Creams Cafe in Bexley

Asked for a special request as it’s my boyfriend birthday and we got a note wrote on the box saying happy birthday and free ice cream. Thank you Creams - this is really lovely.

The food was cold and the chicken was hard as if it had been warmed up from the night before won’t order again

thought i was meant to get soft serve with it but it didn't arrive

food arrived late ,cold and items was missing

the order was cold and the shake was more ice than anything

Came warm which makes a change. Was nice thank you

Calling no answer missing waffles from my order

my crepe ended up in the bin as was a complete soggy mess the waffles undercooked and stone cold and the cookie dough was stone cold and both waffle and cookie dough had to be warmed up in microwave. driver never followed his maps and I watched him on the tracker going back on himself all around bluewater and then to me. which is why my food came a complete mess and stone cold and ice creams all melted. driver turnt up on an electric pushbike. no wonder it took so long to deliver and stone cold.

Unfortunately, despite waiting for 2.5 hours, the order did not arrive. The app continously showed a Driver had been allocated but the order was still being prepared. Phoned in four times, sent an email and an instagram message to complain.

The apple crumble came in pieces

Took an hour from ordering and arrived cold. We had to heat it back up

Was alright apart from the fact the cheese cake was put inbeetween 2 hot waffles and melted it!!! And they forgot our ice creams we paid extra for!!!

Got given the completely wrong order. I ordered for my son so they didn’t know. Then I got a call from the people who received my order!! How did they have my number. CLEAR BREACH OF GDPR!!!

Amazing owner was passing through the restaurant and ask reason for our visit we said our daughter’s birthday. Surprisingly he said birthday girl food is free. I was shocked. Really appreciate his gesture. We definitely come back again. Thanks to Shillo

Great timing on delivery, food came in great condition (waffle warm, ice cream cold), will deffo order again!!

Food arrived cold like as if it had been in the fridge but normally it’s lovely but today for some reason it was very cold.

Watery milkshake tastes no Oreo in there like plain vanilla and the waffle was wrong total joke

I didnt know what to expect with the savoury dish but it tasted ok. I loved the Biscoff Doughnut. Delivery was received well packed and with care. Thank you.

the crepe had one topping on it but both of second crepe didn't have anything just plain and just one small tub of ice cream, this was horrible and awful, I won't be ordering he again

Took seven 10 year olds for my daughters birthday! Service was excellent! The girls loved their waffles and bubble teas. Staff were really helpful and patient. Recommend!

Delivery time was slightly more than listed time but no complaints

The courier was great, and the delivery handover was perfect, but the Creams did not adhere to the instructions I left on how I wanted my order; they put the wrong shavings and cream, and it came cold and soggy like a leftover waffle. It was disappointing because I couldn’t eat what I ordered; there’s an instruction box for a reason you should listen to it because there is a reason I have gone out of my way to leave an instruction

Great crepes, perfect even. Great coffee too. Made to feel welcome by Nusrat for our daughter’s 12th birthday!

We went to creams for having some after meal treat. It was very clean, the staffs were very kind.

Yashwant and Sakshi were fantastic during my visit to Creams Cafe. Their friendly demeanor and attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. I tried the Kinder Bueno waffle, which was a heavenly treat crispy, indulgent, and topped with generous amounts of chocolate and cream. The Oreo shake was equally impressive—thick, rich, and bursting with flavor.Both Yashwant and Sakshi made sure everything was perfect, checking in on us and providing excellent recommendations. With such delicious desserts and exceptional service, I can’t wait to return to Creams Cafe!

Asked for Caramel Sauce and this was not added, the milkshake just tasted bland. I had the same milkshake a few days ago from the same place and it was good, do not sure what happened.

I was served with speed and efficiency by a worker named Yesh. Very respectful and friendly. Lovely service

Visitamos Creams en Bexleyheath ayer y fue muy cálidamente recibido por una señora llamada Nusrat. Pedimos 2 gofres y 2 cafés. Nusrat hizo los gofres más sabrosos y frescos que hemos probado y los cafés también sabían muy bien. Gracias a Nusrat definitivamente volveremos a Creams en Bexleyheath muy pronto.

Yesn provided us with prompt service and made sure that he attended to as soon as possible. We didn’t wait no more than 5 minutes for our desserts. Both of these desserts tasted very well made and very warm not cold.

Ordered a crepe that came stone cold, and the ice cream with that was melted like a soup, the sundae was missing ingredients, when i complained just eats (who were terrible) they basically said Creams can send what they like, and you have to pay full price for terrible food, Both are scammers!
