All my order was wrong ask for large beans n large gravy ended up getting 4 small gravy asked for no chicken legs and asked for some sort of chicken breast meat did not get any asked for mint areo got chocolate did not get my hot wings I also was in Blackpool last weekend ordered £35 worth of food and it never turned up absolutely useless

We visited as a family for an adhoc lunch time meal. The food for adults and children was really good quality and great value. Our server Natalie was very pleasant and attentive.

I come to Dearne valley farm a lot and it’s great service the staff are wonderful and very helpful and the food is amazing. Claire has catered for us today and she is fantastic!!!

Food is OK, you get what you pay for, unfortunately the staff are not fully trained, staff trying to take plates before the table is finished and when you say no they question if you have finished or not.

Great place for Sunday carvery. Lots of choices Would have gave 5 however no new potatoes at all left. Would be ready in 15 minutes. Yorkshire puddings were in the small side too, usually larger. Other then that amazing as always. We had a lovely young lady clear out table very polite and happy, bubbly and smiling. Millie was her name I think

I told them I was allergic to cheese when ordering my zinger tower meal and asked for no cheese. I saw them in the back rubbing cheese on the zinger and laughing and then putting it in my meal. I had to walk out and leave I was so scared for my safety. I will be contacting the relevant people about this.

Terrible wait, completely wrong order. Everyone asking for a refund. Find another KFC or better still a different food outlet.

I went to the drive-thru and ordered a boneless box meal with a Pepsi. I received a Fanta instead, and the order was thrown together, even though there was no rush or large queue. It seems to be a common issue at this location, with staff frequently mixing up orders or not being particularly concerned with providing good customer service. They often blame external factors for the problems. Having visited this place more than once, I feel that the value for money is abysmal compared to other nearby options. I hope this location eventually changes to a different food chain that cares about quality and customers, as KFC has clearly given up on this place

Absolutely shocking got our food home the fries was cold the fillet burger was shocking never going to kfc again could have done a better job myself

I went when it opened gave it a year sams again, tried it on 14th September no improvement clear issue is communication if you compare the coms in McDonalds there is vast difference. KFC near Durkar junction 39 has no issues in comparison

Absolute disgrace no customer service, been standing at the checkout for 15 min, staff did not even acknowledge us, they looked at us and just ignored us.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Carvery was lovely as always and I had the best carvery that I liked at Dearne Valley Farm that I came to this place for my Mum,s 55th birthday last year in September 2023 and I gave this carvery at Dearne Valley Farm a 10/10 for the best carvery at Dearne Valley Farm and the most importantly the cake dessert to take home that the staff did an awesome job choosing the right cake for me to take home and this cake tasted amazing as well and hopefully I will go to Dearne Valley Farm in the future.

Not been for ages as was finding food items missing when we got home and always have to ask for the dips you’re supposed to get with your meal but thought we would give it another go. Not a great experience again…Used the drive through service and had to wait 20 minutes for food and watched other people come and go with their food despite ordering after us. Wouldn’t exactly call this fast food.

Ordered £28.00 of KFC tonight and so utterly disappointed, The staff didn't look like they knew what they were doing. We asked at the tills about the missing items on the menu to be told quite abruptly by who looked like the store manager drinking out if a cup, No gravy or beans no Pepsi maxi cherry or crushems... still ordered regardless! Once home realised there was rocket on the salad which isn't normal... normally iceberg... one order wasn't with mayo the other was with , neither of them Came with mayo. The zinga meal had been mixed up totally with another meal! I was so looking forward to this meal! What a let down !

After family day out , way to the home, we stop at KFC . We go in to order food takeaway. One thing that takes 20 minutes for our order preparation is that I'm not very happy because we are all tired be and the takeaway will be empty . Bet this is nothing when we try how much tasty food there is and all so good serving! Definitely recommend! Inside tubeless be very clean and nice atmosphere, just we can't enjoy eat in because at home dogs waiting us already 5 hours! 💫

What an absolute shambles of a fast food outlet. It’s not KFC, it’s this particular branch. I went to KFC recently and got my food in 2 mins. I’m currently writing this review after 15 minutes of waiting for my food… completely understaffed.

Been a few times now and each time the service is slow and the whole place seems disorganised. Staff not bothered about youths hanging around kicking stuff and making a right mess out of the place. Won’t be coming back again that’s a definite.

