Nice meal out, good food good service. Went home comfortably stuffed :) We sat upstairs today (Oct '22), place was busy but we all got god service and great food. Another pizza tonight, great service (Feb '23) Tonight was lasagna (comfortably stuffed) (May '24)

The staff was lovely and kind, but the food was not worth the price: not Italian food in terms of quality, the pizza dough was not good and weirdly sweet, the risotto was cooked ok but the souce was a bit watery, parmigiano was definitely a bad one, nothing to do with Italian ones (I’m Italian). We took: 2 pizze, risotto ai frutti di mare, pasta alla carbonara, insalata di spinaci and olives

Very pleasant experience. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Food was good and the waitresses were friendly efficient and patient

Last minute booking on New Years Eve. Very welcoming staff, nice atmosphere and lovely food. We had a lovely evening and so glad they managed to fit us (family of 4) in on NYE.

Excellent food was had by all of our party. Service was a little slow but likely down to it being New Years Eve & maybe slightly short on staff. We were down stairs & it was quite quiet as far as atmosphere goes, upstairs was possibly a lot different. Very good though & would return 👍🏼

Best restaurant in Dursley. The place we keep going back to. Also our favourite spot for a fancy drink. The food is delicious, service is friendly, and prices are reasonable. Best of all is their lunch menu deal: 2 courses £12.45, 3 courses £14.95.

Food was lovely, we were there for my dad's 84th birthday. One of our waiters was lovely however the experience was spoiled by the miserable mood of another waitress throughout our visit.

We had a lovely lunch, 2 courses from the lunch menu £12.45. I had seabass which was beautiful (albeit small but ideal for lunch) and my wife had chicken tagliatelle which was nice and spicy, not too hot. Then I had the biggest slice of cheesecake ever, which was very nice, but now I need a sleep! The toilet was clean and functional, but could do with a bit of attention (some washers replaced, bit better presented perhaps).

Upstairs is good for families, downstairs more of a couples thing. Good food, had the signature dish Rissotto branzino (sea bass). Service fine. Upstairs lacking atmosphere.

Lovely ambience, music was in the background so you could enjoy talking to each other. Food and service outstanding. Plenty of vegetarian options. Thoroughly recommend.

Although we live locally, this was our first visit to Della Casa. We were a party of 6 (spanning 3 generations) and we visited on a weekday lunchtime for a family meal. Both the food and the service were excellent. The 2 course lunch was really good value at £12.95. We are happy to recommend Della Casa to others and plan to visit again .... soon. Update October 2023 - we have now visited on a number of occasions for lunch.

Great restaurant with friendly, attentive staff. We were a big group of 10 family, including two children, celebrating my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary. The team were extremely helpful in accommodating menu preferences & the meals were delicious. We were visiting family but when local again I would certainly like to come to Della Casa for a meal out.

I visited here on a Friday evening. Table for 1. 😊 The staff were excellent. I was upstairs, and they had a large birgroup to accommodate, but I received really attentive service. Delicious food adapted for my gf requirements. Fabulous flavour. Really enjoyed it, and a very nicely presented liquor coffee to finish. Highly recommended.

Brilliant Italian! By far one of the best I’ve been to outside of Italy. Really is one of the best places to eat in Dursley.

My wife chose this restaurant as they have a fantastic gluten free menu. Always great service and good food. No doubt we will be back soon. Thanks Della Casa.

Nice Venue in Dursley High Street with Parking Close by. Food is good and service also and nice portion sizes. An upstairs also in the event it gets busy

Ate here whilst staying in Dursley. Located just off the main high street this restaurant offers excellent food in a very comfortable setting. We had the gluten free pasta bolognaise which was delicious and the sea bass with prawns, again excellent. Staff were very friendly and would definitely recommend if in the area.

A massive thanks to all the staff at Della Case for hosting Amy daughter and 9 friends for a birthday lunch! The food was really good and enjoyed by all, service was friendly and patient with 10 young, excited kids! My wife and I had meals from the main menu which were both thoroughly enjoyed. I had linguine pescatore which was simply delicious and my wife equally enjoyed her chicken salad. But will save the last word for the Tiramisu - best I’ve ever had. Light yet rich and creamy, tasty but not overpowering. Will certainly be back for a more relaxed , grown up meal soon! Thank you again!!

WOW and WOW! My friend and I arrived at the restaurant mid-afternoon yesterday. My friend had been here before and said it was fantastic. We both had Cannelloni and well, what a treat. My working background is in 5-star hotels all over the world and I have tasted the best of the best from many Italian chefs. However, this was the best I have ever tasted. It was a masterpiece, I am sure a la minute, fresh spinach, massive portions, just bang on delicious with what I thought was a frisson of cinnamon that just hit the spot for flavour. Superb. My friend had a side of green beans and, again, a large portion, fresh and yummy. Thank you to the lovely staff and a chef who is obviously amazing and we can’t wait to sample more of the menu!

Tasty food, quick and attentive service, and Italian music in the background, makes for a great dining out experience! Not cheap but not overpriced either; the set lunch menu was good value for money.

Decent food, we found the pasta dishes were especially good. The pizza was also tasty but a bit too much cheese, if there is such a thing…The service was exceptional.

I had mussels and they were absolutely amazing. The sirloin steak was actually cooked to perfection and the best I've ever had

The food was excellent and the service was friendly and not pushy. The sauce in the Cosse Crema was delicious and the sweets were to die for. In fact we could not fault any aspect of the meal. Coming from London would I visit again ? absolutely. Expect to see us again when we are next in the area.

