D fecci in Pembrokeshire

Sat in the restaurant and had cod and chips. The food was delicious and the staff were very supportive and gave great service. The staff were very helpful getting me into the restaurant as I have mobility issues and use a mobility scooter and crutches. Would highly recommend a visit if in Tenby.

Just finished dinner here tonight was wonderful. Staff were friendly, place clean and the food was yummy. My son and I cannot eat wheat so the gluten free battered cod and chips was our selection, my husband had the healthy option cod & chips which he really enjoyed. Our battered fish was not oily and freshly cooked. Price was very reasonable much cheaper than we have been paying. It is licensed too. If in Tenby I can highly recommend a visit.

Over many years fecci has been our favourite fish and chips in Tenby. No longer though today we had cod and chips to take away after waiting 20 mins for them to be cooked fresh we were expecting a decent meal but on opening them we found greasy cod covered with an equally greasy mush of chips. They were dreadful and at £24 for two meals and £2 for a can drink then not cheap sad to say this is clearly not one of the best anymore

The chip shop looked popular as people were queuing so we decided to try for our evening meal. The staff were instantly unhelpful and almost disrespectful. I soon discovered that the service was poor at best with plenty of staff but nobody doing anything other than chatting. We waited approximately 25 minutes to get our meal and took it back to our flat to eat. These were the most ,disappointing, soggy, tasteless chips and very poor fishI I have had the misfortune to eat for a very long time .The next day I was passing the chips shop and a sign said we are shut as we can’t get staff. Clearly a lucky escape for all unaware customers that day . The food was very bad and I would definitely not return or recommend. A waist of my hard earned cash.

Superb food as always 10/10 can't fault the food nice and clean and very friendly, excellent service, and a special shout out to Andy who did that little bet extra for us, thank you all very much! We will be back

The service was good, certain members of staff looked very stressed but apart from that, the cashier was lovely (I’m sure she’s new) - and overall the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The prices for the food aren’t good. £9.50 for a regular cod and chips is a bit expensive, but the portion wasn’t the best either. And £2.50 for a can of Pepsi? We’re not in a national emergency where everyone is fighting to buy a can of Pepsi. That is absolutely shocking. The food wasn’t the best either. The chips felt cold and stale, and overall weren’t pleasant, and not the best quality. I wouldn’t recommend them. The fish wasn’t the best either, it felt quite rubbery, and scaly, and it wasn’t enjoyable to eat. The curry sauce was good though, and £2.50 for a tub of that size is decent. I’m glad to see this place be as busy at it is, and I’m glad to see the restaurant full, but the quality needs an improvement, and if you’re in Tenby and are thinking about coming to this chippy, unfortunately there are better places there.

Could have been better. Everything served in disposable containers. The milk brought with the teas was longlife/uht and that was starting to smell. The service was OK, but dining in with paper plates just doesn't cut the mustard. We chose Feccis because they were a really good fish and chips shop. Sadly declined over the years. Won't be going again.

I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews but this is the worst fish and chip I have ever been to when entering we ordered and paid at counter and told to find a table when the food arrived after paying for a sit down price which was extortionately priced food was served in plastic containers with wooden fork I asked why we couldn’t have plates a descent cutlery was told we should have read the notice when we came in they where short staffed. so when I asked why the customer had a plate with food on and cutlery next to us we where told he was family which was obviously a lie as he paid and thanked them on his way out so obviously was a regular. That a side the food was so poori have to say the food was awful I ordered a chicken curry and chips it was like slop the chicken was from frozen chicken pieces you get from farm foods you should be ashamed of yourself for ripping off tourists there was 5 staff available so was no excuse to serve food the way you did you took our money first and didn’t then care about how u presented the food or the quality I would never set foot again in your establishment I I don’t live far from Tenby shame on u
