I would cook it myself but it's a let down today as I gave it to a sibling first time to try.

I ordered chicken Samosas but ended up getting beef mince ones. The lamb curry was not as spicy as I hoped it to be and lacked a little in flavor. Portion sizes were very good though and gave extra popadoms.

One of the best places in West Croydon. If you are looking for Pakistani/ Indian classic food I would suggest you try here. Currently they are offering a buffet for £6.99. (It's for a short period of time.) Options are limited though. Rice, egg fried rice, Naan bread with 2 types of chicken dish and two types of meat, and few other items as well.But other than that they have a main full menu of food. The nicest thing is they do Desi / Masala Tea which is included in the buffet. Very friendly service.