We have recently moved near to Dursley and this has become my to go to restaurant. We have been many times. Not once has the food or staff failed to meet expectations. Food is always very good and affordable. Service is excellent. I have taken our various family members with their children. Tables are large allowing space for artwork, and children are very well catered for. The Chefs are completely flexible to meal variations. What stands out for me is the consistently very good food on every occasion. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful restaurant. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

My husband and I just had a lovely meal and couldn't be happier. The servers were very sweet and accomodating and the food was delicious. As an Italian myself I can happily say it's been a while since I've had such good Italian food here in England. Can't wait to come again and try the rest of the menu.

Relaxed atmosphere with attentive service, plenty of parking nearby and lots of tables to choose from within the restaurant. Tried out the seafood linguine and seafood risotto, both of which were delightful and full of flavour. Proper fresh pasta too, for authenticity. Would definitely recommend.

I have not made any restaurant contributions on Tripadvisor for a long time but after 5 visits to Della Casa in less than 2 months I thought that a review was needed to explain. We receive such friendly service and the food is freshly cooked and to an excellent standard, I ‘m particularly drawn to the lemon cheesecake to finish my meal. Thank you Julio

My son booked a table for two earlier in the day, we arrived at our booked time of 6pm and the downstairs restaurant already had a number of tables in. We were offered a choice of tables and chose a window one so we could people watch whilst we ate. The waitress was very polite, took our drinks order then came back for our food order. We've eaten here several times over the last few years so knew what we wanted on the menu. I chose a linguine with king prawns, mussels in a white wine and tomatoes which was delicious, a perfect temperature and well presented. My son had the house risotto which he thoroughly enjoyed. We then had dessert, a freshly made tiramasu which was demolished very quickly and a deliciously light pannacotta. We finished off with coffee and in the time we took to eat the restaurant filled up and created a lovely atmosphere. There were people also picking up takeaway orders which is a great way to support restaurants. My only complaint would be that we weren't offered more drinks but equally we could ha e got up and asked at the bar. Parking on a Saturday night is no problem and as a disabled driver I had no problems finding parking 20 yards from the restaurant. I would definitely return and recommend this restaurant as we had a lovely experience, thank you Della Casa.

Takeaway was very poor, probably the worst I've ever had and I dont say that lightly. Food was overpriced and of poor quality, a shame.

Visited here for Dinner for the First time. Venue is modern and Spacious and has a disabled toilet. Location is good very close to the High Street and car parking very nearby. The menu was good with plenty of choice and prices were reasonable. Service was good and nice to see no service charge added automatically Will visit again

If you are looking for a well-kept restaurant with top notch employees, you can try this restaurant with an Italian specialty. It's the 5th time I've had dinner in this restaurant and I've always been impressed by what you eat there, I've ordered pizza for home delivery many times from the pizzeria and the fresh taste you find is of the highest quality. I recommend with confidence and I am convinced that you will leave with a good opinion and will surely come back!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Oh. My. God. We ended up here by chance- everywhere else was booked. No regrets. This place is unreal. The prawn starter - the sauce was so delicious I finished it with a spoon!! So beyond flavourful. Everything was delish!! Large menu with pastas, pizzas and everything in between. Great drinks ! Had a birthday party here for 5 children and 8 adults. Gave them food choice for each person apart from 2 when ordered on night to keep surprise going. 2 children has similar to spagbog. Both left it as was so dry. Had to order pizza for them instead. Looked as if precooked too early and just dried out made worse when reheated. I had mussels which were absolutely terrible. Been boiled for what must have been 30 minutes or again precooked and then heated up again. No meat left just the skin . Couldnt scoop anything out. Collected the mussels and gave to the waitress who quickly took them away. Nobody came over to discuss. A good facility would be straight over. When i went to pay the bill I asked about the musseles and he said they cant help how they come in !!! what a joke. They come in perfect. Its how you overcooked them. He was not very receptive and said he had taken the cost of the mussels off the bill which was probably 50p. Almost as if they had given the chef the night off and he had cooked it lunch time. I would hate to think a qualified chef would send this terrible food out for paying customers or is this normal fayre. Avoid at all costs. Had a take away when first opened and vowed never to return. Should had listened to myself. I have spoken to many local people who have also had issues and will never return. Dursley expect better.

We have eaten here before and it was great. Popped in at 2:30 today to grab a quick Pizza to share. The restaurant was open and the sign said it was open until 3:00... But when we got in we were told that they were not able to serve and food. Very disappointing

A brief visit with my son while visiting Wales. The pizza and calzone were fresh, tasty and a good size. Service was a little slow but otherwise a great experience.

Came for an evening meal with my wife, turning up a fair bit earlier than my booking, but this wasn't an issue for the staff. Service was attentive and the quality of the food equally good. Only comments I have centre on the slightly restricted drinks selection (no local beers?) and menu.

Celebrated my wife’s birthday with a 3 course meal, a glass of rosé and a bottle of red. All excellent with delightful, polite, unobtrusive service. Highly recommended. We are very fortunate to have such a high quality restaurant when there’s so little competition in Dursley. First class and reasonable prices. Generous helpings and the chicken is free range!

Delicious spicy chicken pasta recommended by our excellent server, Dhurim aka Julio, who was both efficient and personable. Nice ambiance, prompt service and great value.

It is a large restaurant so I was expecting the usual microwave pasta that you get in the chains. I was. Very pleasantly surprised, the food was very fresh, well prepared, presented and above all, very tasty. Service was quick and friendly too.