Absolute nightmare really smelly no air-con can’t order the drink I wanted manager has a serious attitude problem, the rats get better treatment

Gone have the days of FAST FOOD Ordered on the app just after 7:10pm and though with living 5 mins away the food might be getting prepped or might even be ready when we got there. Nope quite the opposite Was told to pull up and wait as the chips weren’t ready. We pulled up in the last and only spot available as an orange VW ID Buzz was also sat waiting in the only other spot. A Just-Eat driver in an old silver Honda Jazz parked in the disabled spot. 3 more cars came through after us and got told to wait in the waiting bays….what waiting bays. The orange Ford Ranger had to use the last disabled spot. The black Ford Ranger has to park to the side of the KFC carriageway Then luckily the VW Camper left allowing the Blue Ford Puma to park up. After a 20 minute wait we politely asked the staff member fetching out the food how muck longer would we have to wait to his response “I’ve only got 1 pair off hands” Inside we could see at least another 3 member of staff. 2 stood in the kitchen and another wandering around the tables moving chairs that were already neatly under the tables and didn’t need touching 🤔 We got our food and the usual “Sorry for your wait”

Usually great but sick of the catastrophe everytime you go around the drive thru. Refused to park this time as there was no where to which we were told "you have to, we're on a timer" ....yes a timer to serve the food not just keep pushing people through the drive thru. Fail

Yet again I had to sit and wait for food in the car park. When I arrived home I found chicken to be over cooked and dried. Had ordered a 10 piece bucket only to find 9 legs and 1 breast. It was not freshly cooked Evan though I had to wait for the meal to be prepared.

Discussing ordered it on the app got home to fined no chips in the bucket rang them up told us to come back then to get the chips that was burnt & hard

Called into the store to order at the machine as we wanted to customise some of our choices. We ordered to take away After ordering we waited for just over 20 mins. When we got our food home we found that our burgers were not as we had asked for. I personally ordered hot wings and extra hot wings. All 4 of them were well over cooked and the coating was rubbery and not crispy at all. We have used the store at Rockingham a few times now and each time our order is never correct or the food is sub standard. I would not recommend using this KFC as they seem incapable of getting things right, the staff look like the couldn’t organise a p*** up in a brewery never mind packing food, does NOT even deserve the 1 star!

It's just a standard KFC however no forks my wife was offered a spoon 🙃 service I'm afraid wasn't very good plus the prices have shot up

Rating for drive thru as I haven't dined in. Regularly stop by to catch a bite while doing my work runs. Lovely, no frills service with very polite staff. My drive thrus are always seamless and the food is top tier KFC. Huge bonus is not height restricted so can get my small and medium vans through. Love it

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star but here we go. Me and my partner have been a few times, when the staff have been slow and Doesn't have a care in the world... after ordering they said they ran out of beans and gravy! And this is after we ordered which came to alot of money so we had to eat chicken and chips dry!!! The chicken was slimy so it wasn't fresh and the chips had too much seasoning on. DONT GO THERE

Seriously the Worst KFC meal we have ever had , I have tried to call To complain but no answer ! Arrived at drive thru and was told chicken was a 7 min wait which was ok , over 20 mins later we were still sat waiting , fillet burger meals an absolute disgrace. It’s time for shake up if managers and staff think it’s ok to. Let food out of the door like that !!!

All round 4/5. Food is usually to a very high standard, but there are numerous times we have an item missing. A quick visit inside gets this rectified no questions asked, but it shouldn't need this. Staff are always friendly and it's never usually too busy, and the site is always very clean.

When you spend over £40 on a order for delivery and half the order doesnt come and you cant get in contact with the restaurant cos they take the phone off the hook is disgusting will never use this restaurant again they never get orders right.

Food was good but price of megabox has gone up.

We waited 2 and half hour for our order to arrive. For last hour we kept ringing restaurant to cancel but they never answered. Restaurant was shut at 11pm , our order was delivered half past 11. We only received 1 rice box ( missing chicken zinger and beans ) , missing bbq chicken bites and missing chicken wings so literally we received 1/3 of order ! 1 bucket for one and 1 rice box costed us £37 !!! LOL WHAT A JOKE! Food arrived cold. Absolutely disgusting service. When we placed an order it said on app that it will be delivered within 1h. If I'd know that they will be delivering before midnight I wouldn't be ordering. But once we've placed the order the ETA kept changing to longer wait. I'm absolutely not happy with this experience and won't be placing any orders with them currently I'm waiting for JustEat to refund me my money.

