Delicious food and fantastic service. All the people are super friendly. Highly recommended for an authentic and very delicious Arabic cuisine.

Had a really lovely meal and the chef was very helpful going thru the menu and telling us which one he recommended and also told us what every meal was if there was something we didn't understand. Brilliant service and food

VISIT DATE: THU 20/06/2024 VISIT TIME: 12:15 - 13:45 Visited with my Grandmother and her brother, both of whom have been before. This is a small premises, offering restaurant and takeaway service, nicely decorated and with a really lovely lady doing front of house. We were served complimentary olives and pickled vegetables whilst we looked over the menu. I shared Beruiti Chicken with my Grandmother to start, which was very nice, whilst my Great Uncle had halluloumi with chili jam, which he really enjoyed. He and my Grandmother both had a mixed grill as their mains, whilst I had a lamb wrap. Good food at great prices for the size of the portions. Very enjoyable and would come again. Our total spend, which included a drink each, was £45.45.

The staff, the service and the food were outstanding. We all agreed our dishes were delicious and could not be faulted. We will not only be returning but also recommending D’bouk to all of our friends. Thank you.

Delicious! Once again very tasty and healthy flavours, great options for veggies. Friends very impressed with Baba Ganouj, Cheese & spinach rolls and Kody’s main was tender and flavorful.

Delicious, we had the smoky baba Ganouj… this was my favourite really flavourful of smoked aubergine, pleasantly presented with sumac and pomegranate. Tabuleh was tasty also nicely presented, and mixed grill moist, juicy and good flavours. The Lebanese cheesecake is creamy, crunchy with pistachios and not overly sweet we really enjoyed that. Will order again!

Wow, why haven’t we visited this hidden gem earlier? Being Lebanese, my wife, 3 kids and I absolutely loved the food and the kids are still talking about it. Everything was faultless and we were very impressed. Lebanese generosity at its best. We will definitely be back.

What a fantastic find in Rayleigh, super restaurant, excellent staff, really pleasant and helpful and efficacious, food was utterly sublime we both had the king prawns with rice, a nice gesture if feee pickles and olives at the start and a baklava each for free at the end, everything just melted in the mouth. Will definitely be back and tell friends about this place.

Visited with a couple of family members for dinners. First thing I would like to say is that the food was excellent. However, due to extremely slow service we did not have the best experience. We had made a booking but when we arrived (at the time we had booked) the table was not available and the people sitting on it looked like they had only just started eating. We were asked if we could come back in a while, this wasn't ideal but we did not have much choice. When we rented in about half an hour our table was ready. The waiting staff were polite and told us that they would give us a discount for the inconvenience. We ordered a starter and a main which as I previously said, the food was lovely. However, even though we were not in a rush, the food took a very long time to be served. By the time we had got our main meal and finished eating it was getting late, but when the waitress cleared the table we were asked if we would like anything else, and we asked for the dessert menu, but a few minutes later the waitress returned and advised us that the kitchen was closed. Due to the lateness of being seated, at no fault of ourselves, I would have expected the kitchen to have started open until we had finished, or at least been advised that the kitchen was going to close and asked if we would like desserts so they could have prepared them before closing the kitchen. If we had not experienced the problems above I would have given five stars. I hope the owners are able to sort the problems with the kitchen service, as I would like to visit again, but do not want the same problems with a booked table not being available or the long wait for food.

The food was horrible. Meat was burnt and rice was under cooked. Can’t believe somebody packed that food to deliver to someone to eat it. Won’t order again.

Way too much coriander across the whole dish and didn’t include any sauces, which most Turkish restaurants do.

Food was just ok on this occasion - delivery longer than usual + the only thing that could be classed as the accompanying salad was in the same box as all the meat/rice, meaning that it was warm and wilted, not the best to eat and limited for what was included.

