We found so many pieces of plastic in our shakes. I don't know how much of it was injested. This has happened more than once .

Food was good, service was really good, particularly a girl called, i think, Evie, she was so lovely! Place could do with a bit of a revamp in terms of branding and decor.

Yvaine, who served us, was lovely. The pistachio and white choc waffle was delish.

Amazing birthday waffles, made our daughter supremely happy! Ice cream flavours are delicious. Yvonne was fab at helping us make a unique waffle creation! Recommend ⭐️

Not the best experience i ordered it online and bearing in mind this place is 25 mins away from me i had to wait 2 WHOLE HOURS just to got one waffle and a milkshake it was very good but it was cold by the time it got to me and it was a joke how it took 2 hours so the service is not the best but going inside is very nice and thankfully the food isn't a normal 2 hour wait it's just a 30 min job minimum and 45 mins maximum so very good but not impressed by how long it took and the prices are ridiculous too £20 for a waffle and a milkshake!? it's a joke but overall it's a very nice place just please lower the prices and make the delivery's not as long.

I was greeted by Jasmine, who very quickly and seated immediately, whilst being given clear instructions about what to do. She did a brilliant job of being the first point of contact when we came into the establishment. I felt welcomed from the moment I entered. Our food came out within 2/3 minutes of ordering and it was served by Yvaine. She delivered the food well and helped when my friend spilt some of her drink. Yvaine checked up on us halfway through and very quickly cleared our plates. The food was lovely and very filling 😋, truly recommend for a little sweet treat. All of the staff were lovely and welcoming and the atmosphere and music was absolutely amazing. Afterwards, I had a latte which was lovely but slightly disappointing because it comes from a machine which meant no alternative milk. But it is a dessert shop so you don’t go in with the intention of coffee, so I can understand this and the drink I did have was lovely :))

i was served by a server called tami. Amazing service! She was kind and friendly and has a massive smile on her face. Looked after us great. Me and my friends Gaj, Iris and Abyssal were very impressed with the food and the punctuality and the food and will definitely returning!

Worst cookie dough I've tasted, thick lumpy odd tasting, and ready in 2 mins!! 🤔🤔 if you have never been to a desert place before then this will be ok because you won't know any better. Very grubby interior, sticky tables and menus. Place needs a major refresh!

We knew where to go for desserts after we had a meal. Have been here a few times and has not disappointed. The service was really speedy and attentive aswell.

Naomi welcomed us and sat us down, super lovely. Had the Bueno Crepe. It came super fast and was delicious! Can't wait to have the Nutella one next. Only minus is that it was a little bit cold inside but otherwise, nice first visit.

We found this place on a flying visit to Leamington Spa. The guy who served us was amazing and even created a unique shake for my husband. Couldn't do enough for us and it was appreciated. Shakes were fab and if we visit the town again will definitely go back. Thank you.

I had a very unpleasant experience today. I ordered a simple order of 2 scoops of ice cream and 2 small cones(should be 6.50). When I received the bill, I was shocked to see that I was charged significantly more than the listed price. Upon inquiring, I was told that the prices had increased, but there was no evidence of this change anywhere in the store. It's unacceptable for a business to change prices without informing their customers and updating their price lists. This lack of transparency is a major red flag. I will not be returning and I urge others to be wary of this establishment. Responded to shop You told me the prices had increased by 20%, not 35%! Furthermore, in an environment with only 3% inflation, a 35% price increase is considered profiteering. None of the costs have increased like that to justify such a drastic price hike for you or your suppliers. I personally will never shop here again, but I'm writing this for other customers to be aware.

We ordered a delivery which came very quick. The milkshake and ice cream were really nice. The waffle came very cold. Which tasted ok. But the waffle was really hard and cold. I hope this is not continuous!

Was a lovely experience as soon as you walk from the door, someone a young lady come with a big smile on her face. i’m on an ability scooter and she showed me where I could park right next to where she showed us to sit. And then left us the menus and then said we when we are ready to go to the counter I went up to the counter as well because I wanted something pacific and Both men behind the counter really answered my questions and really helped. I’d say all the staff were very friend. Kind. That show desert was recommended to me was a really good choice. I really enjoyed it. My husband had a black coffee and he said the coffee was nice so if you want good service and good desserts, I recommend this place hundred percent.

Be VERY careful with this place. there are no prices being shown for ice creams. The guy serving us told us 3 different prices then when we paid at the till, they charged us another higher price. I hate being ripped off.

We’ve been a few times and always had lovely desserts. The older guy who works there is so friendly and polite. I noticed the places changed its name recently and hoped they hadn’t gotten rid of him during the change but stopping by today he served us with his usual smile and friendliness. Asking about our day and making conversation while serving us but not in the usual forced customer service kind of way you get elsewhere. I’ve had deliveries from places like this in the past and they can be hit and miss. However eating in it takeaway has always been 10/10. Always an option for us if we’re in the mood for a sweet treat at the end of a trip into town.

I am absolutely appalled with how I have been treated in this shop, which I previously thought was a nice place to go for a cuppa and ice cream when other coffee shops have closed for the day. Today I was asked to leave for the completely innocent act of journalling in my notebook, which many will know is good mental health practice. I was accused with no evidence whatsoever of writing about a member of staff. This is completely ridiculous, why on earth would I? If the shop team are that paranoid I urge you not to go - obviously not Creme de la Creme after all!!!

My 15 year daughter and her friends visited this restaurant for a treat before her visit to Birmingham Children's Hospital for a bowel operation, however during her visit male staff members entered the female toilets even though she said told them she was in there and still using them! She was obviously very upset by this and so was I so as soon as I heard I tried to contact the store to complain, but there is no phone number so I complained to the franchise head office in London and spoke to Roisin who seemed very concerned by what had happened and promised the area manager would contact me with in two days. Almost a month later, multiple emails and calls and I have not had any response from anyone about why they think it is acceptable to allow male staff members in to the female toilets, especially when children are in there, and so I would not recommend this business to anyone!

Came all the way from grimsby to try this shop .. its so lovely and amazing services .. the desserts its absolutely delicious 100% fresh .. will recommend

We are not used to eating outdoors so in the cold the food cools quickly due to its flavor, everything else was good.

Been there for the first time and a friend of mine suggested us to try this cookie dough. That was beyond our expectations. That taste, that aroma was literally awesome. Must try.

Walked in, and was greeted immediately and seated which was great. The waiters looked very busy but still made time to answer our questions. When the food arrived the waitress double checked the order and was responded with an eyeroll from who I presume was their manager. This isn't the first time I've witnessed higher ups give attitude or rudeness to their lower staff and it makes the 'family run' store feel soulless.

Went for a Gelato Ice-cream over a Sunny day. Was fun filled’ Serving size is great but be mindful that most of them have Vanilla as base( in case u not a vanilla fan like me) In that case go for Hazel laminated cups’ or strawberry sundae’ Their waffles and crepes are also delicious 😋
