Disappointed with my recent Costa visit. Coffee was extremely bitter and prepared in rushed. Served in disposable cups, refused to serve in normal cups. Staff seemed in very rush and service was poor overall.

Recently me and my husband visited there to have coffee. Service was awful. Staff was in hurry and served bitter coffee. Same time they were using mops to clean floor without washing hands while they are serving food. Coffee was served in disposable cups which was very disappointing.

Could be in a much better location. Outside seating just doesn't feel the same when it's in the middle of a shopping centre

First class service,I can highly recommend their mature cheddar and tomato toasties very nice indeed.

Great team of Brista been using last 13 years and never disappointed, I belive best costa around Warwickshire.

2 coffees and 2 cakes £12+ I'd call that expensive!

We had a lovely strawberry milkshake and ham and cheese toasty very fresh and enjoyable 😋.

A wonderfull little Costa conveniently placed inside the Ropewalk. The staff are always helpful and they keep the place in good order even when they are busy.

A go here regularly after the gym. Lovely, friendly staff.

Occasionally grab a coffee when I work from the office. Staff are always pleasant and efficient, never waiting to long if there is a queue. Always get a take out but seems decent atmosphere when I am there.

Fab coffee shop to stop off at for a good cuppa and snack. It can be very busy so can't always get a table. The price is average for what you get.

Food was awful along with the drink ,,seats were wet,stained and smelt and tables were disgusting

We visited Costa Coffee to do 'settle training' with our Guide Dog puppy in training. Staff were very accepting and helpful. Paxton, our puppy, was a hit with the customers who wanted to meet him.

Delicious coffee. Could bring prices down a bit though. Popular coffee shop and under cover, which is a bonus.

They treated us very well and offered some treats and milk to my toddler.

Welcoming staff, prompt service and relaxed atmosphere. Much enjoyed my iced Latte and toaste before carrying on with my day. Very clean establishment with a well presented pastry case and good selection of lunch items from toastes to paninis.

Always a great place for a light lunch

We had 2 ordinary coffees, with a miniscule amount of milk which came to £4.25, we also had 2 packets of ginger biscuits @ £1.75 each which should have come to £7.75, but we were charge £9.89, and what was worse was we couldn't even drink the coffee as it tasted like the dregs from the machine, as she was too busy talking with other staff members, we would have had to wait again to complain. We will NEVER revisited this particular Costa again.

Place has really gone down hill, Don not put napkins on your tray when your order food, my glass was cracked. Tea spoons were dirty and no syrup put in our drunks, won't be returning. Service really bad people queuing out the door with 4 staff on.

Why aren't they open until 9am ? Tried to go in before work, disappointing!

Always wonderfuelly fantastic. Cosy atmosphere, smiling baristas and exceptional coffee.

Prices are high, but that's Costa as a whole, service at this store however is alway excellent.

Not one of the better Costas, service was slow, food was just ok, coffee wasn't made very well. Luckily I was only visiting the area, and will not have to use it again.

Visited on a very busy Saturday morning. The queue moved quickly and once served or drinks were made promptly too. Unfortunately, they had run out of the seasonal special drinks syrups. Staff were friendly.

Was served by the lovely Stacey she could not do enough. Above and bejond noticed she was making sure everything was clean and stocked regulars got there drinks as they like it i will come again what fantastic service a real asset to costa. Staff like her need to be valued

Costs coffee in my opinion is the best coffee you can buy, either their Lattes being a particular favourite of mine, I'm also loving the M&S food range they now sell, delicious!

Colleagues are very polite and helpful, very peaceful to just sit and watch the world go by.

If you should find yourself in Ropewalk pop in for a coffee or any other sort of beverage that you can get in a coffee house. Although the hot drinks are a standard price the cakes and biscuits may require you to get a small bank loan to purchase.

Cold drinks are never sweet enough, not enough ice to cool the cold tea drink and they need to put extra syrup in a large not just extra water.

A couple of hours stay for a first date that went well. Very spacious with wide array of comfy seating, nice atmosphere and plenty of options for drinks. What more do you really need from a Costa?

I only was there having a cup off Tea as I was waiting to get the Coach back to Coventry. I find that their Drinks and Food is too expensive.
