Staff have lost there customer service skills, to busy chatting away, ordered 3 fraps costing nearly £16 no sauces on top or sprinkles, to busy deep in conversation. Shame used to be my favourite, think it needs a re structure a. s. a. p

Called in for a coffee today 19/4 but not sure if there has been a changeover with staff etc but the place looked dirty. The floor had bits all over it and looked like it could do with a good clean. There was a growing pile of used coffee grounds on the floor and work surfaces were very dirty. Not seen it like that before.

Got there quite late before they closed, but not forced to leave or rush.

Absolutely phenomenal service! They clearly had a few technical issues but handled it so amazing! This store really has great, hard working staff!

I got Latte, sandwich, Rasburry almond bake and Sprite to eat in. I search sugar and napkins around ,finally found next to the door entrance. But there are ni napkins then ask one of staff, he showed me to the door. But there is no napkins. I hesitate ask again, is so bad experience to me

Clearly I turned up in my invisible man suit! More interested in cashing the register (at peak lunchtime) than even acknowledging my existence waiting to be served. Had quite the queue behind me too. I gave up, and can recommend Greggs across the way. I won’t go to this establishment again.

The Staff here are amazing and take care of their customers needs. I came in the day before to flys flying around the cake display and put me and many other customers off from having a cake, but yesterday I came in to see that the staff took their own initiative in covering the back off the display to reduce the amount of flys possible flying in. Niko really left an imprint at this store to bad he couldn’t come back 😢

The drinks are always made well and the service is even better. Tip: Ask for the Flat White! :)

The service is the biggest issue for me. My order via the drive-through is very rarely right. Everything else is great, coffee is superb, my favourite.

Store and drive through meant to open at 5:30am but staff don’t open till they want to. Numerous times I’ve been at 5:45/5:50 and staff inside chatting a g everything still locked up

Why are they always closing far earlier than the stated closing time. This happens frequently! Just amend your closing times on google if that’s the case. The amount of customers I see pull up and have to drive away, not just myself. The drinks are usually fab here, the service needs improvements. Especially been located right next to the motorway when people like myself may just want a quick Costa on the way to and from work.

Absolutely the worst Costa I've been to. The staff are obviously not happy at work, and this reflects in their approach to customers. It's always closes early, and I see lots of people drive in and straight out again.

Disappointed, tried to buy a coffee today but it was closed and we got there exactly at 18:50 however on the website it states 8pm. This has happened multiple times, if the store is closing earlier or the hours have changed I wish it was stated!

Great location and helpful to grab a quick coffee. It has a nice seating area as well as the drive through option.

Can get very busy and quite small inside and dodging tables if having a takeaway drink. Slow service & hot drinks can be luke warm to almost cold

Didn't finish my coffee, it tasted burnt and terribly bitter. My egg and mushroom sandwich had no taste. One of the girls working there was in a terrible mood like she'd rather be dead than at that Costa and honestly, same.

States on website closes at 7pm on Sundays, get there at 6.25pm tonight and guess what it's closed.Also has a phone number which doesn't work. What's the point of advertising if you choose to close when you want. Not the first time this has happened to be honest

Would have been nice to get a full cup. It is what I paid for. And what happened to the sauce I asked for. This has happened 3 visits in a row. Poor service from staff that just don’t really care.

An unremarkable visit which is exactly what I expected as the site performed exactly to the standards the Company portays.

Costa Drive Through Stafford Road WOlverhampton: Wasn't allowed the £1 cake deal as staff had already put my coffee through, firstly told I would have to buy another coffee and then with an attitude told 'I don't know what you expect me to do about it', I didn't bother pursuing as looking behind the counter, the staff looked quite unkempt and what should have been a flat white turned out to be a very weak latte. Either staff need to focus more on customers and not on each other, or get more customer service training ASAP

Excellent just what I needed a coffee fix staff polite and friendly and the drive though great idea. Site visited on 22/10/22 unfortunately bit of a mix of things, wanted to sit in but unfortunately yet again only the Drive Through was open seems to be a common problem but still very disappointed food excellent, Service in Drive Through slow, Atmosphere there was none staff just dishing Coffee out of the window/next please hadn't got 3 of the 5 items we wanted, will seriously have to think about if I go back. We traveled on to Welsh pool unfortunately still none of the Cake items we wanted so went to Gregg's instead shame as we prefer Costa. Come on people get it sorted. 😭

I used this place as a drive through. Asked for two hazel maple latte with Oat milk. They don't have and maple, never mind, I'm easy going, had it without the maple. Drove up to the collection window and I wanted to use the offer that costa sent to my app, 2 hazel maple latte for £4. It didn't work the first time so she did it again, then said I had to pay 90p for the privilege of having Oat milk. Cheeky. Then she asked if I still wanted cream on it. Yes I did. Got home and no cream. Our treat turned out to be a really watery latte that I paid 90p extra for.

Asked if I wanted sauce with my bap, forgot said sauce, you had one job. Fuming lad. Do not pass go, do not collect £200. Spunk bubble.

Staff member rude and miserable. Dirty tables with glasses and cups on them. Place full of flies.

Went to the Drive Thru today, paid for our order and then watched the girl taking the orders/payments pick her nose and then pick our cups up. When we said we wanted a refund, no apology was even given, she huffed, picked her nose again and then did the refund without even speaking to us. I think the manager of this branch needs to rethink who they hire and maybe give some training in hygiene practice and customer service.

Consistently inconsistent place. Sometimes they make so strong cappuccino that I can't drink it. Sometimes they make it so watery I doubt there is any coffee in it. Not a £3.50 coffee at all. Such a waste of very good location.

Better than average costa coffee. But the price for a flat white is getting a little silly.

Don't bother. They have 4 staff in there and couldn't even make 2 coffees in the 20 minutes since I ordered them on the app. I got there and waited 5 minutes to get someone's attention to find that they hadn't even picked up the app order. No apology, no reason, nothing. It wasn't even busy! This is the second time in a row this has happened Won't be going again Avoid

All good tho, Internet said mint milkshake was off menu, at drive thru they said not, so got mint milkshake in end, World is better now

If I could give zero points I would. I went into this Costa for the first time the staff didn't acknowledge be I was standing at the counter when the member of staff served me no hello just what would you like to order. Gave my order wasn't asked if I wanted marshmallow or chocolate sprinkles on my mocca was given dirty cutlery when I asked if they could change was given plastic cutlery and told the dishwasher was broke. Won't be going there again

A decent Costa with good happy staff. Everything is clean and new. Well lit. Good facilities. Etc.

Went through the Drive thru, looking back it may have been quicker to park up and go in. Besides that's all drinks are freshly made and hot.

Terrible coffee shop lately. Never open. Always putting up handwritten signs up on the door with some poor excuse for why they have suddenly closed.
