All food is very nice my only complaint is iv ordered from here afew times now and it says the apple pie is served with custard but never has came with custard

Fantastic food. Didn't know this place was here but noticed and visited on a free afternoon. Generous portions of very tasty food. Definitely a hidden gem.

Food and service left a lot to be desired when we visited. Family has visited before and said it was good so we tried it but our experience wasn't great . Felt ignored by our waiter on a number of occasions.

Good food, reasonably priced, well served, what's not to like? I don't drink wine to a great degree, but my dinner companions all commented on the value for money of their wine.

We we're a girls group having a great time here ,Food here is really good everything all the girls had were amazing, atmosphere was good too , only thing I can complain about was that one of the girls had a fall down the big step which she didn't see so think needs maybe some kind if lights there , she had just had a new knee so good job she didn't break her stitches but not one of the staff came to help her or even check if she was OK , she had to be picked up buy 2 men quests ,I had to go ask for a cold compression and mention she had fallen and hurt her arm which was badly bruised but no one come to look , but I would definitely come again.

We went last Friday night. Food was delicious, we are enjoy it and waiter was friendly but one thing I want to compliant, my friend missed the steps but no one of staff come to ask or help her. Two men and the general lady who were the guests come to help her. She just had knee surgery and today all her arm is bruised and painful.

Too long waiting had table booked for 7 got served tea at 8.20pm

Unfortunately I had an awful time at this restaurant, the bread tasted like it had been left out over night, the food was extremely bland and the staff were loudly arguing with each other. One of the meals we ordered was Stuffed Chicken with roasted vegetables and it was served to us without the Vegetables. Only after we complained about it and waited 8 minutes was the rest of our meal served to us. I highly recommend eating anywhere other than here.

I recently dined at Da Vinci’s Italian Restaurant in Aldridge with my family and was thoroughly impressed. The authentic Italian ambiance, complete with rustic decor, immediately set the stage for a delightful evening. The menu offers a wide range of traditional Italian dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients. I opted for the two pasta dishes whilst my husband had pizza (we shared each dish together), which was cooked to perfection. The bonus is that the prices are very reasonable! The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Given the restaurant’s popularity, especially on weekends, I recommend booking a reservation. Overall, Da Vinci’s provides outstanding value for money and an authentic taste of Italy right in the heart of Aldridge.

the food was only ok. There was a mixed grill but it was overcooked and there was no option to select how the steak was cooked. It was also very small. The salad was inedible. The pasta was ok, but nothing to write home about. Garlic bread was nice.

parking outside is limited but fortunate to get space first time... parking is sharded with shop out front. spacious and excellent attention to needs. food really good

I went here a couple of months ago with my friend for the first time in a while. A stair lift had been installed , which is a good idea and the restaurant had been re-decorated tastefully. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service excellent as always. The menu had some changes on it, which was nice. The food was as always, out of this world. I will definitely go there again as it reminded me what I had been missing out on!

Good atmosphere. Clean and there are very rarely any queues on the equipment No food. Actually, that's a point: AF, if you read this, why no food on the vending machine?

We enjoyed our meals, fairly large portion sizes, good value for money, we will orde4 from here again, Thank you.

We always eat here at least 6 times a year went last night table booked in advance for 10 of us service was terrible we sat there 25 mins without a drink then someone else was shown to there table got a drink right away then I had to put my hand up to get service and when we ordered food it was cold I always leave a good tip but not last night im sorry to say the worse birthday meal

Went last night for a Birthday Meal. Absolutely could not fault a single thing. Staff very attentive - drinks order, food order, drinks served, Starters served, Mains served….we were beaten so didn’t sample any Desserts but I’m sure they’d have arrived with the same speed and efficiency. Relaxed atmosphere - most tables were occupied when we got there but you wouldn’t have known they were busy - you were made to feel like their only customer. Great choice on the Menu from Meat, Fish, Pizza & Pasta. Whilst the Restaurant may not be Italian-owned, as someone who has lived abroad and sampled Mediterranean food frequently, this was delicious. Perfect portion sizes with great value for money. My Son aged 10 is already asking when we can go back so he can try the Lasagne “next time”! I see absolutely no reason why we shouldn’t!

Food was hot and tasty. Squid was a little soggy but everything else was great!

Food not great And not owned by Italian people

We had takeout and tbh wasn’t great, food not very warm. The spinach which used to be lovely was really bland, not creamy and nutmeggy like it used to be, it just tasted like boiled mush 😢 sadly now I’m not feeling well at all 😵‍💫 used to be lovely here, I know its not a traditional Italian here but it was always nice, it definitely wasn't what it used to be l, hoping it was just a one off 😢

As someone that’s eaten all around the world, at some of the world’s best restaurants, at the price point Da Vinci’s is at, it’s up there with all of them! Now I’m not saying it’s as good, I’m saying at the value you can get a fillet steak (fillet Neroi) in a fabulous sauce for £23.95 is outstanding value with excellent quality. Where in a restaurant nowadays are you getting pasta dishes under a tenner? I think I counted 15 pasta option under a tenner, even lobster ravioli was only 12-13 quid! The wine list isn’t massive, but the most expensive bottle is a Rioja at only £25 that’s outstanding! The wine is priced fantastically and fairly, We visited twice in the build up to Christmas then new year, both times were fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly without being overbearing, no rushing at all. The menu is extensive, with antipasti starters, vegan and vegetarian, pizzas, fish, calzones, grills, chicken, risotto and much more, something for everyone. Good selection of deserts, the profiteroles my wife had were excellent. My pet peeve are toilets, downstairs yes, but spotlessly clean, very important. Overall, by far the best non Indian (put them in a different category) in the area, the pubs local including Wetherspoons charge more than these guys for some of the menu and there’s no comparison! Absolutely five star for the price you pay, they also do a deal in the week I believe.

