They're fixed The points issue but you can not Redeem your Free drinks this Absolute stupid They're say you can get the points £4.00 a coffee but you can use your Odeon Membership card so many things wrong Odeon you can not use your points for free coffee can not get your coffee 10% cheaper with your Odeon Membership card

Sorry for the low rating, but their flat whites are the same as lattes. I ordered one of each for my friend and I - two different prices but the same drink (both lattes). Both come in latte size cups so either the barista’s can’t distinguish the difference between the drinks, or costs has no clue what a flat white is.

As I regular customer I see It's worse than before after recent renovation. Power sockets do not work, if you plan to work on your laptop there take it fully charged from home or go to another place. Also, it's been now for months the bar code machine is not working, so you can't scan your app to get points and they keep promising its gonna be fixed soon, I lost around 30 points so far!! I think this should be reported to Costa. This is my last visit here, horrible service!

Fast pleasant service. Clean and tidy. You dont need a ticket to use this costa, so you can watch the cinema viewing public bustle around here.

Costa Coffee exceeded my expectations! The service provided by Simona (not sure how to spell her name) and Paulo was exceptional. Their kindness and warmth made my visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Costa, not just for their delicious coffee, but also for the genuinely sweet and welcoming staff. Definitely coming back!!

Normally good service but I’ve noticed some of the area is being cordoned off for cleaning when no cleaning is taking place. This means there is nowhere for customers to sit ?

This is a functional place to visit pre/post cinema visit, due to its very location. Staff are friendly and don’t leave people hanging around. My latte was served fast and efficiently and fresh as a daisy!

Very rushy.. Because of the weekend.. I took as usual hot chocolate.. The best one according to my taste bud.

Why put a coffee shop inside a cinema complex stopping the Odeon serving coffee and close by 6pm stopping customers from getting a hot drink? Horrendous idea!

Small Costa at the cinema entrance. Upvote because the one girl running the counter was working hard, but still pleasant and efficient, and you get a China cup. Downvote because coffee was not very good.

Well I was there this week and as usual it’s quiet , when Cinema isn’t busy ! Seating always clean despite usually only one or two staff at most on duty. But all staff are pleasant, and very helpful! But lack of choice of foods and cold drinks , due to shut down of cooling display unit, isn’t good unfortunately. But always a pleasure to visit the cafe anyway!

Very nice coffee. Friendly staff. If you park at level 2, by the entrance in the shopping centre, there's this Costa inside the Odeon Cinema. Easy to grab your coffee before going shopping or after you finished, in the way to your car.

I love coming here, all the staff are super friendly and their coffee is amazing! Perfect place to be before/after watching a film or before/after shopping. Located next to the car park which is convenient.

Ordered a Chai Latte on the 18/08 at around 10:20 am and Ethan prepared the drink. He added extra shots and the milk was not hot enough. This made the drink overly spicy and not drinkable. It was too late for me to come back and ask for another one.
