Costa Coffee in Birmingham

Costa at Asda is fantastic! I find myself going there regularly - Shout out to Perrie, Faith and the rest of the crew - They all do a magnificent job and part of the reason I return so frequently! :D

Donny and faith were absoloutly incredible, make my shifts easier every time I go in there and always helping out any customer and going the extra mile, I have used the drive through over the road and they should be ashamed, the service in the Costa inside Asda is incredible in comparison, all food is fresh and all staff are happy and friendly, will 10000% be using again

This is one of the many Costa locations in the area. We do however choose to come to this location above the rest because of the current team who work here. Plent of seating to stay in with the family, the drinks and food are consistently to an expected high standard. The thing that makes it is the staff, they are always friendly with a great attitude and make effort to build a relationship with the customer which makes the difference

Best Costa by far! I have been using this Costa since it opened. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, they deal with the queues swiftly. My drink is always hot and served with a smile!

Served by Perrie who was brilliant! Hot chocolate made by Liam. Also brilliant. Wished me a happy birthday too.

The two gentlemen serving today didn’t catch their names but were lovely, very polite and well mannered which is hard to come across. My coffee tested extra special because of their service

Had a great experience here yesterday. The staff were really friendly and engaging. The coffee and cakes were yummy too. It’s a clean store which is in Asda and an ideal place to meet.

It is a little bit expensive now but a nice treat to catch up with friends

Every week after shopping in Asda minworth, my husband and I stop for a coffee. Every visit to your shop is brightened by the cheerful and friendly young man called Perry that works there. This young man is an absolute delight and a credit to your company. His cs skills are beyond 10/10 and his friendly character is lovely to experience. I am a mobility scooter user and the help and assistance is fantastic. Please if you do any rewards for staff, please recognise Perry as he so deserves recognition. Thank you and thank you Perry 😊

Very poor customer service !!! The owner can check the camera as well .it’s happens 10 minutes earlier . I have bought Muslim coffee with a tea shot for £3.85 it was just milk and water I. I took back I told the staff about it , they said you have to buy another shot I paid another 50p for another shot. They playing with customer mind as selling Milk and water. Not recommended as you will not going to test coffee there.

Ordered a couple of gingerbread latte but was told after the drinks were made that there was no ginger bread biscuits left. Disgrace!!

Nice store, found it to not have the same atmosphere as a normal coffee shop as there's shoppers walking around and a McDonald's opposite, personally wouldn't visit again. But great for those who love to grab and go. Scored highly just due to the friendly staff

Normal costa, as good as the others. One star off as this one has shorter opening hours than many others, I'd use it more if that wasn't the case. But they will know what works best for them.

The convenience of the Costa Coffee experience can be yours in the comfort of Asda megastore. Open daily from 08:00 till 18:00. I like to pop in on my way to exit Asda. Costa Coffee may not serve artisan tasting coffee, but at least it is carefully crafted. What sets this Costa apart from many others are the staff. They appear genuinely happy to be there.
