DEE PIZZA in Denbighshire

Been here a couple of times now since we moved not far away. The first time it was insanely busy and full of kids inside and outside messing around so we had to wait ages just to be served and then ages to receive our food. As I said it was rammed so the wait was kind of understandable but then almost lost all our food on the floor due to the kids waiting outside messing around.To be fair the food was nice and seemed better ingredients than the usual pizza shops. The second time we visited was the other day and we got there half an hour before it opened and already there were loads of kids outside messing around and swearing quite a lot in front of our little boy which really did bother me as my partner was stood right next to them by the door. About 5 minutes before it opened the staff all appeared out of the window hatch to have selfies with the kids who were messing around. I understand that the shop is now "TIK TOK" famous but they could have said "calm down a bit first and then we do the selfies". Didn't have to wait as long as before for the food but was also a bit unimpressed that the show and dance that they put on to the kids there for selfies was completely different to how my partner and son was served. It was like our custom Didn't matter as much.we ordered 2 pizzas and one came first and had to wait for the other at the window hatch. This time the food was rubbish too! The pizza we had to wait for was barely cooked and even had to reheat it at home to finish it. All in all if I'm honest, unless you are a "TIK TOK CRAZED ADOLESCENT" this is definitely not the place for you. I think they need a much bigger shop and to probably get a lot more control over what happens in and around the shop and maybe it could be suited to all. In my honest opinion I think it's only rated so highly because the kids all want to be on TIK TOK and they let them have freebies occasionally.

We came to see what our kids TikTok phenomenon was all about and we were not disappointed…! Fantastic food, incredibly warm and friendly staff. It was worth the trip (1.5 hr drive home) we will definitely be visiting as regularly as possible. I was also very impressed to see that they use Fry light on their grill, so if you’re following a particular diet, like me, you can have your grilled chicken syn free. Never seen a take away use it- if I’d have known, I’d have had chicken on my salad wrap. I know for next time! The wraps are gorgeous! Best I’ve ever had, got to be home made……all of the food we had was delicious and we can’t wait to return for me. Thanks Dee Pizza team. May we wish you all at Dee pizza much continued success.

Obviously relying on social media to get by these days and no longer need to be quality. Overpriced, mediocre, lacking in passion. Five pounds for a small cheesy chips that they don't even put any effort into making is a rip off! You'd expect to pay that for a large, and places that care about their customers' experience would at least layer the cheese and make some effort to have it melted. No value for money at all.

Came for the 1st time today. The service was amazing, I'm a wheelchair user and there is a step to enter the establishment but they came outside, took my order and brought it back around to me. The food was impeccable, best pizza I've ever tasted, my daughter got the Burger and Fries and she even said best food she had ever tasted. Would absolutely recommend going and will 100% be going back

Nice food and nice staff. Nothing special about the food though, it's a good takeaway, but really pricey for what it is, and for where it is. Feel like a lot of the 5 stars are from people that have never been but seen on social media

Great guys and gals with a fantastic sense of humour "Oh my Gat", Brilliant with the children from school, plays spin the wheel, rock paper, scissors and if your 1st in the queue you're pizza 🍕 is free.... there's always a queue 🙄

Top staff, top food! Not your avarage kebab/pizza takeaway, customer service better than Harrods!

A lot of credit given to this place on social media. Staff are engaging unlike most places like this. Food quality was similar to that of a typical UK high school. Pizza tasted like it was made from frozen and no flavour in the wraps, just a list of lettuce even with adding extra sauce. Wouldn't have it again, and don't recommend having for the first time unless Ur desperate for food

Banging little pizza shop in the middle of the town. Massive selection of pizzas and other snacks. Friendly atmosphere and brilliant service. Definitely go back here again when I'm next in the area.

The busier they get the ruder they get. Pay more attention to the tourist visitors than their regular local customers who keep them going all year round. It’ll end up a summer season business only if they carry on that way.

Rubbish. To be honest yes I am from an older generation but id rather not have a camera shoved in my face whilst ordering my dinner. - The owner clearly only cares about TikTok videos rather than serving quality food.

Staff was super friendly and the food was amazing.

Came all the way from lincolnshire! Definitely worth it! Food incredible, prices are perfect and chips were perfectly salted and crunchy! Will hopefully be returning soon! Next step for dee pizza is that you can eat in!

Spectacular pizza, just what I wanted at the end of a pleasant night out in Llangollen!

Visiting the area and wanted takeaway, ordered online, no problems and managed to park nearby to pick up . The large doner wrap was excellent, I was impressed with it's size and the meat had a good flavour and texture. For the money it was an excellent portion and good value, meat well packed all the way down. Probably the highlight of my trip to the town if I'm honest.

Don't know where to begin, only been watching you for a short amount of time. But watching you suprise your customers makes me smile, I enjoy your videos mate! Love from Australia.

Due to the world of TikTok this was the 1 place my son asked to visit as Christmas present 😂 we visited from Friday -Sunday and both nights we went to Dee’s and both nights we were not disappointed. Angel is an absolute star and is exactly as you see him online he is an absolute pleasure to talk to and amazing when communicating with my son who has learning difficulties. The atmosphere was brilliant and the food was beautiful. First night we had the pizza and the second night we had kebabs and the famous Nutella pizza and ‘oh my gat’ the Nutella pizza was the start of the weekend … thank you Angel and the team there is a reason you are TikTok famous but your food and personalities absolutely make your takeaway outstanding thank you

Decided on last minute to order a pizza from here. Walking into the shop we were greeted with such a friendly bunch of staff. The atmosphere was excellent. To top it off was the pizza, it was 1 of the best i have had. Keep it up guys Will definitely be back.

Well, it was a 90 minute drive to get to Dee Pizza after following on instagram for months. Absolutely worth it. We had a pizza, fries and a large donner wrap. And when i say large...i mean LARGE. Full to the brim with tasty donner meat and you can tell the wrap was freshly homemade and the salad was fresh. The fries, simple but seasoned well and again a good portion. The 14" all meat pizza, as amazing as it looked in all the videos, once again you can tell the ingrediants were fresh, it was full literally to the edge of the base, the base was also fresh and soft. Worth driving a 3 hour round trip and will 100% be back to try something new. Apologies for the picture being dark as we wanted to try so badly that we parked up to eat round the corner lol.

I think it's so amazing that he gives out not only 1 free item, but whatever they want for free being the first customer everyday! If I ever make it to the UK, I WILL BE THERE TO SUPPORT YOU!!

I went in and ordered because me and my sister were on a trip and thought it would be a good place to stop in as we have seen it on tiktok, but the food we got was stone cold and stale, not impressed, I wish it was better :(

Oh My Gat! I really want to go there how do you look like.

We visited here for a pit stop on our way to Rhyl. They have very good pizza, and I'm pretty sure I ended up on their social media account. The only problem is that if you are in a car, parking is minimal, and the street is very narrow, so it is hard to drive through. Still, the food is incredible! I will definitely visit once again next time I am coming up to north Wales.
