Walking home tonight, I decided to treat myself to a takeaway and noticed that the prices in Maharani were competitive compared to other nearby places. I ordered the prawn dhansak and sabzi masala together with naan. The portions were generous and I have some left over for tomorrow. Each dish had a lovely, fresh flavour, and there was a satisfying difference between the two. I enjoyed the variety of vegetables in the sabzi, and the dhansak was one of the tastiest I've ever had. The time spent waiting passed rapidly due to the pleasant chat I had with the owner (?), hence my ratings for service and atmosphere. I look forward to visiting again.
