Standard large chain coffee, it's ok. Place has been redecorated, just seems utilitarian and soulless

Quiet if you prefer to have space to think or work.

Disgusted! what is the point when they can't even get ONE order tight! Ordered food and coffee and only received coffee!!!

I only ordered a sandwich and a drink and my order kept getting delayed a ridiculous amount

Got a caramel ice latte and it tasted so bitter and couldn’t taste the caramel at all, very disappointed as it wasn’t cheap and I couldn’t even drink it.

Only ordered 3 things and they forgot the main one 🤦🏻‍♀️

Lovely place since it's been refurbished. Staff our lovely plus the range is opposite. Very spacious & plenty of room if you've got children.

Items missing i orderd a wrap and i only got my coffee absolutely shocking and angry

Used the drive thru. They made my dream no and food perfectly. The ham and cheese toastie was excellent

Decided to come here with a friend for a catch-up after having a wander around the retail park on a Saturday afternoon. We both decided to have a sandwich and a latte and a tea. There wasn't much left to choose from, so my friend had a prawn sandwich, and I opted for the last egg mayonnaise one. On taking a bite from my sandwich, I bit on something hard and realised that my sandwich was frozen with a piece of ice at the end. I quickly spat it out and took it back to the counter, and explained what had happened. The assistant apologised and said, "Did I want another one to which I replied no thankyou but opted for a cheese and ham toastie instead. Maybe this fridge needs to be highered up a bit so that anything that is placed at the back doesn't start to freeze as this is clearly a health and safety issue.

First time I’ve ordered from Costa and never received my full order. So this will be the last time I order from Costa

I stopped in after a very long drive and was greeted with a warm smile. Not only was my drink delightful, but so were the staff, particularly Elvina, who was friendly and chatty. I wish I lived nearer so I could pop in more often!! Facilities were clean, staff were extremely pleasant, and the coffee was perfect. Thank you.

A place worth visiting. Sitting there is wonderful, romantic, and far from the noise. In addition to the famous coffee and refreshments, a car station is suitable for people with special needs.

ordered cookie and someone as taken bite out of cookie. I am house bound an I order Costa everyday few times can't get order right .things missing or items left out . this new one bit in cookie .

I have updated my previous review as things have really improved. The cleanliness and general atmosphere is much better, as the staff are clearly more invested. Much nicer place, but shame it's now closing at 6pm

Busy on weekends. Quick service. Drinks were nice. Tables were all full shortly after we arrived. Staff could have cleared them a little faster.

One of the best Costa shops in the area staff always friendly and smiling my favourite place for a quick break. Highly recommend

it is a joke the employees always refuse to serve saying is close when it clearly states the opening and close times.

didn't catch the gentleman's name that served us but he had a Irish accent he was very friendly and polite

I ordered a drink without cream, and it came with cream. They remade it. Get home and checked my receipt; they charged me an extra 50p for the cream I didn't want. The phone number to contact doesn't work.

They ran out of ice-cream around lunch time!

Went to the store 30 mins before closing time and the doors were locked, so decided to place a just eat order with them, and they waited 30 minutes after the order was placed to cancel.

It used to be amazing and lovely (a little treat) but now when I come in there is rubbish on the tables, rubbish all over the floor and when I looked over the counter where 2 young men are working. The toasties were very overpriced at about 5 pounds for 2 pieces of bread! There was unopened milk bags on the floor. The food was nice but the quality of the place was terrible. Obviously short staffed, but the place resembles a childrens play centre after 20 kids have eaten! 2 stars do not recommend. I would say it’s a management issue!

Nice little drive through, very clean an lots of choice. Staff were amazing very helpful an always smiling 😃 free parking an can also use the range car park for bigger vehicles as only little bays. Wheelchair friendly.

This place was filthy. The floor was disgusting and so were the windowsills. Such a shame because the drinks were nice.

Ordered coffee and Mac and cheese around 19:30. My delivery was prompt, but I noticed only the coffee had arrived. I then tried to call the restaurant and they wouldn’t answer. Then I figured out that they closed at 20:00, so now I feel as if they just didn’t send it out as it was near to their closing time. Unhappy customer :(

i got a hazelnut flat white with the new ultimate blend milk (which is free at the moment!) and a vegan cheese and ham toastie. 10/10 and quick, friendly service :)

Ordered salted caramel frappe with coffee and cream. 1st was watery and had no flavour what so ever. The girl was lovely and got me another but that tasted funny and was like a cup of crram over ice. I didn't like to say anything again so just left it. I absolutely love these drinks and have them often but I won't go here again for them. They never put the sprinkles on either!! I also went in this branch a few weeks ago and there was very little choice of cakes and nothing for my grandchildren so we left.

