Amazing £1 meals from the truck stop 🔥

Food was very nice and a good pint

Had an evening meal here, was fairly decent to be honest. I will go again 👍👍

The atmosphere in the hotel is amazing. Hotel staff always smiling and helpful. It's nice to come to a place like this.

I stopped by for lunch....the food menu (written on A4 paper with a pencil) from the small menu he chose the traditional fish & chips. The potatoes were raw and the fish was swimming in oil. Maybe he was unlucky with the chef

Only visited for a drink with friends after a museum tour. A friendly atmosphere and crowd but a bit tired decor.

Popped in for a quick pint, big and roomy inside. The locals were there, no problem parking.

Rooms amongst the worst you could find. Reasonable food, cheap beer, nice staff. Really needs some money spent on the rooms. Broken items, curtain rail hanging off, emergency lighting in communal ares not functioning, mattress not fit for a dog, I could go on but you get the idea. This is what happens in a once great building when owners neglect their responsibilities. Stay somewhere else if you can but enjoy your meal and beer there.