Went through the drive-through, took a good 10 minutes to be served, and there were only two cars in front. When I got to pass, Pop n said, "Go to a space till food ready." Only ordered 6 piece family feast with two gravy and pop, also a small beans and a mini filit burger. Waited 30 minutes before someone came with food, got home, and was no beans, three pots of gravy, chicken tasted and looked burnt.

We visited on Saturday afternoon because we were looking for somewhere to take my mother out for a meal. Mum is 90 and in a wheelchair so this looked like a good spot, disabled parking by the entrance and very accessible. The team quickly sorted us out, choosing a very goog location where mum could feel comfortable and relax. Lots of people were going for the carvery but we chose off the menu. Pies for us and mum the scampi. Food came out quickly and we all loved it. In the past 10 years I heve never seen mum eat a full plate of food but she ate it all. After the meal we needed a bit of assistance for mum and they were all extremely helpful and helped out without any fuss. I especially wanted to thank Claire, she was so helpful and kind and made mum feel so relaxed. I can't thank you enough Claire for all your help, you really turned a minor problem we had into a totally enjoyable afternoon. All mum talked about on the way home was how wonderful Claire and the team were. Thanks again, we have definitely found a great place for an afternoon meal and very many thanks to Claire for all your help.

We ordered 12 meals at 6 pm and were told it would be a 45 min wait. After an hour we checked up and they said it would be a further 45 mins. After complaining we were told it they would see what could be done. When we checked back after 10 mins we were told it was being plated up. Our meals began to come at 7.30. The last one arrived at 8pm. One of our party decided they no longer wanted their meal. We had children with us who were hungry and becoming tired. Tables were not cleared. This was the same the last time we came. It was blamed on lack of staff. However this time their delivery orders were taking preference to people at the venue. Thank goodness for the play area for one of the children. However this area needs a thorough clean as the equipment is extremely dirty and unhygienic. Our granddaughter wanted this venue for her 5th birthday meal. The play area is only for up to 5 year olds supposedly. Great we can tell her she is too old for it when she is 6 and we won’t have to go back again. Greene King look at your venues. You need someone doing spot checks. Get it sorted. You have now lost 12 customers visiting your venues.

Very slow service over cooked chicken dirty tables no staff seemed to give a damn

Very poor service waited more than 1 hour for food and even then it was all wrong typical management shouting from the back and not helping on the front

Do not go to the dearne valley farm We arrived at 6pm wasn’t told when ordering food it could take 50 minutes. When food came out 55 minutes later the hunters chicken was overcooked and dry really small portions couldn’t cut it with the knife. The steak and ale pie had a piece of glass in it, the 3 carrots were cold the peas were lukewarm and chips overcooked. We complained and sent food back we were told they were short staffed which shouldn’t be an excuse.

This is one of the worst places ive ever been. not only was the food cold, they sent out the wrong food twice! not only that, the way they treat there staff is disgusting! i felt like getting up and cuddling one of them because of how bad she was spoke to!! avoid this place at all costs!

Ordered 3 x too good to go carvery meals no meat in any yet that's what we ordered.if the chef ran out of meat we should have been told and would have refused. I called the restaurant 15+ times and do t seem bothered to answer. Poor service and won't use again either too good to go or visiting.

Use to like KFC! But this one was a six family feast which was all grease and all drumsticks! With cold chips. Will not be using again! better off going to a small independent chicken place near me which is better quality and alot cheaper. Would have given a zero rating.

Claire seemed nervous with not much confidence in herself but was so lovely and did everything perfectly. It was also lovely to see the chef Sas, who's the kindest person. Food was lovely and these staff members especially were also lovely.

We decided to give this place a second chance after a few emails with management they said things have changed and boy had they .Happy smiling staff food looked and tasted fantastic the gravey was so nice you could have made a meal of just that it was so worth going back.The blip in-service and food we had before has been wiped away thanks Rebecca and staff you have converted us back to greene King see you soon Pete UTB

Went to DVF for a bite to eat on my way home, Ruby behind the bar was lovely, service with a smile goes a long way. Received my food without a long wait, it went down a treat alongside a nice cold pint. The waitress Ellie was great, quickly got me some sauce once I’d got my meal and checked back mid way through to make sure everything was up to standard. Would definitely recommend.

