Costa Coffee - Cheetham Hill in Manchester

Mi esposa fue al mostrador para ser servida mientras yo encontraba una mesa. Ella compró dos pasteles cuadrados de chocolate a £ 2. 50 cada uno, y pidió dos cafés con leche medianos. Ella dijo que el ayudante del mostrador era muy grosero y distraído y le sirvió con dos grandes cafés con leche, cobrándole £ 13 en total. Pidió un recibo, pero la hosca asistente se negó a darlo. Hemos estado en este negocio antes, pero mi esposa dice que no desea ir allí nunca más debido a la actitud desagradable del "barista". Entonces: uno para evitar en el futuro.

Solía disfrutar viniendo a esta costa, pero desde que es "nueva gestión" se ha ido cuesta abajo. Los pedidos se mezclan, las tazas están sucias y no debería tomar 6 minutos para obtener un café con leche cuando no está ocupado! No hay disculpa por falta de competencia e higiene. Esta es mi tercera vez desde que es personal nuevo y cada vez he estado disgustado y decepcionado. Iré al Fuerte en el futuro.

El personal es poco profesional, poco amable Épicamente hay un tipo de Asia, muy grosero, no voy a volver la próxima vez

Fui el martes pasado a comprar un café pero no estaba segura de qué jarabe elegir. Andrea era absolutamente increíble y estaba tratando de ayudarme cuando el otro chico que estaba en la caja estaba tratando de apresurarme a pagar, le dije que ni siquiera sabía lo que iba a elegir para que no pudiera saber cuánto tiene que cobrarme, su respuesta fue 'bueno, si no necesito poner su pedido de nuevo en la caja'... así como él estaba gritando la orden de la próxima cliente a la barista cuando ella estaba tratando de ayudarme... estoy seguro de que podría hacer el café en su lugar... El lugar estaba vacío así que no sé cuál era la prisa... definitivamente necesita aprender más sobre el servicio al cliente y el respeto. Solo para felicitar a Andrea porque fuiste increíble y tan buen profesional 🤩

Personal fantástico, especialmente el personal de la mañana que da todo y siempre tienen una sonrisa mientras saluda. Me encantan sus comportamientos y comunicación. en general gran experiencia

I was in the store this evening when a commotion came towards the bathroom, from what i could gather from staff on the phone to emergency services is a man had gotten into the bathroom and had passed out using drugs!!!! the staff delt with the situation quickly but i felt horrible as they were both so young but they did amazing and they should be proud. A shame as i was with my young children!! WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN

Absolutely fantastic staff, who really give it there all and have always have a smile to greet me! I often pop in multiple times a day!

Pretty awful experince really. I normally have Chai Latte and went for it this time thinking it would be decent. I couldn't have been more wrong! Tasteless. Just milk and lacking in any flavours. Didn't bear any resemblance to Chai Latte as we know it! Avoid the place.

Asked for a white hot chocolate got a Normal one, guy before me asked for a small latte, got a medium cappuccino. How you can be so thick is beyond me

Me entristece que Trip Advisor no me deje calificar este lugar (demasiado para llamarlo cafetería) 0 estrellas Servicio horrible. El personal no tiene idea de lo que significa el café. Ahora también me arrepiento de dedicar 90 segundos de mi tiempo a escribir una reseña de este lugar, simplemente no vale la pena ni siquiera 90 segundos, no importa ir allí y gastar dinero

Would have been zero stars!!! Had a sandwich from the front fridge. Auntie had a panini and she didn't look happy!!! Tea is as weak as p*** just cheap milk really. Truly awful would have to go a long way before anything as bad as that!! The lowest quality food imaginable. Weird greasy taste and sliced bread taste doughy (maybe frozen then thawed out?) left a horrible taste in my mouth... Tomato sauce in Heinz packets that was hard to get out (no dates on condiments, think health and safety!!!) Basic food hygiene!!!!) All in all a joke!!! Why do this to your own business?? I'm hoping that this is their business and there not destroying someone else's living????!!!!! Tables all greasy and sticky. All in all, running a business like this is a total insult to the customers!! I could see why it was generally empty but had occasional rushes of unsatisfied customers everywhere I came. The cafe should be overwhelmed by customers, as Tesco building next door..... And shopping plaza around the corner, and to top it all no competition.....! place Empty!!! Go someplace else that deserves the trade!!!! Horrible greasy taste and poor quality coffee even after using mouth wash YUK!!! This place needs to WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came here only last week. Wish I had at least one nice thing to say about this place, but its really gone downhill since Christmas. Such a waste of time coming here. The coffee is always poorly made and takes ages to get served. Not worth the time of day. Rather just go Subway across the road or Tesco Cafe next door. At least they smile.

Takes about 15 minutes to get a coffee and the staff are always grumpy. I'd rather make coffee at home. The store is never clean and is absolutely disgusting, bad service and very dirty place.

Usual Costa coffee but at time of visit the place was a little untidy. For the price of the coffee you would expect a place to be clean and somewhat tidy.
