The food is good, nice and fresh

There is most Rubbish restaurants. Worst management. Worst stuff and waiter. And I never back again never ever.

Food was average but the service was not good, they put 2 hours parking limited and they did not tell us. There is no parking paying option. When I asked them they were not helpful That was sad to serve their customers like that

Nice to eat and enjoy the delicious food

Amazing fresh food with affordable prices. Served hot. Great size portions. Highly recommended. The salad patters is the star of the table. The mixed grill and the grilled chicken also delicious.

Sadly, I didn't get to take pictures, but it is a friend atmosphere with amazing food, decoration and had parking.

Staff is really snobby and look down on you for whatever their reason is. Food is okayish, really depends on your taste and how good you expect your food to be but I would say it’s overpriced. Good points are the soup at the beginning and tea at the end.

10/10 their dishes always plenty to enjoy, very friendly atmosphere

I had high expectation going into this restaurant as the reviews seemed pretty positive. However, I have to say I was disappointed. I went with my wife and youngest and felt a liitle annoyed by the experience. As to the reasons I will outline them below. First the positives, The free starter soup was good. It was lentil and had a rich flavour. Additionally, the chicken wings from the share platter we ordered were good as was the chicken kebab and Bulgar. The service was swift too and for the most part polite. However, the rest was just ok and in some cases sub par, especially the ribs and hummus starter which was really lacking in flavour and really thick, which made it difficult to swallow, as it stuck to the insides of the mouth. My little one had half chicken and rice, but what the menu should have said was lemon chicken and rice as the taste of lemon was so overpowering that my son would not eat it. Fortunately I like lemon so I ate it instead, so as to not waste, but it was a little too much even for me. It seemed that some of the chips had ninja qualities too and had the ability to hide from the cooking oil, meaning they were delivered pretty much white and raw. Impressive really. It was also a little worrying that any exposed flash stuck to the table when I leant on it..I know this is how some flesh eating plants capture prey, but you don't expect that from a wooden table in a restaurant. Clearly wiping down the tables is not necessarily a priority and dont get me started on the toilets. I did also witness a funny event when paying for the meal. Another customer was ordering a salad mix box and giving instruction to the person serving him to stop with one on the item. This fell on deaf ears and he ended up with three additional scoops, listening did not seem to be a skill in the staff members repertoire 🙄😂 The poor customer just accepted the order and went about his way. All in all the food was not bad, just decidedly average and as such I would not visit again.

Food is sublime, staff was very busy but tried their best to provide good service

We went for food in Ramadan, the place was recommended by a friend and we went early to make sure we order and find a table. When we ordered a mix grill. The meat wasn't cooked and I could see the blood on it. We asked to replace them, and they took the meet and went back to the grill, and it was so dry this time. I think they were in a hurry and the temperature was so high that they didn't cook food properly. Staff were nice and the prices were OK but I didn't enjoy the food.

It was a quick lunch. The food is mixed in quality and taste. The menus felt dirty. Dated furniture and worn. Hence, overpriced especially when compared to the other restaurants and takeaways in the surrounding area.

Great little authentic middle eastern restaurant, polite and helpful staff, food tasted authentic and very fresh, we had the mixed grill for 2, the meats were tender and juicy. Complimentary lentil soup on arrival which was also very tasty and complimentary tea after meal which is a nice gesture. Will definitely return again If we are in the area again.

The place was amazing so was the location there was plenty of parking and was very easy to park our car one we went in we we seated immediately the staff were very friendly and loved to help the food did take a little while to arrive but it is understandable as there we many customers to be served the bread was all fresh and soft so was the food would definitely recommend the rice with a traditional soup. before we ordered they brought complimentary soup which was delicious. Dessert is also available and the drinks are highly recommended, in addition the prices were extremely low which was amazing. overall it was a great experience and I would definitely come again

I love this restaurant. Very good kurdish food in good quality and tasty. I recommend their dolma or chicken curry. Kufta or Kuba is also very nice. In the winter they are doing delicious Lamb head. Many people goes there just for this. I have tried but it is not my cup of tea as I am not fan of intestines, brains eyes and tongue. But the taste is perfect. Full of collagen and good for your joins. Better to go there during week as weekends being mostly very busy. There are two rooms - one mainly for men and second for families. And they are expanding. Also beside the restaurant is a supermarket they opened just recently. Love their bakery and variety of halva or spices. Go and try their food. And hve a fresh juice to drink as it is really fresh!

The best Middle Eastern cuisine in Wolverhampton. Most of the dishes are Kurdish. The only problem is loud music and noisy atmosphere.

I ordered 3 portions of lamb chops and mix meza for takeaway and eaten in to give them time to cook it but it wasn’t near as what was on the menu when I took it home it was fatty ribs in stead of lamb chops and there was no mix meza at all I am so disappointed I feel like I’ve been scammed I wouldn’t recommend it at all

I had rung to book for 5, said I didn't need to plenty of room. They moved someone from our table, which made me feel awkward. We had the large platter £50. It didn't look as big but it fed 4 of us easily. Food was hot and tasty. Bulgaria wheat was lovely. Bread was tasty. I enjoyed my meal. We had the fruit jug of pineapple, gorgeous!

Expected more from what I'd been told. No shoarma though its on main photos. Greasy meat no fresh made sauces <crucial??> . Nice bread . The onion was the highlight. Says it all.

