So rude close at 2pm and told us at 12 there isn't much left then wouldn't let us sit in when it's half empty. The women are rude with an attitude won't be coming again

Didn’t get everything we ordered. We paid extra for crusty bread and got normal. They did however follow the requests I’d asked for. Delivery took ages.

Super cafe or takeaway, excellent meals and sandwiches at very reasonable prices, great choices and service. Prices very good, with monster breakfasts very reasonably priced.

Went here in person door open snow customsers or staff present stood at counter no staff to be locked waited a while and no response literally everything was left unattended

Quiet enough inside that it wasn't cramped. Food was spot on. Service was lovely. Recommend for a nice sit down and home cooked food

Don't know what happened to this place, it used to be good food n fast service. However today. I am disgusted an appauled tbh! Food 2.5 hrs late, cold, missing food items, over cooked and stale. When calling for updates I was either ignored or lied to. Will be pushing for a refund and never be using this place again!

I used to love the food from here and have ordered loads over the years, however they have changed their ingredients, the sausages are obviously very low standard and at a guess I would say budget pork and beef sausages that have left a horrible aftertaste, the bacon was very fatty and tasteless, tomatoes weren’t actual tomatoes, just the juice put on the sandwich which just made it tasteless and soggy, only things I couldn’t fault was the bread and the egg, I won’t be ordering from here again since it’s mostly gone in the bin

Waited for an hour for food to be delivered had to ring restaurant to find out where breakfast was

I ordered Hash Brown but didn't arrive with my order

Bacon was burnt and tough on 2 sandwiches, requested lightly done bacon on the 3rd but that was tough and dry. Took about 90 mins to do 4 sandwiches and deliver just over a mile away.

Disappointed really. I know how busy food outlets can be.. I've worked in them. But, we waited an hour and a half and fully expected the three breakfasts we ordered would be amazing. Mushrooms were black and our bacon was rock hard and the toast was barely toasted. 🙄

The delivery speed was great, and the delivery lady was quite friendly. The only problems were the burger bap wasn't very nice so it kind of ruined the burger as a whole. Way too much cheese for me, it just congealed. Chips were okayy. I found out it's branson pickle on the sandwich too, which I hate. Usually pickle means green pickles.

Forgot my 2 bottles of coke and still charged me £10.80

Had a breakfast here today, absolutely disgusting. Didn't eat it after trying it, just walked out. Nothing is cooked fresh, it's all pre cooked and warmed up, the beans were dry. Then there were a member of staff children shouting and walking around in the seating area. Not a very nice cafe at all and will not be returning there and will be advising anyone not to eat there!

Fillings for sandwiches was fine, but I never knew it was possible to get bread that thin, next time I must order something a bit more substantial.

My kids breakfast wasn't even in its box the boxes was delivered on their sides missing hash brown I paid extra 50p for mushrooms that have been cooked in what looks like a pan that's never been washed or even wiped down 15 mins late delivery bacon is dry nearly chocked on it would advise going here locals down even no the local area less than half a mile from the cafe its a joke will be expecting a refund through just eat

First time customer, ordered BSE on toast today was very well cooked ,fresh, well packaged and still really hot , from call to delivery took 20 mins ,even tho my order was below the minimum they were happy to deliver ...thanx ladies

One of the best cafes in the Black Country. Food is always cooked well and presented nicely. Excellent value for money. I strongly recommend you try the medium breakfast only £3.99 a hearty feed for anyone. And it includes a tea or coffee.They do a Big Cox's breakfast too but there is no way I would manage to eatl it all. Phone and collect service is really good we used to ring the Friday fry up butty order through when I was working on a site nearby and very often a Saturday or Sunday morning breakfast for me and my family. Cox's cafe is not flashy it's a very traditional style place ,but what it does is done well,spotlessly clean with really good food at a very reasonable price and they know how to make a decent cup of tea.Service is quick and friendly. A local business that is well worth supporting. Always my first choice in the area. Try it for yourself.

We had chicken curry and fish and chips. The meat and fish were both overcooked (hard and dry). Curry came with rice and chips which is a strange combination (there were a lot of chips! Not much rice and curry). Taste underwhelming.

Ordered a few times to work. Came early, fresh and hot. Carvery sandwich was 👌