It was our first time there with a large party of 50 plus. The team did a great job in taking the orders and getting the food to the tables within minutes of each one, even though there were other large groups at the venue. The food was tasy and varied. We will visit again. Very professional and excellent service.

Ordered from here several times. Food is good but lots of delivery issues. Last time the driver could not find the address and despite calling to get details ended up returning to the restaurant without delivering. This time we called the moment we ordered to confirm our location. The driver still went to the wrong address as the message was not passed on, then half the order was missing so we had to call again to get it rectified. Am really considering not ordering from here again.

I don't think the portion sizes warrant the price. Very poor quality, swimming in grease. salad looked out of a bag. Cannelloni was overcooked and texture tasted warmed up not cooked fresh. I'm sorry but I won't be ordering again. I understand there's a cost of living crisis but this should not affect quality.

I havent found at least a hint of italian on nothing, not on starters (was a chinese soup) not on vegetables (pure english boiled vegetables with no taste at all) not on pasta (basic pasta found everywhere) and especially not on seafood rice which was more like asian rice. I dont know for what others rated it but this restaurant has literally nothing to do with anything close to "italian" Smooth order, nice staff hence the three and not one rating.

The carbonara was ok, nothing special. The meatballs were dry and the garlic mozzarella bread was really greasy. The food overall was bland and I would not order again. However, I am now stuck on the toilet and I feel extremely sick. I imagine I will be a stone lighter than I was a few hours ago.

What can I say? Fab food lots of choice on menu. One thing that needs addressing is the surcharge that is added to the bill for items not available on the meal deal. It needs to be shown on the menu as its a little misleading.

If you are saying you are serving Italian food you really should be Italian , nope, no italians in sight at Da Vincincis. The food has obviously been microwaved to death as the pasta now looks like, and tastes like rice pudding. The medallions were , well we didn't know what they were , appetising they were not . Pan fried salmon that's never seen a pan , maybe a microwave but not a pan . Call Gordon Ramsay, a crime against cuisine has been committed .

WOW what an amazing gem of a place 🍝😋 Can't recommend enough. Myself & husband visited last night for the 1st time & was simply blown away. Wonderful place, very popular & well used & the staff so very attentive & welcoming. We started with olives & breads of which were delicious. We then went on to the mains.......Lobster Ravioli, Cannelloni, Garlic cheesy bread & a side of chips. Wow the quality of the food was sensational, all red hot & presented superbly. The tiramisu for pudding was delicious too 😋 We couldn't fault anything about our time at Da Vinci's apart from the crazy storms & lightening shows outside!!! Thank you to you all, we will certainly be back for a Da Vinci fix again soon Keep up the amazing work 👏

I've never been to Da Vinci's before, but I have always wanted to go. So when I was invited, I jumped at the chance. Foyer was soleless, as you walked in and not sure if none customers would use their toilet facilities. Restaurant was up stairs, which was one open plan room and was like a canteen, with bright lighting. Maybe screens to section the room and more mood lighting would improve this space. You were given a friendly welcome and staff were very attentive. The menu was extensive, with an excellent choice of dishes, at good prices. Good choice of drinks and also priced well. Service was quick and meals arrived. I ordered the Duck Da Vinci, which was a duck breast in a sauce. The dish was swamped in the sauce, which was dark brown, really didn't look appealing. The duck was cooked to perfection, the sauce was nice, there was just too much of it. On the whole a good night out and a pleasant surprise when the bill arrived. I would return, but probably wouldn't pick anything with a sauce.

I dined in at Da Vinci’s last night and had a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming; the food was cooked to order and hot when it arrived at the table. A particular mention to the spicy calzone which had enough heat to warrant the name, yet wasn’t uncomfortable so as to detract from the experience. Combined with parmesan cheese served at the table: a new favourite dish! I would recommend Da Vinci’s to anyone who is looking for a high quality experience at an affordable price point. Thank you to all of the staff and kitchen team for a delightful evening.

Thanks to a Groupon offer, we have finally visited Da Vinci's after 16 years! Well, what a pleasant surprise! The menu was very well priced and contained a wide selection. The atmosphere was vibrant, but not too noisy, and the staff were excellent. We felt that they were interested in us and keen to provide good service. The asparagus and the mushroom with pate starters were really tasty, the chicken main dishes were very enjoyable, while the pancake and the zabaglione ice cream were delicious.

Our first visit to Da Vinci's, having recently moved to Aldridge. We had a great experience 👍 Staff were very attentive & the food was very good. Exceptional, well cooked and very nicely presented. Prices are very reasonable & we will definitely be back. Well done guys 🙏

We have ordered from here many times and it’s been lovely until today”s I don’t know what’s happened but we have paid a lot of money to have a meal that’s not up to the standards of normal. My pesto chicken pasta the chicken was rubbery and it lacked flavour. The chips were undercooked. Only have 2 duck rolls

The venue was nice once you got up the stairs. The staff were efficient, attentive and friendly. Sadly the food was average. Nothing to complain about but just wasn't great. Good value. Just don't go expecting exceptional food.

I had not ordered Italian takeaway before so decided to give it a go! tempura monkfish and pate stuffed mushrooms to start and carbonara main! All arrived piping hot, with dips, parmesan cheese and a side salad for an extremely reasonable price and very good size portions! very impressed , will be definitely ordering from these again!

Had the Friday night £18.95pp special. 7 of us dining. Service on point. Table booked at 5:15 so not sure whether the attentiveness was down to the time of booking but it was faultless. Beautiful value, great service. Can’t knock it.

I had the banquet deal which was great value. I had camembert, lasagna, and the profiteroles. All were lovely and great quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice Italian meal
