Crystal in Sandwell

Ordered from here tonight,when food came,the chips where cold and very salty,the chicken and beef wasn't fresh as only Luke warm not hot ad duggested by the owner ,we live close and this should have come to us hot and perfect.Wont be ordering again,the owner don't take critism waste of 13 pound.

I'll be honest, I have no idea why this place is rated so low. I order via Just Eat and always have the other arrive early. Great taste and value for what I order as a regular. Only ever been in once which yes, it wasn't as good hut that was a few years ago now so for me certainly changed their ways.

Bad experience.....sticky and cold food....food ended up in the bin

As previously mentioned meat tasted and smelt boiled, lots of grease avoid!!

Oily n tasteless food. Ending up throwing it all away £15 down the bin!

The delivery was quite quick the sweet and sour pork cantonese was nice but the crystal chow mein ended up in the bin as it wasnt very nice this will be the 1st and last time we will be ordering from here

The food here is disgusting !! The staff are rude and food is over priced slops ...they cook there food early and serve warn ups take a look out back of there premises there are rats ...i had the trots after eating there slops not nice sure it was food poisoning...cant be allowed to serve food from there rotten sirty kitchen .need teading standards to go in there as they sell booze and aint got a license ...avoid at all costs ...dirty hole

The WORST Chinese I’ve ever had!! It was freezing cold and the food was stale had no flavour ! Never again

I regularly order from Crystal Chinese and have never had a bad meal or experience. Friendly staff communicate immediately if delivery time may be longer than stated on Deliveroo due to being busy, and if this is the case they don't cook the food until they are sure the drivers on on their way back so it is ALWAYS hot and fresh. Having said that they almost always deliver before the estimated time, the "Happy Meal" is fantastic value for a mid week treat with a choice of 4 starters, about ten mains and four sides. The rest of the menu is very extensive and portion sizes on everything are generous. The drivers are friendly and the food is authentic Chinese food with authentic flavours, not westernised so if you are used to blander flavours you may be surprised. If you live close-by or within their delivery area you can't go wrong ordering here.
