Excellent kebab, new favourites spot to stop while traveling down the M6, will be back soon.

Cracking food. Cracking name. Cracking place. Had to go pick up the food as the delivery driver “had a heart attack” but won’t mark them down for that. Got the record for clean sheets last season so they boys got some wiggle room.

DONT bay . It was the worst experience I ever had. The test was really bad, and it smelled like a cows .

Monday Night and the Kofte is as always --delicious - it was prepared in front of me -( alongside other orders) -with care and most polite service

I like deniz. Website is easy to use and delivery is fast. But I am so sick of not getting what I paid for. I order ketchup...no ketchup. I pay extra for cheese...no cheese. Food hygiene rating has gone back down to 2/5 too which is off putting. I really like this place, just wish they would do a better job.

Given a few chance "Won't be going back" Ordered chicken tikka and donner kebab £11 6 pieces of chicken on a pitta bread measly portion and poor value for money

Ordered Pizza and Came slightly burned.Called to inform pizza was burned but ive been told the pizza waa alright made me feel like I was just trying to get some kind if freebie but that was not the case. I rarely complaint but the way it was handled was pretty bad.

Went here and was told cash only but then produced a QR code to pay by card which was easy. Had a doner which was nice. I public member said doner was decent and he was right so glad I had it. Portion was a little small for the costs but over all decent

Tried ringing this lot as foodhub wasn't working; full of attitude at 9pm ...here's me thinking that good customer service got you more customers and git people coming back for more, maybe they don't want the business but they sure as hell won't get mine.

Deniz food=The best takeaway food and staff in the world!!!! 🤛!!! Only go across the road to the other kebab shop if you want bad service or possibly food poisoning. Stick with Deniz!!!!

Had the chicken kebab with chilli sauce . It was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'll be back .

Really nice food and deliveried on time

The sooner My Kebab gets its late licence the better. Ordered online. Received three emails saying order was on its way. Tried to track it but website said order was waiting to be accepted. Tired to ring to find out what was happening. Kept disconnecting. No answer. Forty minutes. Walked twenty minutes to find out what was happening. As got to store, at closing time, got an email saying order cancelled (an hour after being placed). Told system not working. Ordered in store. Cash only. No cash. No way to order with card. Told not their problem. Compete waste of space. Hurry up My Kebab.

Possibly the best kebab I've ever had,

Ordered a donner and chicken tikka for 9 pound , only givin a donner on naan in pizza box . Not the first time either , no better than thieves. Won't be coming back , your OK if your a local, but think they can try it on with people out of town

Absolutely disgusting stone cold kebabs were put up 14mins before pizza was done, mixed kebab had no lamb on what we paid for whatever other meat that was on was salty pizza hard by the 10 minute journey back it all went in bin, would never go back if I was staving.😡

Over priced to start with then cant add up properly. Keep up the good work im sure you will be rich soon ripping everyone off. Why not have a calculator, one that works **CHECK YOUR CHANGE KIND OF PLACE**

Very tasty food and its a halal restaurant. but they should put outside halal sign. Overall a very lovely place

2 kebabs delivered cost £26 but got a fraction of the sauce and salad have had in the past.....this place has jacked up the price and SERIOUSLY reduced what you get.....we will not be back

Used to be good, but place has clearly lost its way, ordered online asked for sauce (assuming it comes in a pot as it has done every time previous) what I picked up looked like a plate of sick, I'll leave the picture for you to decide if it's palletable or not dear reader. I called up, spoke to a nice lady , explaining I cannot eat this wet mess, she says no problem come down and we will sort it, so I walked back down, on the way she called me back to say the owner says you have to pay for a new meal, I disagreed and explained it was terrible food. I was half way back to the shop and naively thought that the owner can't have seen the food and it must have slipped through the quality control net so went to talk to him. His response was that the customer is always wrong, it's what I ordered,what is wrong with the food? There is nothing wrong with it, I should have known better, he has done this job for 15 years. As soon as I admitted I should of called up and double checked rather than order online he became even more obnoxious and rude. Any way, things went downhill from there, my actions after that were not something to be proud of but locals beware they will take your money and feed you something you wouldn't feed to you dog

