Me and mate had chips and they was the worst I have ever had they also don’t provide salt and vinegar and when they put it on for you,you have to get a stamp in your ration book also vile customer service and they block the inside bit so u have to wait in the rain also it’s greasier than kfc they don’t wear hair nets leaving you food infested with human hair very disappointed and will never be returning 😡😡

Usually we really enjoy food from here. Last week's was an off day. The peas had no taste and we're very watery and the fish was very thin.

Nice not s cheap meal anymore though

Best chip shop around here by far. We won't go anywhere else now. The owner and staff are brilliant and the food is really fresh and full of taste and great value for money 10 out of 10 👍

A great chippy with delicious food. Worked our way through everything on the menu and it's all been excellent. Nice touch now where they give you a bleeper so you can sit in your car and wait for your order, rather than stand outside.

Travelled from N Wales for the day and this Takeout was amazing. The proprietor delightful and originally from Morocco and proud of his business for sure. Be reassured as the food is excellent: I had large fish and my partner the smaller portion. Both beautifully cooked. Usually my partner leaves some aside but this time, it was demolished! She really enjoyed along side some amazing curry sauce. All the best. Shukran x

Best fish and chips within 100km easily. Fish was cooked to perfection with a great taste. Chips were blanched and very nice with a great taste. Chip man knows what he’s doing, if you’re around town it’s definitely worth a visit just for this taste

Thanks for making our family gathering that little bit more special. We had put a large order in earlier on in the day and came to collect it Friday evening. Just had the lite bite fish & chips with spicy curry sauce. Such friendly helpful service. Absolutely delicious.

We had an excellent Fish and Chip lunch from here yesterday. Cooked and served by a lovely lady called Zoe. The cod was flaky and the chips were crispy and fluffy on the inside. We also had a great ice cream pot for dessert. Great service and great food 10/10

If your vegan/vegetarian why would you write a bad review and buy if you know! (As said on his website) that there cooked in beef dripping? Beyond me tbh but personally I think it's about time we had a proper chippy serving fresh meal cooked to perfection 👌👌 just saying 😉😉

Tried this chippy for the first time today and wouldn't hesitate to buy fish and chips here again. A really nice meal and good value will certainly buy from here in the future
