Still the best coffee shop in town Emily and her staff are excellent I love my americono and oat milk coffee always well made

This is the first time ordering costa i feel my think I will be ordering again by the time i got my drinks they were cold ! Just not good enough for how much I paid for them very poor service

I visited recently and got an Iced Americano and the cutest ghost cookie, the staff were lovely even when it was incredibly busy, hats off to them!🩷

Ground coffee smell makes you want to go every time you go the potteries centre...but could be a little cheaper 😉

I was there last to redeem my free drink .There was a lady who served me in a kind way and explained the drinks that could have . I have ordered a hazelnut latte which boosted me to start ma day freshly. i highly recommend this shop

Great staff and service that you would expect from any Costs shop. The entrance is a bit tight, if there is a queue it can be difficult to get a wheelchair or pushchair past to the tables.

it took ages to prepare the order and the currier was at the restaurant for about half an hour waiting for the food to be prepared. I ordered a large latte but only 3 quarters of the cup was full so I may aswell have ordered a medium. I had a chicken and bacon toasty which arrived cold and I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and they sent me a vegan cookie instead with doesn't taste good at all. if I wanted a grass cookie then I would have ordered one 💀. the salted caramel brownie was nice though

Great, I spent about an hour here working with my laptop. Nice cosy space in this branch of Costa. Not very many seats with sockets but that's a minor really. Well done guys 🌟⭐

Food was freezing cold. The drinks were spilt so couldnt even drink them. Biggest waste of money!

No tables clean, shutters broken making it difficult for people with mobility issues to get in, not impressed.

The atmosphere here is homely, the location is fantastic the only cons are; 1. Only one 🚻!!!!!! For customers one for all. Please imagine/see the people standing in queue to be honest with you one person has diarrhoea and the other constipation at the same time. There is no chance get rid off something unless you can run to the nearest toilet at the Shopping Centre or having' special pants for an unique one occasion' Or if you are runners could be beneficial too. 2. The tables are not kept in the appropriate standards as they should be. 3. The collection time might be to improve in some point 👉 . Very quick Costa, I had a summer berries cooler

They left out my berry compote pot. But I still got charged for it

Worst Costa I've ever been. Taking the order was quick and efficient, but preparing took ages. Apparently, the delivery orders have priority and the coffee's were prepared one at a time, and served with the wrong milk, even after I asked the guy if he was using the right milk. He couldn't care less. Not used to this at any other Costa.

Drinks were cold, place was dirty.

Coffee was great but would’ve been nice to have actually received the carrot and walnut cake I had ordered and paid for. Waiting 7 days for a refund is not acceptable. What Just Eats should’ve done was to arrange re delivery of the missing item…..

Buy on average 6 blueberry muffins each week bought 2 on Thursday they were extremely dry very disappointed 😞

This coffee shop in hanly Potteries shopping center is excellent in coffee and good cervice

Friendly staff that are helpful if go in on own as in a wheelchair and will always bring order over to the table and look after any other needs. Great toilet for all abilities and baby changing and on my visits always been clean and tidy. Then the most important thing the coffee is always hot strong and tastes lovely. Thanks costa staff keep up your great service

Why is there always missing items? What is the point?

My drinks came and great as always lovely frappe, but I ordered 2 different food items and got neither. I got given 2 bags thinking one would be drinks one would be food. Both held 1 drink and nothing else. £21 for 2 drinks just wasn't what I was hoping for.

Driver VERY rude and 30 minutes late making everything cold. Not the usual fantastic service Costa would normally provide.

A nice place for a coffee and sandwich, my only comment is about the cigarette smoke coming in from the smoking area.

Staff are welcoming and smiley and coffee has always been great. Can get quite crowded due to its location, so available seating can be sparse

Nice food and drink. Dirty tables, no one cleaning quick enough. We had to move to another table after 10 minutes of waiting to be cleaned, so moved right at the back by the staff door to eat, as 4 other tables were full of dirty trays. Also staff shouting Into the back for staff across the cafe. Literally that loud I jumped. Not professional at all. Worst costa I've ever been in for staff and cleanliness.

Fab service - loved the fact that the coffee had a heat proof lid inside to maintain heat very impressive and always sad times when you get one elsewhere and it’s like warm. Brill idea. Overall was lovely and ticked every box. Food was cooked to perfection 🤙🏻

It's Costa so not much wrong if you like coffee. This branch is unfortunately too tiny for where it is. There's limited seating, and the service is pretty slow but this isn't the staff's fault it's all down to the cramped conditions. The staff are always polite and rushed off their feet, but however fast they go they can only make a certain number of items at once.

Too many people waiting for coffees while other people are talking

Wonderful little store, always full of customers chatting away and catching up. Staff serve you in a quick and timely manner and the store is always squeaky clean. Love it here, highlight of your visit to the potteries.

Went in for a pee but looked very busy and open and uncomfortable to me

One drink was missing from the order. The other two vista drinks had greggs lids. When we took the lids of there was a curdled yellow skin on both drinks. After stirring one it left a greasy oily layer on the drink. The drinks tasted disgusting and nothing like coffee or hot chocolate. Unable to drink them. Been put off from ordering from this store again

I had the best experience the other day with my grandaughter she had her own coffee decaff of course with soya the lady behind made her feel so special and looked after us amazingly so a big thank you this this lady she is the best x

Use the app it saves queuing up for 20 mins

3 staff 20 people waiting seats inside all taken by people who just want value for money .So they sit there 20 mins after finnishing there brew .Waited 10 mins ,and never moved .Along time just standing watching 3 staff mess about .

Forgotten my fajita wrap I paid £5 for it's even on the receipt

I’d really appreciate a contact number. I ordered at 12:45 and my order arrived at 3:05. We ordered two hot chocolates with marshmallows and two sausage sandwiches. Alls we have received is the two hot chocolates as they’ve ran out of the food and marshmallows. To compensate they’ve given us 4 flakes, is that a joke!? I am not paying for this order and want a full refund. SHOCKING

Great coffee as always, but only sugar free syrups in today. Not a massive issue. Staff are always friendly and polite, store is always clean and organised. It's in a really good location in The Potteries and gets a lot of foot traffic.

The day I went was a busy day as there was activities and festival on the Que was big only two staff on which I feel a bad management not organising staff when a busy day was planned staff were grumpy slow and unwelcomming

What's not to like great coffees and cakes. Can get fairly busy here so a seat not always available. Wheelchair and pushchair entrance is available but not very much room inside due to the tables but you can always move them. Toilet for customer use only. Good choice of coffee and frappes and iced drinks, sandwiches and panini's, hot and cold food available too much choice really 😊.

The tables were dirty cluttered with cups that had not been cleared. Service is very slow and the staff are miserable , just go through the motions, definitely no warm welcome

The full Order didn't arrive and one drink got spilled in the car. Not the first our order was messed up. And the driver was lovely dealing with the issue but went all around stoke before getting to us. So they need more drivers on hand.