After quoting 25-40 minutes, I waited over 2 hours and still no delivery received. Eventually cancelled the order with nothing in sight

I’m fuming. Ordered a half grilled chicken with rice for £18 all in. Chicken has no colour or flavour, definitely been nowhere near a grill and the rice is hard, I can’t even eat it. Totally disappointed and ruined my Saturday night. I’ll never order from here again and I wouldn’t recommend if you want flavour.

Food was good. However, some items ordered should of had pomegranate in it and there wasn’t any.

Good quality good, tasty but portion size for the price was underwhelming. Massive tray with barely any rice at all.

Wow! Absolutely blown away by the food. It was delivered in good time, the driver was really lovely and polite and the food still lovely and warm. I hade two starters: Hummus Kawarma (lamb) and Arayes. Portions were so generous that I will be having the rest this evening. The taste of the food was incredible. I have never tasted food as good as this before. So impressed that I called the restaurant. Can't recommend highly enough. Excellent value for money as well.

Everything was delicious but we did get sent the wrong food! Ordered a chicken wrap and received a Halloumi one! Still yummy but not what we ordered!

The tagine didn’t resemble any I’ve had before. No sign of fruit. Meat over cooked and tough and crunchy cous cous. I did complain and was offered a comp meal next time but to be honest I don’t think I’ll chance it again.

Disappointed had waited over an hour. The food came lukewarm, the chips where mcain oven chips, covered in oil and grease. The wrap was passable but again cold, the falafel was dry and with a sad looking salad. The baklava was actually nice although the ice cream that was meant to be accompanying it was nowhere to be found. Overall was very disappointing and will not be ordering from there again.

Best takeaway we’ve had in years.

A relaxed atmosphere is the first thing that strikes one. The room is tastefully decorated with simple furnishings. It is airy between the tables despite the small venue. The light is subdued and mostly consists of light coming in from windows and candles. The staff is committed and helpful, well-read and knowledgeable. Not a large selection of wine, but the range they have went well with the food in my case, well thought out. The food is far from the usual ones offered in fine restaurants. Is you get an experience with flavor combinations and texture beyond the ordinary. With this I expect a price range out of the ordinary, but in our case there was nothing that stood out. Well worth a visit, one of London's best dining experiences.

Love the mixed grill, didn't like baklava and Ice cream too much

Initially a delivery time of between 45 mins and an hour was quoted, which was fine. The deadline passed so I started calling the restaurant, no answer just an answer phone, left a message as requested for a call back, no call back! Kept phoning, no answer used the just eat app to request update eventually told food was going to be another 40 minutes, no explanation. Food arrived, it was warm and ok. Very poor customer experience. Won’t be coming back, was expensive too.

Was very disappointed in the mixed grill. The chicken and Lamb was tasteless and even the salad was very bland. You also only get 1 small piece of bread. Overall, I won’t be using these again. Far better around.

Food was late, app not updating tried ring the restaurant and went to answer machine. Ordered based on the reviews, not sure how this place could get such good reviews, over an hour for food. Joke , I just want a refund

When me and my son walked into this small restaurant we didn't think much of it as we thought it would be a regular type of restaurant. But we were surprised by the quality and quantity of food .Highly recommended.

Just been for our second visit to Rayleigh’s best kept secret. What a gem, excellent all round, even the Lebanese house wine (white) is very drinkable. Prices very reasonable. Top of our list for places to eat out.

Delightful little restaurant serving fantastic freshly cooked Lebanese food. The service was very good and the wine list was interesting and included a selection of Lebanese wines. Prices were very reasonable. Overall a very good lunch.

Popped in with my family to treat ourselves earlier today. Loved the decorations as we walked in and the service was amazing to start with. The starters were very flavourful and was well worth the wait! The mains are amazing! I had the mixed seafood and I fell in love within the first bite! I recommend the baklavas for dessert. Very soft and sweet! Would definitely go again!

Tuesday summer evening, Lamb tagine was amazing the meat fell off the bone effortlessly. I’m not local but if I was I would 100% return or recommend this place to others. I love little gems like this.
