Creams Cafe in Bexley

Took seven 10 year olds for my daughters birthday! Service was excellent! The girls loved their waffles and bubble teas. Staff were really helpful and patient. Recommend!

I tried the Kinder Bueno waffle, which was a heavenly treat crispy, indulgent, and topped with generous amounts of chocolate and cream. The Oreo shake was equally impressive—thick, rich, and bursting with flavor.Both Yashwant and Sakshi made sure everything was perfect, checking in on us and providing excellent recommendations. With such delicious desserts and exceptional service, I can’t wait to return to Creams Cafe!

We visited Creams at Bexleyheath yesterday and was very warmly welcomed by a lady called Nusrat. We ordered 2 waffles and 2 coffees. Nusrat made the tastiest and freshest waffles we have ever had and the coffees tasted great too. Thanks to Nusrat we will definitely be returning to Creams in Bexleyheath very soon.

I placed a collection order earlier today and was very pleased with the customer service, friendly and they double checked my order before passing me my delicious goods. Yesn provided us with prompt service and made sure that he attended to as soon as possible. We didn’t wait no more than 5 minutes for our desserts. Both of these desserts tasted very well made and very warm not cold.

Didn’t ring my doorbell and walked off with my food, I saw them on my camera. Just eat should allow you to know who’s delivering your food and be able to contact them

Ordered on just eat, purchase two berry smoothies and one cookie dough. My order came and I was given two tropical smoothies instead of the berry. Obviously very unhappy I called up and told them what had happened. Straight away without me hardly finishing my sentence the lady on the phone cut me off saying “I’m sorry about that” as if she knew it had happened already. I proceeded to ask about how they were to resolve this and all I got back was, you can refund or order something else on just eat and we’ll send it along with the smoothies. I work in restaurant business and know full well that they don’t have drivers at hand but the lack of respect this lady showed towards me about my issue left me infuuriated. Ended up having to get a refund on just eat and ended up with two smoothies I dislike. They expected me to pay more more to buy something else in order to get my correct items. It’s ridiculous, one smoothie is red and the other is yellow there should have been multiple checks in bagging an order and the bag is not fully closed so you’d even be able to see it’s a yellow smoothie when giving it to the driver. Very disappointing and such a lack of service this place has.

I ordered 2 berry pots, had 2 tropical pots delivered instead, rung the place up and the person on the phone told me I had to order more food and we’d be able to get our correct delivery, the lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful

The order was ready to be collected but no driver for 20 mins so when the order arrived it was cold.

The thick milkshake is not thick and did not taste like kinder bueno. Waffle came cold too. Not impressed.

I kept my word, Lily is the best worker I've ever seen, she went out of her way just to make my parent's anniversary memorable, and honestly i can't thank for her enough, an angel is the only way to define her, adding a really nice note and making the waffle to perfection, i can only thank her.

Strawberries were discusting they were warm soggy and tasted off. The rest of the food was cold and the crepe was ridiculously soggy. Very disappointed with my order. !

driver turned up with wrong food said they would correct mistake and will be back ASAP, no one returned phoned creames they Inform me my order is still at the shop waiting to be collected and they have no drivers to deliver almost £50 order with a % vouchers ive alo used and now lost

We waited over 45 min for our order, having to go up and check twice. When it did arrive, mine came as a plain waffle with no toppings for £15. Before I could even say that it’s missing everything I ordered, the girl had already ran off. After going up and letting them know, it was then an even longer wait. Staff looked like they couldn’t stand being there

This shop is vile. There is a fish shop next to it now. The stench of rotten fish is disgusting. We walked in and walked out. The place is not clean. Kaspas just up from this far better

Not as good as the previous time I ordered. Way too much vanilla ice cream! I paid £1.50 for cream and they only give a stingy bit?! Twice this has happened. Not enough toffee sauce, just felt I could taste ice cream only. The chocolate cake, was cold so wasn’t really enjoyable this time. Unfortunately a big disappoint, especially when customers pay this much!

I never leave reviews, but this one was a joke. I ordered a Sunday and a milkshake arrived in 2 cups in a 4 cup holder. so not very secure, as you can imagine both fell over completely poured into the bottom of the bag a complete and utter mess. I managed to eat a third of what was left of the Sunday very expensive, tiny bit of ice cream.

The lady that was working there was touching/fixing her bra while preparing an order. Really put me off

Wrong order & asked for dine in but served as takeaway- no apologies- then gave dirty plates to put the food in-- no napkins/ cutlery provided either-- would never visit here again

Lovely desserts, speedy service

We ordered from here and were really disappointed by the quality of food. The oreo milkshake was really watery and didn't taste like any oreo had been put in. We also ordered the cookie dough which was awful. It had the consistency of a cake and was rock hard in the middle. Can't believe how expensive this was for the food we received. So disappointed, we will not be coming back here again.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. The order turned up completely ruined with the milkshake split all over the bag and it wasn’t even a proper milkshake, it was full of ice. The waffle was ruined and soggy with the ruined disgusting drink. We rang and complained and was basically told we had to collect a new order ourselves which we couldn’t do!

The Crepe I ordered was nice but the lotus biscoff milkshake was disgusting. It was like they just blended ice and biscuits, no ice cream or anything sweet

The foot was inedible and they forgot 1 ice cream and The other was water

No care in protecting items from spilling, it looked like the driver had shaken the bag and the ship had only covered the lid with film, which was in the bag. I received a bag full of milkshake, with the cup upside down, and when I tried to salvage another, the lid came off and that poured out too. the third one didn’t have a secure lid, but luckily that was proper up on the upside down desserts. I had a trail of ice cream through my house and only one person out of 3 actually got their order.

Worst place ever. Just eat took over and hour because the driver went to 6 orders before mine. Ice cream was warm and went down the sink

I understand that crepes are ment to be thin, but the one I got with my order was so thin to the point it had over cooked and was hard to cut with cutlery, the fruit tasted a bit odd but that's not unusual for fruit to taste different. I had got a crepe a few weeks ago and it was nice and fluffy and you could cut it nicely, I also understand it was close to the time the shop shuts but it tasted like left over batter from the previous ones made, wasn't very impressed.

Was very small, was supposed to be sharing nachos? Came in small box was enough for one person
