Was here 8.4.25 Wednesday evening 17.00 and the staff was excellent friendly fast service and the place was very clean very cool relaxing vibe 😎. Here again today 11.4.25. 17.30 and the staff again friendly helpful place very clean with a cool relaxed vibe as always 😎.

I have been served by Mina, today. She really deserves to be praised for her politeness and efficiency. Thank you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely worse customer service I’ve never experienced. Waited long time for the two girls to sort out delivery order and then she apologised to customers like she is going to pounce everyone. Not even understand all menus, the management team really need to be careful about staff they ate hiring, they definitely will lose lots of customers because of poor service considering there are lots of other local cafes around.

Message for management costa st james st. I visited costa this morning at 10 :40am. The lady serving at the till this morning was very unpleasant. The customer service provided was appalling. She kept banging the coffee equipment while making the coffees for customers. She kept making facials expressions and had a aggressive behaviour towards customers ordering coffee. The other poor asian staff serving behind the counter did a good job but was very intimated by the colleagues behaviour. I felt very sorry for her I think she's a new staff who's learning. Otherwise i visit this costa regularly and the service is outstanding when the managers working.

Just want to give a thank you to Corrine at the Walthamstow Central Branch. Just a simple smile whilst greeting someone can make all the difference to someone's day and it did mine. Thank you for giving something that I'd say is the best part of customer service and just simply being human.

I have been coming here for about 4 weeks now, about 5 times so far. Never been disappointed as I'm quite particular about my coffee, they make a fabulous Americano. Lovely, clean surroundings in which to sit and enjoy it all. I stay for quite a long period, and staff clean the surfaces regularly, toilets always clean too. I have read reviews where people have said staff were rude, something I've not encountered. Fantastic, no complaints from me.

Went for a drink to meet a friend and the staff wouldn’t smile, got my order wrong and were just not happy to be there.

Staff were rude, simple as that really. Cancelled an order made ahead of time, and didn't apologise for it. Won't order from here again unless staff are taught how to say "sorry"! It's not hard!

I have very disappointed at the recent experience I have had at st James street costa. The staff were very rude to me, and have also told me that the manager doesn’t want to see me again. I am not doing anything to anyone. I am simply buying and sitting down enjoying the peace and quiet but I am constantly getting rude looks from the staff.

An ordinary Costa but made great by the other Costa in Dover being crowded and slow. The staff were friendly and served quickly. The tables were laid out well leaving you with some privacy. Place was perfectly clean.

My husband and I spent several hours here over our coffee and teas -- he worked and took a conference call while I stepped out twice to browsed the neighbourhood and even get a haircut. It was such an elegant and welcoming Costa -- it was a pleasure to spend time in there.

Every time I come here it's full of smiling faces. Its local to where my friend lives so it suits to pop in to grab a coffee before work.

The staff are good, helpful, big Costa, good coffee, does what it says on the tin - no pun intended!

Right by the railway station. Good service, standard Costa Coffee fare. Easy to grab a take out prior to catching a train.

As a lover of good coffee, I've dropped in here on a couple of occasions and it is certainly on a par with their other houses! The coffee is of a good standard and the staff are both polite and efficient. My only moan is the price, most of the local cafes produce as good a cup at a more competitive price. However, the surrounds couldn't be matched!!