Usually love it here but recently quality gone down a bit, order all the time and they also always put salt on chips no matter if you check no salt or not Garlic bread is REALLY thin and undercooked and im really not one to complain but i only ever get garlic bread and chips and yet both tonight i cant eat because the wuality of the garlic bread makes it basically inedible and i cant have salt thats why i never select to have salt (ordering off foodhub) Burgers are absolutely banging at the minute though cant lie

Absolutely fantastic. We haven’t been hear in a while as the last few times (before this review) there was a few errors. However! Absolutely fantastic. On time! Food was hot. Perfectly cooked. And was delicious! We had two last week because they were so good and maybe have to have one tonight. Amazing! Definitely recommend xx

Just 5 mins off the motorway and 5 minutes to the next junction either north or south. Stopped here last night and had 2 kebabs which were tasty and the meat was warm and nicely spiced. Good portion of salad and plenty of sauce a good kebab. We have stopped here previously and had the pizza which was equally good. All in all a good place to stop and not far at all from junctions 40 or 41 of the M6

In area on holiday, stopped off at Denis Food, wasn't disappointed, mixed doner, best I've had in a while, really good portion....

have been a satisfied customer for several years....pretty decent kebabs.....but when you pay £26 for 2 delivered kebabs which had a fraction of the salad and a fraction of the sauce you used to get for a much higher price you take your business elsewhere......ruining their own buisiness

We got a take away to our camp site and we were over charged for our order the family meal grill box was a very small portion of food , there was things missing from the order and when we called to try rectify the guy in the phone was rude and condescending .. terrible customer service ,below average food & expensive save your money!!

Ordered a large and a small diner meat they were both the same. Burger looked grey almost like it been boiled. Literally charged £8 and £6 for the same portion of donor meat. Wont be gan back there.

Half decent bait. Be aware when select garlic in a meal deal it’s on top of chips rather than a rub. They forgot the salad but other than that it was ok. Not too far away from campsites for a collection.

Been hundreds of times great kebabs pizzas don’t know about burgers as haven’t had 1 there good price quick service food is allways cooked properly lovely and hot open late as finish work some times after mid night it’s still open

We placed our order on line and it said it would be 45 mins. So 1 hour later and no food, I rang and they said it would be hear in 20. Well 30 mins passed no food, so I rang again and she said it’s just setting off now and hung up the phone. We waited 1hr 50 mins for our food. Which just isn’t good enough. This isn’t the first time. It happens regularly. They need to change there timing accordingly on line so people know when to expect there food! Really frustrating.

Ordered a pizza and some chips from them, came to £20, eating the pizza and found something stuck to the side. I contacted them and they were rude and defensive. They were sending someone round to my house to check it despite me sending them photos on WhatsApp. Don't do it, don't order from them, don't waste your money. This place is dirty and they don't care.

Absolutely mortified and will never be ordering again , paid £48 for them to forget 2 items claiming one was delivered and another not ordered although still charged. We’ve found 3 eyelash hairs in our food showing the hygiene at Deniz’s is lower than standard . Our donner kabab was swimming in grease ( or what we think was grease ) and the chips were bland and dry with no salt after we clearly told them we would like salt . We rang up and complained as rightly so and got spoken to rudely and with disrespect telling us to ‘ not order again ‘ showing the lack of empathy the staff have for their customers. Definitely need a visit from health and safety !! Fuming.

Had a large kebab wasn't worth the money. Opened the box to find hardly any kebab meet. Had place across the street last week and had more meat in their small.

Delivered to our campsite hillcroft which is 15 mineutes away, was still hot! Lovely chicken tikka Pizza. Nice chips. Chilli sauce is bangin.

Tried to speak to restaurant to get refund and they were rude and threatening. Told me it’s not cold and there’s no chance for refund.

Big portions ar fair prices and quick service. The app is very useful for ordering ahead of time.

