Dalmeny Park House Hotel in East Renfrewshire

Really enjoyed our stay .dont agree with not being allowed in for lunch as it was busy. Had to settle for room service. Room was decent but cleaner needs to pay more attention to the High areas as they were filthy. Food was good as was service.

Lovely menu, was busy, so did affect the service a little, the lasagna was just about warm enough, but still a pleasant evening.

I visited dalmeny park with some friends for brunch. Everything was lovely and staff very friendly. Food was amazing, never stayed the night though so I can't comment on the rooms. (the pictures look stunning though!)

Went for morning breakfast with my sister breakfast was really poor not what I was expecting from the interior off the place the tomatoes where small & mushy & cold ,3 small mushrooms ( why bother) the bacon undercooked the staff where superb which is a shame & the hotel lovely inside they really have to do better

Another well organised party night at Dalmeny Park. This has become our go to venue every Christmas with several friends, great atmosphere, fab staff & food, excellent value!

Very disappointed with the food and service we received tonight.Group of 12 were in for dinner tonight. Service was slow and mixed up the order .couldn't eat one of the meals it was that bad.

We booked a night away before all of the Xmas madness coming up and took the dinner, bed and breakfast deal directly from the hotel, superior family room. It wasn’t until we got upstairs I realised that we had been upgraded to the balmoral suite, which was lovely surprise. The room was spacious, clean, had everything we would need for a night away and a comfy bed. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic. The decor/ atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely, the portions were a great size and food was delicious. The service was quick with plenty of interaction from friendly and rather delightful staff. Same again with breakfast in the morning, fab breakfast with cheerful staff. The staff really stood out for all the right reasons. If I wanted to find faults ( which most people tend to do in reviews), I could. But not with the staff/ service, food/drink, bedroom being clean/comfy which is all the things that matter really. My only feedback would be that there’s no nexflix/ ability to cast to tv’s. Normally, not something that I would notice/ bother with but we went for some time away from the kids/ Xmas prep/ housework/ usual life stuff and would have been good to watch a film in bed with a wine.

The entire overnight stay with dinner & breakfast was lovely, food was outstanding, the staff in the Orchard restaurant were brilliant & really made it a great night, can't remember all the staff by name except Sam who helped us with our phone although they were all equally great at their jobs, the room was perfect, we will definitely be back x

Had a lovely meal for our 50th anniversary, staff friendly food was nice and hot,and very good parking right outside the hotel surroundings lovely inside and outside,we will be back and next time we will book a room.

First time staying but think it might become the default choice for Glasgow visits. It's a very nice building, rooms were nice and modern so not complaints there. Friendly staff. Restaurant is good, well priced for the quality. Would recommend.

Second time I have been here and the food was great again. Very nice surroundings and relaxed atmosphere. Can easily be used as a, place for a birthday meal or celebratory drinks. Plenty of parking and easy to find. As well as main menu there is a plentiful daily menu to select from which is also easier on the wallet. Venue would work well for a catch up coffee or something more formal as they have other areas available. Would be good in the summer too as they have plenty of outdoor seating when needed.

Had a beautiful meal here, so tasty, pints nice too and a beautiful building and grounds!!

Only here for a funeral, but service and food was excellent.

Went to lunch on Sunday. Service was poor. Upselling and crossing selling made us feel extremely uncomfortable, seemed desperate when trying to relax. Service charge added when tip was agreed, seemed like a classless move. All in all a poor experience.

Good varied menu, Martin the Chef very attentive to my dietary requirements. Service was brilliant. Would highly recommend

Lovely ambience in restaurant, food was lovely. Was served the wrong meal but was quickly sorted out by staff. Everything else was good.

Worst location possible. Go anywhere else but here, from bad service to bad meals. Bar was very limited with bad bar service. Food was awful and cold. DO NOT BOOK FOR AN EVENT.

Stayed here on business for 2 nights early January 2024. Excellent food and service, staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The location is perfect for getting into Glasgow. Will be stopping again if in the area for business and leisure purposes.

Excellent meal with very friendly and helpful staff. Booked a room for a special event and staff both on line, phone and in hotel were very helpful.

Having our daughters wedding there and enjoyed a menu testing prior to event..outstanding..
