Dallas Pizza City in Enfield

I only had 30 minutes for lunch, I went and ordered a half pounder, I received the order, when I got to work I started eating, I got a chicken burger, and it was spicy, I can't eat spicy because I have problems, they leave me without lunch, only with chips and drink, I finished lunch, I'm hungry, I called them 4 times, they don't answer the phone

Food here is splendid... finger licking good I've been ordering a takeaway from here for 2 months never fails me I highly recommend and service,delivery excellent .

Absolutely vile. Seen rats and felt sick. Knackered food from a knackered place. Disgusting. I feel appalled to have dined in such a place, my family has lived here for generations and I have never thought of leaving until I went to this shocking establishment. I was once passing by when I saw them sleeping on top of the counter it also has several rat infestations and is entirely unsanitary.Disgraceful should leave the county and close down immediately.

Ordered via Uber eats over 1.5hr ago. Been on the phone twice, after the restaurant said the order had been delivered. First phone call they said the orde was still there, waiting second call said it’ll be 10mm, and still no food, absolutely unacceptable, poor poor company.

The worst experience ever! Rather die from starvation than use their service again!

Ordered a large mixed Donner. Portion was half the size you usually get at other places. Meat was stale and tasted off. The "Salad" consisted of a few shreds of lettuce and 2-3 slices of cucumber and tomato. Had to pay extra £1.40 for sauce. All this for £15?!? Worst kebab I ever had. Total waste of money. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Wasn’t even called to say pizza was delivered, ordered at 10pm and txt at 3am to contact restaurant, went to work at 6am to find my pizza left on pavement outside hotel, waste of time, wish I had read reviews first as there are plenty of bad ones, avoid people !!

The pizza was very tasty and it was delivered hot on-time.

The food was delivered almost cold. The portion was smaller than what I thought would be, especially compared to the price.

It's the worst kebab in my life. Just delivery men was nice!!!! Meat was dry. Even my dogs don't want to smell this rubbish meat. My dog love doner meat but not from this Restaurant.any sauce just little ketchup, salat so less.Restaurant got plenty 5 stars because is two false acount. And put just 5 stairs. I guess it's person for restaurant. It's not fair waste peoples money. Take money give something. I reported this two accounts to just eat costumer service...

The food was cold when it arrived. There was very little salad in a separate box. No sauce either or cutlery or tissues...

Food was hot and fresh and tasted great defo will order again

1 hour 20 mins wait on a monday night. £12.48 spent on one 10.5 inch pizza pizza . The horror . Never ordered here before and never will again . Tasty? Food arrived two hours after ordering and was freezing cold.

Delivery was slow took over an hour to come. Food arrived cold and the delivery driver ignored delivery instructions really poor service!

Ordered chips and jalapeno cream cheese.. food arrived stone cold and in a state like it came out of a battlefield!! Also, 2 of the dips were incorrect.. after all these, I tried to contact the restaurant but for 2 minutes noone was picking up the phone.

Delivery driver knocked door very very loud which should not have happened as the order was at 12 in the night. Also their spicy wings were too spicy. They should allow an option of non spicy, spicy and extra spicy.

They sent the wrong pizza we ordered pepperoni and we was sent a chicken pizza with peppers. I do not understand how they could get this wrong and we did not realise till after the driver had gone. I am not happy about this.

Delicious food, but absolutely terrible customer services. Rude staff, blamed us for something we didn't do and refused to take our new order. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

The kebab was mediocre. For having so many good reviews I was expecting something better. The meat was cold. The hot wings tasted old.

The lamb ribs where all fat and so greasy. Really bad, I just chucked them in the bin asp. The kebab and chicken wings were ok but the worse part was the ribs. I don’t Recommend.

There are no complaints about the quality of the food, the problem was the way the driver got to my home and knocked on the door. He knocked heavily and loudly on the door and it woke everyone in my house up. That I am not happy about.

Food was cold and wasn’t very nice, ordered a Donna kebab with chicken and the chicken was all shredded up into little bits not very nice or appetising.

My order was so late to come 5/10min I will be fine but 30 minute was to much I don’t think I will order by phone next time better collect my self thank you

I loved the BBQ chicken wings they’re so juicy! My pizza was good but my partner ordered the Perri lover pizza WITH perri peri base and couldn’t taste any perri perri??? Was a tad disappointing and also dry therefore. But we got a good deal to say the least only spent £20!

Awful. Ordered a donner kebab with salad arrived with no salad and little meat chicken burger.. burnt! Stuffed crust pizza was ok jalapeno cream cheese wasn't even cooked proper was will stone cold in the middle and the chocolate cake was the smallest slice I have seen called the restaurant to say about the cream cheese and wanted a refund for them or new ones and they was no help at all rude and unhelpful. Do not order from them unless you want poor food and poor service

I am using for a year this Pizza place. Pizza is fantastic. A lot of toppings and cheese. Sometime delivery is late But it worth it. Yummy.