Best food I've had in ages!! Pizza was perfect, calzone was stuffed with cheese and filling, no skimping on that at all and the garlic mushroom side was AMAZING. Recommend to everyone!!

Tried ringing them while passing down the 66 to drop by for food at 00.15 no one answered the phone so dropped by anyway only to find them closing up at 00 20 in the morning. What a waste of time at least commit to your opening hours

My mixed kebab came with no chilli sauce which I ordered, the lamb was very tough and chewy, also was loaded with loads of doner meat and way to much onion. Was also only just warm enough to eat!

Me and my partner ordered yesterday I had cheesy chips and my partner had a wrap with doner meat and salad when it arrived half was warm the other half was cold we ordered and 5 mins later and it arrived. My partner now has food posing and we will not be ordering from there again and we will be telling people about this. There was hairs in my cheesy chips and some kid of bug in there it was vile. Made me physically sick and I ended up putting it in the bin waste of money will not be ordering again and I will be telling people about this experience.

Didn't get what I ordered. Ordered pizza, chips, donner meat with mayo and salad and two cans. Received pizza and a box with chips with dry donnor meat on top. When I went back to explain they question how much I payed. Finally they realised they made a mistake. Was a 30 mins round trip freezing cold and no apology.

Always a good donner kebab from Deniz. The ratio of meat, bread and salad was perfect. Slathered in hot sauce. I ate it as if I'd just left the pub at midnight. Fast and furious. I still can't decide whether or not to wash my hands as the aroma is so delicious. Excellent. Oh yeah. Where does Kylie Minogue get her kebabs from?. Jason's donner van.(titter).

Good pizzas, reasonably priced and friendly staff.

We used this takeaway frequently up till a month ago .THe food used to be excellent but we visited this takeaway maybe 5 times a month and it seems they became complacent about our business. And the quality dropped .We were often receiving burnt meat on our kebabs. And the meat content gradually became a lot less .I won’t go back now . But if your on holiday you stand a good chance of getting a decent meal

We order fairly regularly, 1st time we wanted a home delivery. Told it would take 45 minutes. It took 1 hour 30mins. I called to see where my order was and hadn’t been made yet. I was then told I could cancel or wait 15 more minutes. No discount nor apology. Totally understand it’s a busy place, but to keep your customers you have to stay professional. Very let down if you order I would pick it up. As you could be waiting a long time like us.

After years of being a loyal customer I received a pizza tonight that was so salty it was inedible. I rang to advise of the problem and was met with a so what attitude. I won't be back. Pathetic.

The food delivered to people's homes is terrible, you can't eat it. And if you want to return it, you face criticism from the owner and employees. I don't recommend it. I ordered a sheep kebab and the meat I got from a cow was burnt and raw inside, no vegetables or sauces. And my child After one bite, I started vomiting. This restaurant is subject to inspection by the Sanitary Inspectorate. I will never go back there.

Fast,friendly service and a vast choice of foods to choose from. Didn't feel rushed while I chose my food and it was delicious, very fast service and piping hot food.

It's the best place in Penrith to get a kebab, also try the mixed grill ,absolutely great , worth a visit if your in penrith

Having been a good customer for years, weve noticed over the past few months things have gone downhill. The prices have increased massively and portion sizes and quality reduced. Orders get sent wrong and delivery time is often double the time stated. Needless to say, we wont be back after giving the benefit of doubt countless times

Following the reviews me and my husband went here he ordered the shish kebab and I ordered the small doner kebab all was very fresh including the sauces but things turned SINISTER when we ordered a 10" margarita pizza cheese was horrid was mushy and sour not enough sauce was up there with some of the worst things I ever ate and the dough broke like a biscuit also the employees were arguing at the front in front of the customers and they were very angry over all they weren't bad

Busy place. Friendly guys behind counter. Looks clean and well organised. Kebabs as tasty as always but probably prefer it all in the pitta bread as before

The kebabs of whichever variety from here are excellent. Staff are on the ball and kept very busy. Not so keen on their pizza though.
