Costa Coffee in Wigan

Peculiar vibe from counter staff for not first time, both my son and I thought they were taking the p**s, I'll stick to my usual costa from now on.

A lovely place for a fruit tea, the staff was friendly and pleasant and the store and toilets were clean.

Great place for break while shopping.

This outlet is always well maintained and the staff are as friendly as in other Costa outlets but more organised and usually get the queue down quickly when it's busy. Very clean and pleasant to sit in, not too noisy.

Always good at any Costa. Thus one is quite big and lots of seating. Loved the food at Costas.

As a whole we like Costa. We visited the one on the retail park at Leigh a couple of weeks ago just by chance first thing Sunday. The cafe should have been spotless we were one of the first in. The floor was disgusting, not even swept from the day before.

Love this coffeehouse, good atmosphere, service and location for me.

Visited with my daughter, staff really helpful my daughter was struggling to eat the cream off the top of her drink I picked up a stirrer to try help. But the young lady working came over with a spoon. Food and drinks excellent as was the service.

Andy was a great server, will definitely come back to this Costa next time

What I love about this Costa is the Staff are all excellent always friendly even if you go into the shop or the drive threw they are all pleasant and brighten up a rubbish day……(This review is NOT about the one in Next)

It's probably the best Costa Coffee in Leigh. It is always clean with quick, friendly service. One of the staff took time out to explain the various takeaway mugs, cups, etc. Today, we had a Bluebeery Bubble Frappè and a Salted Caramel Frappè. They are not cheap. However, we both really enjoyed our drinks.

I'm not happy they have taken the character roast out of costa I usually go every day but from now maybe once a week costa has spoiled it for me personally

Normally I go into a Costa coffee when I go shopping, this one has been refurbished & its lovely to sit & relax with a coffee.

My preferred Costa of choice in Leigh. Out of the way and quiet. Situated on the first floor, not sure if it is wheelchair accessible. You're able to get a window seat and look at what's happening on the retail park. Friendly staff. There are also toilets available for use.

Andy and Katie gave the best serve as always greeted with a smile and a lovely chat!! All the staff are amazing and always go above and beyond and make the best Decaf Caramel Cortardo thank you all xxx

My husband and I,had our lunch yesterday in Leigh Retail Park,enjoyed it very much,friendly staff and very quick, will be going again.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful the clementine and cranberry slice was delicious.

Very disorganised, staff very uncommunicative, washing knives and forks in the small sink??? Don't you have a dishwasher in the back, very unhygienic!!

Nice place for coffee but can get very busy so housekeeping not always as good as it could be.

I ordered hot chocolate and the lady on the till was talking to another assistant not a customer through the drive thru and the glass wasnt heated by putting hot water in so the drink was just warm and mine the chocolate powder hadn't thoroughly mixed and didn't tap the glass and fill up again she looked like she wasn't interested first time ever disappointed with a drink at costa 😕😕😕

Use this costa cafe several times a week and find it really good and staff are excellent welcoming and very friendly

I'm a regular customer and I meet friends here quite often. I love the hot chocolate with coconut milk. Give it a try it's gorgeous.

Great coffee as usual but staff serving could have been more welcoming. Would also have been really good if the server Reece did not keep the papers to one side for his favourite customers. They are meant to be out for anyone read not for him to keep behind the counter to hand out.

Brilliant coffee from here. Lovely clean place. Majority of the staff are extremely welcoming and always have a smile. I've noticed though that there's a couple of members of staff that aren't like their colleagues. They need to know if your working in a public place at least be welcoming, it could put you off wanting to go again.

Had to pay 10p for a small sachet of hp sauce!!

Usual quality Costa, just wush they would clear the tables more frequently, if they did then I would rate them 5 stars.

This place is very helpful as you can get sandwiches pop and you can also get a costa of coffee as you can haver have a small costs a medium sized are a large one

Don't know what happened today but the coffee was awful and at £3.00 alot disappointed

Staff was very rude towards me and my friend. They were very unpolite and made us feel very intimidated. Definitely won’t be going back, terrible customer service.

I visit Costa and Next practicality every week on my day off and always find the staff extremely helpful and pleasant. I love the environment and think you guys have a great team :) thank you !!

Really nice place to go for coffee

A nice little branch albeit small and a little cramped. Ideal for a quick stop over. However, if your are in a group or simply want the choice of some comfortable seating whilst enjoying your coffee, there is a larger branch at the end of the row beside Halford.

I really like this mini oasis hidden in Next in the trafford centre. It is on its own little mezzanine, and i have never had trouble getting a seat. I think You can access It vía stairs and a lift. The staff here are friendly and helpful.

Great coffee latte and prices aren't to bad

It's Costa, so Good Coffee the range is getting BIGGER. Good Range of Sandwiches Hot or Cold. The cakes are very good but as I say it's Costa, Also the Barista makes the difference in ANY Coffee Shop.

Brilliant coffee, cakes and sandwiches. Only 2 disabled parking spaces in front of costa there is more but the are behind the shop. There is also a drive through hear.

Warm in winter and quieter than the drive through.

This is referring to the drive thru and not the one in next.... After ordering two drinks & 2 sandwiches & a chocolate the prices of the sandwiches went down 1/2 price within 5 minutes of my wife & I sitting down. The sandwiches was dated the 27 /09/17 the same date I was there. The manager stated when asked if I could also have the discount she told me only after 12 pm it was 12 21 when I was served so I again asked with the reciept in my hand she then told me i couldnt have my sandwiches discounted has they are only suppose to do it 2 hours before closing... Other staff where polite & had no issues with BUT being lied to by the manager is disgusting... Value would have been £3.68 come on...

A regular at various Costa's but the staff were particularly nice in this one.

My Mum and myself visit every day, we find all the staff to be friendly and welcoming. The quality of service is excellent and we both always enjoy our times here. I would say yes both of us being disabled it is sometimes hard to park but can't really blame you for this. As you can see from about 5 Stars.

Its Costa. What more do you need!
