Just got 2 bacon and egg rolls. Collected. Would come back again no issues what so ever.

This used to be a great deli! Now it’s awful and very over priced for the food that’s being produced. I ordered lentil soups and received freezing yellow water! Chips undercooked , salads are poor and not fresh.

I have just received an order for myself 2 rolls and square with egg and potato scone they sent links sausage when i phoned to ask why they told me they had no square sausage and sent that instead well I don't like link 🤔 you ever think to contact the customer and find out what replacement if any is wanted don't just assume that what u think is gonna be OK

Ordered the loaded chips with macaroni with extra cheese! The chips were very fresh crunchy and tasty!! The macaroni was great as well. I was a little disappointed it wasn't more cheesy especially as I'd ordered extra cheese, but I'd order from here again for sure

Not one for leaving reviews but felt the need to.. way overpriced, felt liking walking out the shop when i heard the price of £9.25 for a soup (bland & tasteless), can of juice (warm straight from fridge) & COLD chicken tikka & cheese panini, cheese not even melted! Will not be back and wish i would have read the other bad reviews first and just went to Greggs 2 doors down.

This looks like it's just deli EK, rebranded on justeat? Same place. Same awful, stale, rank food too.

Get one portion of chips which were clearly the last ones in the fryer and all the scraps and another portion which couldn’t be anymore undercooked. They were actually soggy I don’t know anyone who would enjoy undercooked chips. We were £19 in total for what we got for under average food

Ordered 2 burger boxes. One box was missing bacon on the burger and onion rings from the box. Gave up trying to get through to complain and as I ordered on their app nothing I can do about it. Best to order from just eat as they will at least refund you for missing items. Food that turned up was good.

Appalled. Simply wanted a bacon and egg roll. Was told 'no rolls'! So ordered bacon and egg sandwich instead. No problem until I tried the fatty uncooked bacon. Even the dog wouldn't touch it. Truly awful. On the upside..... the egg was ok. Won't be back.

Little pricey but food was good and the milkshakes are top tier! The staff are amazing too gave me a good laugh today 😂

They made a genuine mistake with my order i called to correct it and within minutes the manger was at my house with correct order and cakes for the inconvenience. That's excellent customer service . Great food amazing service.

Ordered breakfast from here today, and although the food was tasty there were items missing. My husband has ordered from here many times and always raved about it, but the items he paid extra for today were all missing and only got half a tub of beans with his breakfast. First time I have had anything from here and the breakfast wrap was lovely but we won't be rushing back

got salad roll twice this week and on both occasions roll was so hard couldn't eat it

Food is great and the service is good also. Unfortunately, they don't take telephone or online orders for delivery anymore and they don't accept cash on JustEat ordering so I will be forced to go elsewhere now.

Phoned for a £40 order that turned out had some of the wrong stuff in it. Phoned up to say about it to be told they couldn’t send one of there drivers down as they don’t do delivery even thou there on justeat

Sadly the Just Eat cases take priority over those of us who make the effort to go in. Food is good, just takes an absolute age to get served, and you are ignored not even a " be with you in a few" Really really disappointed in what used to be a great little place.

Went in this morning to get a baguette and the girl preparing the baguette had no gloves on and grabbed onions in the tub with her bare hands, not very hygienic and although they offered to make me another one as I gasped in shock she had done that, I felt I shouldn’t have even been asked to have a new one it should have been no question and done and shouldn’t have been put on me to tell the girl to make a new one being a shy person I felt that awkward I said no and binned it after I left. I’ve no idea when that girl has washed her hands and last time she cleaned her nails so wasn’t happy at all.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I absolutely would, first order placed showed up with a missing item, I phoned and was told that due to using just eat drivers they could not send the item they forgot I would have to replace another order and spend over £10 to get delivery, which I stupidly done. I waited 2 hours for the order to then be delayed yet again, I then phoned and cancelled the order cause by this point it was 2 in the afternoon and well past breakfast considering the first order was placed at 11am. They have proceeded to cancel the order and charge me the full amount for an order I didn’t receive. Appalling customer service for food that quite frankly was not up to scratch. All in all a 3 item order has cost me over £30 and well not even begin to talk about how rude the girl that answered the phone was.

Av just took ma breakfast out fur a game of 5 a side. link was half cooked scrambled egg was rubbery tea was like dish water usually the order is superb well dissapointed won't be back. Can you give zero stars

Great quality wraps & cakes amongst other things👌

Being a glorified cook myself got one bit of constructive criticism/advice. My partner and myself ordered food ( which was good ) but cook your chips longer so they are crispy and remain crispy. I had a ham and cheese toasty with jalapenos which was did taste great but stop wrapping your toasties in tin foil to keep them warm, use a heat carry bag. The tin foil causes the toastie to go soggy as it steams in the foil. Shouldn't have told re toast it it's not a far drive just keep it in the paper. And the replys here are clearly copy pasted so.doubt you will take this on board.

Dirty staff not wearing hair nets. All glass looked greasy and not very clean inside.

Ordered 4 milkshakes for delivery via the website. I did get a call after placing my order as one of the milkshakes was unavailable, and I was able to select an alternative. They were delivered promptly, well made and delicious. The staff on the phone and who made the delivery were pleasant and helpful.

Great produce, even so, a little expensive.

Both my partner and I orderer baked potatoes. Not fluffy and soft like you get when you bake your own. One with coleslaw and the other mango chicken. Let's just say that the food didn't settle well..! I used to visit DeliEK often, but the difference between the previous owners and new owners is noticeable.

Have used deli ek quite a few times & they have never disappointed me yet just finished my delivery from tonight as per usual the food was fresh hot & tasty would recommend them anytime 😊

Don't know if these reviews are real. Go to Just Eat for the more accurate reviews!! Shocking service! Gave them the benefit when I ordered the first time after waiting 2 hrs but ordered again and it seems this waiting time is the norm! They should NOT be offering deliveries! This place should read the truth on Just Eat.

Regularly buy food, soup and cakes from here. Can't fault a single thing on the menu Great food that doesn't bee stingy with the fillings. The cakes are out of this world too if you fancy a treat.

Ordered lunch the other day, Mexican chicken was inedible as it was so salty and full of pepper. It had a completely different colour and taste than any other Mexican chicken we've ever had from a deli. Chips were soggy and tasteless and the two pieces of chicken were over cooked and tough. The soup was also like hot flavoured water with veg and rice. Most of the food had to be binned, extremely disappointing to be honest. Definitely one of the worst scrans purchased from a deli in EK

it has changed hands not the same , all the breakfast stuff now is kept in oven , not the same cook as ian has left the bacon roll i got was solid could not eat it want be back , staff all first class.

Just purchased a chicken mayo and salad wrap - fresh, tasty and massive. It will easily do two meals😋