Today we were served by Ellie, who was very hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble, very nice friendly atmosphere. The food was lovely and quick.

Absolutely brilliant time here! Food was amazing and staff were so lovely to us all. Libby looked after us really well and made sure that everything was ok for us all. The lady on the bar, didn’t catch her name, was also very lovely when we was ordering our meals.

Me and my partner visited this morning and had breakfast it was quiet and the food and service was great. We were served by a girl called Laura who made us feel welcome. We have been before and will definitely be back again soon.

What a disaster one order bargain bucket no chips at all ,another meal boneless banquet for one, 6 single chips cold chicken tasted like rubber could have been the day before chicken? Pepsi max ordered got cherry instead come on it can't be that hard ,what a disaster . ps forget to put any sources in at all .it will be a long long time before we return.

I've been in a number of times later in the evening (2230-ish) now where the staff have told me they don't have any chicken. I'd be worried if that was the case given how many times it's happened, but given that every time the staff were leaning about chatting with all the machines off, I get the feeling this isn't the case. To be honest, the few times I have eaten there earlier in the day, the portion sizes have been a lot less than at other KFC's and the customer service hasn't been very good. All-in-all, I think I will be avoiding going back and hope I can find chicken at some other chicken-focused restaurant, although that's supposedly a big ask.

What can I say. Sat at the drive through ordered a chicken fillet kids meal with chips and fruit shoot. Zinger burger box meal and fillet burger box meal. When they handed me the food I said where's the fillet burger? Server told me it's under the box meals. Goes home 15 min drive. No filler burger and no chips! Tried to call about 20 times with no response. Will be heading back for a full refund. Sadly they weren't even that busy..

Just ordered a Family bargain bucket it this afternoon at 4pm on the 19/03/24was over cook and the chips was very soggy Ordered and one of the staff was very ignorant when I ask for some sources

Very poor restaurant. Don’t believe they actually have a ‘Krushem’ machine. I pass the restaurant quite often and have stopped in 4/5 times between 7 and 11pm over the last few months. Each time the machine has always been in ‘cleaning mode’ Last Monday I came to the restaurant around 7:30 and was told the machine was in cleaning mode. Passed it again so tried again around 9:50 and was told the same thing. How long does it take to clean?😂 If they don’t do Krushems after a certain time, fair enough but why don’t they just say that instead of continuing to advertise that they do? Krushems aside (that are usually nice) the service is always very slow especially in the drive through.

Improved since last time we visited, all in all a pleasant experience.

Typical KFC. Service was quick and friendly, it wasn't busy (Friday evening). We had the boneless bucket take away ... cost £23.99. The food was good and hot. I love the corn on the cob and the popcorn chicken always a hit. We would get food from there again.

The sound system was turned up that much it was distorting the music that was playing that much you couldn't tell what music was playing...after 10 minutes all I wanted to do is leave...

Very rarely have KFC - Always found for what it is - its very expensive and for this price there are better options available...Also everytime we go through the drive thru, we always have stuff missing and it's hard to check the bag as everything is chucked on top of one another...

Edit - called back again, again very slow service I think it's run on a shoestring so don't blame staff but 1 person serving at your busiest time. took forever to order at the drive thru, told to park at a bay we couldnt as a delivery driver was parked in it. then waited 20 minutes for our order, turns out they gave it to the wrong person.

Food was fine. Pretty standard KFC but there constantly get orders wrong even when no one is there. I go to another KFC now to avoid the return trip to collect what I paid for!

Really poor all round, food that I had to park up and wait 10 mins for (which I don't mind) was stone cold, I live 2 mins drive away. Chips were soggy, which is bad enough, but also the portion size was a joke or would have been if they hadn't already been rendered inedible by having been drowned in salt. The service at the drive thru window was also rubbish, had to wait at the order point for 5 mins before the order was taken, by a person who had no idea what customer service is about and appeared to want to be anywhere but doing thier job. All in all save yourself the trouble and go to McDonald's round the corner instead, at least your food will be warm.

Disgusting filthy place had stomach ache after eating

Last time we ordered here the new fries were absolutely inedible. The salt on them was disgusting and so was the coating on the chicken. £30+ spent on a treat meal which was disgusting. By the time we had got home the store was closed so couldn't return the vile order. So disappointed and a complete waste of money, avoid at all costs