It wasn't busy when we arrived. Put our order in for 2 coffees. And people coming in after us were getting served first. Then they were serving the drive through before us aswell. When we did get our coffee. The miserable waitress through them at us. Staff were poorly trained to deal with customers. We will not be returning. 😡

Lovely staff. I come down about twice a week and staff are always cheerful and helpful. I had trouble with my car today in the car park and one of the workers came out to check on me. Really recommend.

We ordered 2 cakes a cup of tea and a toastie. We were given the tea and cakes straight away both of which were nice. They told us the toastie wouldn't belong having sat there tea drunk cakes eaten no sign of the toastie. I noticed a sandwich on the counter I went and asked if it was a toastie, yes the girl said when I pointed out it would be cold, she said sorry about that!!! The previous week we had been in the Costa in Next on the near-by retail park were the toastie was brought to us. When I thanked the girl she said your welcome. What a difference

Package drinks better spilt all over the bags

As always I like Costa coffee and the way they present their stuff. Keep in mind that the closing times advertised are for the drive thru and not staying in. I have been told that for weekdays the stay-in closes at 7pm. It's such a shame that most Costa branches close that early while other competitors close at 9pm.

Toilet has been broken for weeks! Have to use disabled toilet where the sink is tiny so water is constantly splashed over the floor.

Ordered large drink and was given medium, the restaurant was out of stock on biscuit so wrote a note to say they had gave an alternative but nothing in the bag?

My only complaint about my visit is not the store or the coffee but the cups, I find the Costa cups to be a bit of a pain. They are very heavy and so wide the coffee cools to quickly.

Always enjoy a Costa whenever possible.

I ordered two vegan ginger breads vegan one came other didn't coffee came vegan coke came but it was the coke zero I didn't order coke zero I orderd the full fat one as a treat.

Went back here this week 2 years from the original review . It was early morning on a Sunday. The floors and sills are filthy the table base stand looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks... no excuse for staff not to basic clean up and mop before they let the public in. you would think costa coffee would have a certain standard for cleaning...in this franchise

Out 10 times I ask for a decaf at least 4 times came caffeinated

Our Go To Costa. Never messes our order up, although admittedly it's an easy one. Staff are friendly and drinks delicious.

I ordered a white chocolate with white chocolate dusting and marshmallows, there was no white dusting and no marshmallows instead a flake that was melted all over the Costa cup so I can’t even drink it now literally didn’t even get what I asked for just wasted my money

Enjoyed my cappuccino and customers service was excellent

The delivery person didn’t even knock on the door and left the food outside, checked my phone and I get a text that the foods outside 20 minutes ago, now my food coffee is cold! Waste of money

Asked for latte to take out. Everyone got their orders except me. Had to ask one more time. Not a first time such thing happens. Never given a receipt in this shop

Drinks spilt so left with half full drinks. Food ruined! Driver didn't seem bothered and was a bit rude.

Coffee had spilt inside bag all over the bacon roll. Last time I ordered there was a seal under the lid to avoid spills and I was v impressed this time unimpressed

Their flat white didnt taste good at all. I took the first two sips then left it. The iced cold latte was good either.

I like this drive-thru, although I usually sit in! The carpark is tiny, but you can use the huge one for the shopping park. The atmosphere in here is nice and the staff are always lovely. There's also plenty of plug sockets and I like coming here to escape the house if I really need to get some study/w work done. 😉

Most of the staff provide great customer service others look like they don’t wanna be there but great coffee. Store has always been clean and tidy when I visit and all drinks/food has been available. Parking could be better but yet the range car park is literally just opposite so not to far of a walk.

A little dirty around tables when we visited...as well as dirty floors behind the tills and drive through bits.... Very quiet three staff members and had to repeat our three drink order a couple of times....certainly don't feel like a nice place to go... We use the Costa on sefton Street instead they are cleaner staff are very friendly always happy to help

Hadn't eaten today, stopped in for a chia lattè as I was stuck in traffic early afternoon, on the way back from Bolton suffered the worst violent stomach upset for years only stopped both v and d an hour ago 😳

The store was closed hour and half before closing time so we were told go to the drive thru. They didn't have most of the drink and no other alternative milks other than soya. Very disappointed. I ordered the new frappe drink and the mango pears were too big for the straw and it tasted very artificial and mostly like fomy milk with plastic taste of mango. Will not order again.

Staff really friendly place clean and parking easy, coffee great and chocolate Caramel flapjacks where nice but dry xx would get the brownies next time as much nicer xx

Doors fully locked, drive-through blocked off at 20 to 7 when the shop doesn't close until 7pm. Staff awkwardly making eye contact and pretending they couldn't see customers standing outside - wouldn't even acknowledge customers were there or explain that they were potentially closing early. Business lost to Starbucks.
