Upon arrival the restaurant looked cosy and welcoming. The host greeted us with a glass of prosecco and juice for the children. We opted for the beef and chicken traditional Sunday roast. It was the best roast I have eaten in my life. The meat was tender, moist and juicy. The roast potatoes were crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle. The sausage meat stuffing was to die for. I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting a traditional home cooked meal. I've heard they do Italian too, so we will absolutely be back to sample this! 10/10.

143 Bath St, Ilkeston, DE7 8ASHidden away at the bottom of Bath St is an absolute gem of a mini deli selling all manner of delicious fresh made cobs & deli items. Staff super friendly & welcoming everything reasonably priced I pranced out of there with my French stick feeling very parisienne 😂
