Costa is Costa. It’s never going to beat some of your independent coffee shops who really do high end coffee. But for what it is, and the convenience, it’s a good place. Sometimes it gets quite busy but clearly other people like it. My dogs are obsessed with the little pup cups. They refuse to walk passed unless I go in and get them one. The staff are lovely, always friendly. Deserves to have more reviews and recognition of their good customer service.

I love this store and the staff especially. Steph has built an amazing group of colleagues that are always friendly and amicable. The store is great too and the coffee is excellent. This little store in Didcot has become the go to coffee haunt for myself my family and my business partner. Keep up the excellent work and thanks for the great coffee team!

Went for coffee and cake the coffee was cold and not frothed up was flat And didn’t taste of coffee And cake was sold out and this was 3pm Need to get staff trained better as they didn’t have a clue this was on the 21/12

Came here the other day with my partner and baby. My partner and asked through with our daughter, I followed 5 seconds behind. As I walked in, a quite tall blonde haired girl abruptly said in a rude tone “have you been jabbed?” Stunned at her rude comment and lack of hospitality I simply froze and said nothing. I should mention that my partner and I had masks on. Only a few seconds later, 3/4 more people walked in but nothing was said to them at all! I can only assume this hot headed girl was having a and moment and decide to lash out at anyone who was near by, unfortunately myself in this case. What bothers me as someone who has worked in hotels most of my life, is the complete disregard of a welcome or actual “hospitality”. I would also like to mention that we have since been here to grab a coffee and I have stated to my partner that should this blonde girl be serving I’d ask to be served by someone else. It appears that these young servers aren't trained properly on making different coffees. I’ve ordered a cappuccino twice now and they aren’t thickening the milk well enough to pass it as one. It tastes like an over heated latte. There’s no point having the options of different coffees if they can’t execute them. This I put down to bad management. I can only asylums the manager doesn’t know how to make decent coffees either. When heating the milk in the metal container, (as a right handed user) the spout should be placed ever so slightly against the left side and around a centimetre below the surface of the milk creating a spiral effect with the milk thickening as it does so. When over heating the milk, it spoils the consistency. I would be more than happy to teach them how to do so purely so I can purchase a coffee that tastes good. Please train your staff considering the prices you charge people!

This branch is usually slow at getting through the customers and the staff often seem unhappy. Recommend you order via the app for speed and less interaction.

I found the staff unpleasant and unwelcoming and they passed off a whole pint of slightly coffee flavoured milk as a 'small extra shot flat white'. Disappointing.

Popped in for a quick drink at lunchtime.This is the second time this particular has made my coffee and the second time its been poor.Please train her to make a proper cappucino.

I popped in around 8am. Was served by Lucy. This was the quickest service I've ever had in a Costa. I handed over the sandwich I'd selected in the refrigerator, for toasting, asked for a L. Cappuccino to sit in, and she seamlessly processed my points, payment, poured the coffee and recovered the toasted cheese and onion sandwich from the toaster.

Had a lovely comfortable overnight stay at the Ferryman and a fabulous evening meal in the restaurant with friends. I would recommend this as a must stopover for Thames Walker between The Trout at Tadpole Bridge & Oxford. The staff/owners were so kind and attentive and made these sections of our walk very special.

Absolutely horrible! I went to this McDonalds because it was local, I thought it would be nice. I got in and ordered something, all the staff looked depressed and not wanting to be there at all! After about 20 minutes I got my burger but the McFlurry I ordered was on the receipt but was not with my food. I went down to the counter and asked where it was and they groaned at me and said the machine was broken. What a surprise that the machine is McBroken again. Anyways I don’t get money back for that. I started to eat my burger and realised there was pickles in it even though I customised it to have NO PICKLES.. There was hair inside the burger and the drink was half empty. By any means do not go here!

Food took a long time to come, had to ask. When it arrived majority of plates were wrong. Had to return two plates and one had to be returned 3 times. Service was awful! Food was tasteless! Yorkshire Pudding looked more like a pancake! Will not be returning. Whole place looks rundown. Tables and bar sticky, carpet looks faded and worn.

Wrong pizza delivered, rang up for a replacement. Took twice as long to arrive compared to the original order. Nearly £50 worth of pizza spent and not even an apology. Won't be ordering from here again. Edit: I did contact the customer care team, I was completely ignored. The response from Dominos seems to be a generic response to make others think the issue was resolved outside of this format.. It wasn't.
