Visited on a week away - was charmed by the place and the people. A very close-knit and caring group who invited us to a pub quiz with the other locals, we accepted and turned up to find more enjoyment than anywhere else we visited in the area. Kyle (the barman), you are a star mate, thanks for the hospitality!

Lovely local pub, customers and staff very friendly. Little gem we stubbled on in a quiet week away. The dog also enjoyed the amount of free biscuits.

Made to feel very welcome! Traditional pub feel with a wood stove, good beers, bar games and bar snacks.

Great pub, friendly, welcoming and it doesn't take much to make the place feel lively. Only thing missing is a juke box 🙂 In the winter there's a loveky log burner warming the pub, I'm summer the back beer garden has absolutely stunning views over the Estuary.

Nice pub,lot of local people. was a marstons pub. Still got a sign outside advertising marstons beer. Sadly this was not the case. No Pedigree. Sorry but if a public house advertises a beer it should sell it.

Pleasant little place, we just stopped by briefly late one afternoon so can't comment upon the atmosphere or anything else really but there is a homely log fire, it's cosy and has a bookshelf, games, pool table and darts.

Wet pub.. lovely staff, lovely locals, very cheap.. double gin with mixer and a pint of beer under £11… top of the beer garden was lovely views over the estuary, it’s a shame this isn’t our local Pub.. very dog friendly.. took our two greyhounds, lots of treats and fuss..locals also brought their dogs in. We weren’t local community we were staying in air b&b in the area but locals and staff chatted to us none the less! Lovely little pub and would return again… thank you everyone involved

Lovely, friendly local pub. It is central for many of the most beautiful walks in the Conwy valley which in my view has some of the best scenery the UK had to offer.

Visit on our weekend away. The locals were very friendly and Shirley was the perfect host! Dog friendly which was a bonus!

Lovely warm welcome by the landlady and her husband and 3 gorgeous doggies. Honestly it’s such a lovely pub, made to feel so welcome and had a great laugh. Just how good pubs used to be years ago, well recommended. The lady also owns Caffi Llan round the corner for a great brekkie and a little shop 😊
