I BOOKED THROUGH YOU GOT A CONFIRMATION AND WHEN I GOT TO THE RESTAURANT AT 9.30 IT HAD CLOSED DOWN. THIS WAS NEW YEARS EVE AND IT WAS TOO LATE TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I AM REALLY UPSET AS IT RUINED MY NIGHT AND I WENT HOME

Casa hambrientos después del trabajo nos pensamos darnos a una pizza para llevar. Después de ver Da Vinci en comer solo me di cuenta de que me estaban ofreciendo 30% de descuento en los pedidos de ese día. Ahora sé por qué...

Restaurante muy agradable. Bastante pequeñas pero cómodas y bien decoradas. No agradó demasiado tener que despegarte las gambas usted mismo, bastante desordenada, sin agua para quitar dedos bowl, pero la comida era muy buena y sabrosa. No es muy grande, el menú me hubiera gustado tener más pescado, carne y pollo. Recomiendo casa tiramisú casero. Servicio un poco lento pero la camarera muy poco agradable y complaciente.

Kitchen didn't know what it was doing,,dishes served at intervals cold food yet they couldn't provide a glass of cold white wine

Así que estoy visitando a un amigo que tiene experiencias que ella debe haber pizza italiana. Un rápido google y yo en coche con expectativas de verdad. El sabor era genial, y el servicio. Me gusta el ambiente cuando entras. Siento que es un negocio familiar? Los cubiertos estaba limpia (algunos lugares hay polvo por todos lados) y lo más importante, las pizzas y pan de ajo era tan agradable.

He estado allí varias veces ya que me he mudado a East Finchley, pero la comida era siempre fresco y sabroso. El lugar es precioso y acogedor, perfecto para una pareja o para una cena familiar.

We found this restaurant by accident and it's a small place but the food was AMAZING, the pizza was was incredible as well as the rest of the food and I will defenatly come here again 10/10!

Intentamos Da Vinci el domingo pasado por primera vez! Cuando entramos en el restaurante nos recibió un miembro del personal encantador que sentar en la mesa! Me encantó cada plato en el restaurante. Da Vinci es el mejor lugar para ir a Finchley!! La comida es excepcional. La presentación es maravilloso y pruebas muy fresco, la camarera que nos dieron era muy amable y servicial me explicó lo que cada plato era y nos dio buenos consejos. No puedo creer que nunca hemos probado antes sin duda volveré! Muy recomendable

Run by East Europeans. Dimonios is more Italian. The owner dumps rubbish behind his shop so you can imagine that the restaurant is not good. Keep away.Paulo.

Very good Italian food, very authentic home style cooking. Great personal service. Have eaten now on many occasions they have fresh fish and meat cooked in a authentic style. Pasta and pizza of a very high standard. My favourite meal is the sea food spaghetti ( ask for no shells ) the sauce is fabulous !All this and they take the taste card as well.Highly recommended

We have had multiple take-aways from Da vinci and we can't help going back again and again. It has an amazing mushroom risotto and the pizza's are so yummy. We haven't eaten in the resturant yet but its certainly worthwhile trying if you want some yummy grub.

We decided to go to Da Vinci for our wedding anniversary based on the recent reviews on Tripadvisor and the menu on the restaurant's website. The restaurant seems to have changed ownership - the menu is completely different from the website and the reviews it attracted a couple of months ago. The menu is now all pizza and pasta - no mussels, prawns, chops or steak as advertised on the website. There were a few interesting choices of starter but the goats cheese and aubergine we chose was very different from what we expected. Insipid looking aubergine and odd tasting goats cheese covered in a tomato sauce with the consistency of runny gravy. The pizza and pasta main courses were ok but lacked flavour and authenticity. It was an ok meal but we were disappointed as it was so far from what was promised by the website and the positive reviews on Tripadvisor.

This place is just amazing.Great food, good wine, amazing service.this was our second time and i couldn't fault anything.will be returning soon again.Thank you Mr Emil

My daughter and I visited Da Vinci for a quiet early dinner on Saturday after a long day in London. We were starving!!!Denise!! The new waitress - it was her first day - was so pleasant, upbeat and accommodating! I asked for lime cordial but they did not have any at the bar - within 15 minutes the manager had the cordial delivered at the request of the lovely Denise.The food - WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I know I'm shouting but I can't help it!!We ordered the mussels - which we were told are a new addition to the menu - they came out in a good sized bowl with the most tender prawns perched on top - soaked in a spicy tomatoe sauce that literally made us swoon with pleasure! The mussels and the prawns (a lovely surprise) both melted in our mouths - seriously tender and delicious!!For my main I had the whole sea bass with other shell fish and it came wrapped in a large piece of foil - steaming hot and delicious! The seabass was tender and so very easy to remove from the bone and the squid was tasty and cooked to perfection.My daughter had a linguine dish with chicken and pesto sauce which tasted very fresh, light and flavourful.Even though the dessert menu had the sweets I love most - apple crumble and tiramisu - we were far too stuffed to indulge.At the end of our meal we were waved out the door with the pleasant smiles and well wishes of everyone including the chef - who deserves a medal!!!We will definitely be back soon!!!

Da Vinci is one of my favourite restaurants I've been there more than 4 times so far. The employees are very nice and helpful when it comes to picking from the menu, they have a great selection of Wine. There lamb chops are to die for also there mussel soup is just done up to perfection. I would definitely recommend Da Vinci for any occasion it's has a great atmosphere and has delicious food so you will enjoy your evening and will hands down be visiting without a doubt again.

Delivery food is so hit and miss but this was GREAT. So happy. We had lamp chops, lots of salads and everyone was happy. Proper Italian food.

I was looking for a restaurant in the East Finchley area and spotted all the excellent comments about this one, so I went along. And I must agree that the food I had was all delicious and all the staff were excellent. Which is why I couldn't understand why the place was so empty on a Saturday evening ! True, it's not in the best of locations, but I would recommend it if you are in the vicinity.

The food was amazing and this is absolutely one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to. A real treat. Service very good, staff nice, attentive and knowledgeable. What makes its ranking so high is ability to combine an incredible atmosphere and excellently well prepered food. Can't wait to return!

I recently visited this restaurant and was surprised how good the food and the service was. A friend had recommended me and my girlfriend to go and try it out. The food was amazing and you can tell that it is fresh. I ordered lamb cutlets and we shared a pizza. The lamb cutlets were beautifuly made and you can tell the pizza dough was freshly made. Staff in there are friendly and polite. I highly recommend Da Vinci's and i will definitely be going back there again.

Went to the restaurant with my wife and experienced the most welcoming and warm atmosphere. The staff were excellent, we felt very comfortable, it's a lovely quite place with nice quite music, a great place to spend a fine evening. The food was outstanding and very fresh.

My husband and I visited this restaurant last night.The food is as good if not better than some of the top West End restaurants, all cooked from fresh. The service was excellent and the atmosphere very relaxing....top marks from me and we are going back again next week....I hope it gets the support it so rightly deserves

Great New Italian Restaurant in Highgate.Good wine, and fresh food. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing.Will be back soon for sure
