Another fab meal. Love this pub. So friendly, decor really suits it , and reasonable. Had lovely evening with friends The portions are fab and the chips are best ever. Totally homemade. Such a lucky village to have this lovely pub

Off the cuff visit hoping for a table and dinner for four on a Wednesday evening. We were politely attended to after getting drinks from the bar and seating ourselves, handed menus and ordering our food. We were shown to a restaurant table when the food was ready. Great service all round and more than reasonable prices. We all enjoyed our food and I had cod and chips which was delicious. So everyone had a great experience and will definitely return.

An amazing experience and excellent food in a lovely atmosphere where the pub is certainly the centre of the community. For the quality and portion size I would like to say it was value for money, but to be fair, the pub is probably underselling itself. It was the opening night of the restaurant and we had chosen this place as it was a community run pub and we wanted to support a local venture. The staff were slightly stressed, given the above, but were friendly and nothing was too much. Other customers were also friendly. I hope this place gets supported and gains the reputation it deserves.

Took my 85 year old mother out for tea. The chicken curry was gorgeous. Everything was so reasonable. Lovely night. Fab refurb love it

We ate here several times on our recent holiday. A nice clean place with really friendly staff. The food was lovely home cooked and delicious. There is a dining room just off the bar where dogs are welcome
