Ordered on food hub, for the 2nd consecutive time the pizza toppings were wrong - chicken missing off the 12 inch pizzas. Phone was permanently engaged so couldn't get through to them. I even tried to phone them after placing the order to ask them to double check it was right before leaving the shop but couldn't get through. Also, i ordered 2 weeks ago and was impressed with the supreme calzone - being approx 9inch. This time I ordered 2 and they were not much more than 6 inches - how can you charge the same price when your product is inconsistent? Not happy as it was a £50 order!

After food wasn’t so good with my first order the takeaway contacted me on there own behalf to solve the issue which I thought was very professional. The food second time around was very good .

If I could leave 0 stars I would! We waited over an hour and a half for the food only for it to be disgusting, most meals were wrong or missing, chicken was chewy and over cooked, pizza and chips were burnt to the point they were inedible, the poor lady at the front taking orders was left to deal with most things on her own as the two chefs walked outside for god knows how long! All I can say is if you’re unable to deal with the demand of food on a Saturday night then you shouldn’t be open for service 🙄

Disgusting ordered paid through food hub then order cancelled not enough staff apparently now got to wait for refund why take people's money when you can't accept the orders 😒 not happy safe to say won't be using again

Was told 20 minutes. Ended up sat in the shop for an hour listening to staff argue and other customers complaining. Order ended up being mostly wrong, cold and disgusting!

Poor girl left taking orders on her own after staff left her, people getting refunds left right and center, waited an hour & half for food and the order was wrong & disgusting.

They had new owners and it was amazing amazing cheesecake 10/10 quater pounder

Had meat feast calzone on a Tuesday night. Fast service and food was really good and plentiful.

Great customer service team are very friendly and welcoming portion sizes are just right can highly recommend the new yorker pizza platta thoroughly enjoyed and will be ordering again 😋

After waiting over an hour and half for the food, the kebab meat was rubbery, chilli sauce tasted horrible, was the worst takeaway I've had in a very long time, definitely lost my custom!!!!

The food was absolutely shocking aswel as the deals an portions was like kids meals completely a rip off not the same as it used to be never again

Amazing food, amazing service. Went here tonight after our usual pizza shop was closed and was pleasantly surprised. The lady behind the counter was so lovely and the food was fantastic 😍 will defo be going back!!

Food great. Loads of chicken on my pitta bread free kebab

Odered donner kebab only to come home and find its lamb shish instead. Tasted awfully. Pitta bread was under salad so it was all soggy and yucky. Best part of all meal was my Fanta. Do not recommend!

this place has hit rock bottom we waited 1 hour 45 mins for our food tonite when the food arived my days it was not nice at all pizza platter cold chips cold kebabs were very poor and cold we used to use them all the time but im sorry never again 50 quid in the bin tonite

First time ording from here tonight. The food was so poor. The burgers and chips was so dry. The chicken kebab was not worth eating about 5 peaces of chicken. Jacket potato was dry with no bean juice what so ever. The pasta was horrible so dry and for the garlic bread was just a tube of oil cheese was not even melted. Aviod this place for food! Won't be ording from here ever again.

Only been once but enjoyed the pizza, will try a kebab next time.
