Fab cup of coffee. Lovely friendly staff too. Very clean and comfortable.

Non-workers are treated incorrectly.

Some of the staff here need an attitude adjustment, particularly the young girl with frizzy blondish hair. We were in with a couple of children who were meeting up to celebrate their birthdays before starting back at school, and she spent the entire length of our visit just staring and glaring at us while making snide comments about little children. Complete bullying attitude, this isn’t the first time either. Don’t work in a customer facing role if you can’t handle the general public, could understand if the kids were misbehaving but they were just sat giggling!

From a seating perspective this is one of the better Costa Coffees. It more of the "good seats", you know the ones, big and comfy, seats four to six people but usually hogged by just one person. Food choice was a bit limited on our visit today, but was good. But, I've said this over and over, they never keep on top of clearing and cleaning the tables. Still my favourite coffee shop, despite the fact that I don't like coffee! 😁

This is my No.1 Costa, excellent service, excellent coffee and lovely staff, I've been to many a Costa in some supposedly "nicer" locations but usually its been appalling. This is the one if you want your moneys-worth! The staff work hard keeping the queue moving and the very fact the cafe is always packed shows how popular the place is.

No froth no dusting - didn’t follow order notes. The couple sips I had it taste like cows milk (creamy) and not oat milk.

Didn’t read instructions, mocha came like squid ink

The service was rushed, but this could have been down the the shop being busy, but I qas at the front of the que for 10 mins before and server acknowledged me which was massively frustrating as all I was getting was cold drinks. The table out was dirty really bad I had to use some wipes of my own and put the trash in the bin. Could have been a much better experience.

Got the mocha and latte mixed up and put a caramel shot in my mocha. I couldn’t drink the mocha because of the caramel shot and I couldn’t switch to my daughter’s latte because it had whole milk in. 😭

Didn’t get chance to even taste the drinks as the driver had managed to spill the drinks all over to the point the bag fell to pieces

Its very expensive for hot drinks you can get the same hot drinks chiper in other cafes,simple

Hardly anyone on the Precinct, seems everyone's in Costa. Can't go wrong with the Capuccino though. And a nice bun.

Food never came, waited 2 hours for an update. Clearly either forgotten by the restaurant or taken by the driver.

Ordered a gingerbread latte, the server stuck the gingerbread man in head first. Have a bit of pride in your job and the presentation of what you serve.

This is one of the best Costas I've visited. As busy as it often gets the staff maintain the cleanliness in the cafe to a high standard especially the toilets.

Not quite as good as usual. Lovely coffee, baps has sat around waiting.

Driver tried to give me the bag with the drinks pooling through it told me there would be a bit left. I told him i wasn’t accepting the order it was damaged so he threw it back in the bag. Now justeat won’t refund because I didn’t take a picture of him stood there with the bags dripping. Ridiculous!

Close early all the time, you get there and they have a note on the door or they're already closed. Also chairs need cleaning.

A decent order! its Not been too good quality wise lately. But I enjoyed this order & the coffee was excellent.

They had an issue with not being able to provide one of the items ordered. They called me and asked if I wanted an alternative and swapped it no problem. Excellent customer service.

small area of Leaking roof outside the main entrance (maybe its the leasing council's responsibility), but its an eye sore whenever it rains. All the cushy chairs are filthy and stained and for a place that deals with food and drinks, it can be skin-crawling when you imagine how bad it could be behind the surface if the public facing areas can give such disgust. Also, most time I've been in, the tables tend to have either uncleared used tableware or rubbish from recently vacated customers and I find myself having to clear them to another recently vacated table with similar dirty tableware. I go most weekend mornings for breakfast and this happens 7 out of 10 times that I've been there. suggestions: Change the cushion chair covers/use leather or wooden chairs all through and delegate standby staff whose job is to be on the lookout for about-to-be vacated tables and prioritize clearing and wiping down within the shortest time.

Staff are always so friendly and its always clean.

My biggest issue with this branch is the struggle to find a table inside and out. The amount of tables occupied by people dining on food/drinks from neighbouring businesses having purchased nothing from Costa itself is insane and yet nobody does anything about this. The amount of lost custom due to this I find hard to believe this issue is not managed better.

I like Costa's products and the cafe interior design. Mixed reviews for staff - a lady with a braid (sorry forgot her name) is so kind and smily, however most staff are simply doing the job without any special cust serv skills, and there is also a lady that is a bit rude (sorry can't remember her name). Atmosphere could be better too, unfortunately some of the customers play music on their phones loud, others shout or misbehave like throwing rubbish onto the floor. A decent place but could be so much better

We ordered two drinks one came full to the brim. However the other was only half way full one how is that fair and two what happened here then? I am upset and disappointed that this happened.

Polite staff understanding needs

1st time this shop has been open for deliveries for 2 week. I ordered 2 sausage baps and got 2 bacon baps. The bacon was not cooked. Plus I don't like bacon!! Come on its not that hard! Unimpressed

Order was fast. Unfortunately bacon and the sausage baps were cold and not cooked. Doubt it was even put in the oven. Not happy! £14 for a coffee. New staff need training properly.

Have never seen the tables in this Costa clean

Coffee & food are great. Delivery driver is completely useless, doesn't read instructions and acts Deaf.

I liked it here, very relaxing vibe there's also outdoor seating, and the place was very clean. Idk the name of the guy who served me but he had a sun tattoo on his neck...I'm thinking dave or Dan (the name tag was rlly small) but he was really lovely. My drink was made fast and all the staff were welcoming/smiley.

Very quick. 15 min total time. The sausage & bacon baps were undercooked a bit. But that's being petty. Ate them both & enjoyed them. Since they got a new coffee machine, the coffee now is amazing 👏

Pretty poor, have been out of UK for over a year, and was looking forward to a little Costa trip, they normally have lots of vegan options. Sadly, none qt all, the coffee was weak, more latte than flat white, qnd all spilled in the saucer. Disappointed, won't return

Only got half my order for the 2nd day on the trot. Coffee great. Sausage bap was very poor. But the one yesterday was great. Consistency please.

Disappointed Ordered a chai latte and sent a flat white husband couldn’t even chance drinking it because there was no indication that it has oat milk in or not. I ordered a mocha and got a mocha with cinnamon in which wasn’t requested I can’t stand cinnamon. It made the drink spicy/sweet and therefore had to be binned as did the flat white

It's OK. But asked for ketchup & got nothing. Getting fed up of NOT being able to add an extra shot of coffee. Unavailable??? Come on

Each time I go in the tables ate very dirty full of rubbish from the last ppl who didn't put their rubbish in the bin.. rubbish on the floor too. Staff nice pleasant 👍 always very busy

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful, the menu board has very small writing so, unfortunately, I struggled to read it and I have good vision it also didn't help went it constantly changed, however, the interior was very nice and a calm atmosphere so it was nice to be in.

Tried the new Rolo Hot Chocolate, tastes good but does start getting sickly after abit. Food was great👍 Messy tables, had to move someone's left overs to be able to sit down.

We were sitting having a friendly chat and a Costa coffee, when a staff member began mopping under our table and chairs, literally touching our shoes, one and a half hours before closing time. We observed the same thing happening to other customers seated at tables around the cafe. I think this is so rude.

Ordered a apple Tea, latte and mocha and a cappuccino came instead of the mocha! This happened yesterday as well!