Food was good and served hot but after a long wait. We had to ask them again and again for our complete order.

Great value and huge portions. I ordered the mixed grill with couscous. Chicken was barbecued perfectly, lamb was nicely cooked and the kobeda kebab was extremely moist and well seasoned. Huge side portion of couscous and some salad. I will definitely be returning here considering the whole meal cost me just £14 with a glass of freshly made Ayran!

If someone really wants to have the best grilled chicken and chicken kebab, this place is highly recommended. Moreover it is not pricey at all. Two people can eat just under 25£. The environment is a bit ok but they have improved a lot and still keep on improving as I see improvements every time I visit.

Very nice place and the food is good and the prices are affordable and nice place to take family to. And the charcoal cooked fish is very good i would have given 5 stars if one of the staff member was not rude. But everyone else was very friendly. I suggest this place to everyone.

Lovely food and good service staff. My friends and I always go there, and I really recommend it. But one thing is your half chicken and your sea bass fish are quite sour, I don't know if I can ask for reduced source of the sour taste or not, I will ask you for next time. ( I didn't have an appetite when my grilled dish was so sour). I recommend ordering fresh juices for your drink.

Amazing food with nice atmosphere

Absolutely delicious, the platter consist of they must try lamb ribs, so tender, smoky charcoaly beautiful ribs. The chips were great, the atmosphere was on point, the portions was perfect. The only little niggle is that it is self customer service having to up to the table and it can be slow if your ordered large meal but is worth it trust me! There soup OMG! Come on!!!! Next level.

It is one of the best restaurants in Wolverhampton that serves Kurdish and arabic food. I highly recommended to all food lovers.

Went to Wolverhampton to spend the day with my daughter and she wanted to pop Daffodil's restaurant for a bite to eat. There was ample parking in car park and I noticed there was a wheelchair ramp too giving accessibility to customers with a disability. Walked into the restaurant and was met by a friendly gentleman who guided the four of us to the family room, handed us some menus and left us to decide our orders. Was served with complimentary lentil soup which was delicious. We ordered the humous which was fresh and served with olives and a fresh piping hot nan bread. We also ordered the family platter 2 which was served with various meats along with couscous and 2 different rice's. The meat was tender fresh and full of flavour. I found the ribs a bit too rubbery, apart from that I found my whole experience as really good, from entering to service to the food. I will be attending again in near future. If you haven't tried Daffodil's I would recommend you do.

We reserved a table for ten people and they said that there is an open buffet. When we arrived, we did not find a table to sit and there was no open buffet. He asked us to wait 50 minutes for food to be prepared for us while we were fasting.

Very bad service called to check if there is an opend buffet they said yeah and we booked a table and when we go there our table was taken and not ready and there wasn't an buffet and told is you have to wait 40min for any orders

Only thing about this restaurant i didn’t liked was they don’t accept card payments , its freaking 2023 everything restaurant must have it.

The food was so flavourful and really authentic. Quantity was amazing too, really dis not expect such big servings, especially for the cost. Really hospitable and helpful in navigating some of the menu items I was not sure of. The staff were really friendly! Will definitely be coming again!

A flying visit through Wolverhampton with my brother led to us eating at this little gem on his recommendation. Amazing little spot this. An unpretentious blend between the best of street food and a low key restaurant albeit of a decent size. The freshest and most homely food served by friendly staff all the food had was delicious and authentic as can be. And now I too highly recommend this spot.

Food is tasty, very nice that they have facilities to wash hands in the hallway no needs to go inside toilets, but doesn't seem very hygienic.

4 stars as the food was amazing and good price..service was shocking. Items missing from order that never arrived after asking for them 3 times. The staff also had to literally remove 2 guys who walked in off the street begging for money from diners....which does not make a great experience. Great food in the wrong area of Wolverhampton unfortunately.

Very delicious food, started off with starters in their mix mere dish, garlic oiled naan. Enjoyed the fresh juice, tender turkey dish. , Fish was nicely grilled and tender with various flavour like lemon. Rice was so soft and the lamb piece was so juicy. I lived atmosphere. Family section on the left and men section is in a different location. Very respectful.

We really enjoyed the food yesterday absolutely love kurdish food, portions sizes are always generous and everything was fresh and tasty. No complaints will definitely come back again. If you don't understand the kurdish way of dining you won't appreciate the relaxed style and great family atmosphere

While the food is nice the customer service is getting worse , the waiter guys are very cocky, if they keep that it will surely lose more customers.

Honestly it was the only place open as it was a bank holiday very friendly place, the food itself was actually SOOOO nice you could tell it was all fresh made we got a mixed platter of meat and it was all 10/10 fresh and tasty would actually go again if I was in the area.

A very generous 2 stars solely for the food as it was authentic and nice. However the term 'I have reserved a table' is completely alien to this place as it appears to be free-for-all. Service itself was poorer than a peasant.

The food is very good in taste but you need to be careful sometimes they miss your order and give it to someone else 🤨 which is honestly not understandable and sometimes when you want them to pack your remaining food they put it in the bin. So be careful with these things but they are very lovely people and their service is good as well.

Sleepy service, poor food quality, and when we asked why it was like this they stated that their kitchen was backed up, I’d never Recommend to anyone on top of that even the owner himself he provided a very unprofessional service ....
