Service good polite,but tables needed a good clean and the chairs have seen better days.

Friendly. Had a hot chocolate and tray bake. Great for a cold day to warm up.

Always love a Costa! Bit expensive on some things.......but I always order a small coffee as there small is big 😀

Don't use Costa much, and I now understand why! It's hideous, £3.50 for a cup of coffee!!!!!

Go to Cotsa alot and love there bacon sandwiches and coffee. But been to Stroud Costa and Stonehouse and both lattes cold. As its a take away you don't always try right away. Sorry for the bad review but that's twice now. In 2 weeks.

Nice little costa at stroud tesco

Think it's a brilliant idea coffee shop attached to supermarket (teacos). Yet to have eaten in. So far just got drink (hot chocolate) and drunk it as I've walked round the store doing my shopping. The staff are always friendly, helpful and its quick service; exactly what I'm after

Little,cosy but also modern coffe place where they meet you with a smiley, welcoming, but also knowledgeable staff😍I will definitely try the place!!

Miserable staff. Didnt talk to customers. Only talked amongst the staff then a dirty look from the person serving me. It was brought to me with an item missing. She was disgruntled when i went back to counter for it and was also annoyed i wanted a receipt ! Very strange experience of Costa, but it has been like this at that particular outlet before. It doesn't matter how jolly and nice you are to them, it is certainly not reciprocated 😔

Lovely Costa attached to the Tesco store in Stroud. I had some time to kill before going shopping in the store so thought I'd grab myself a coffee and piece of cake maybe. I love the carrot cake Costa do and this one had just arrived in fresh so wasn't in the counter yet, that wasn't a problem for the totally charming young lady who served me. I'll definitely go there again next time I'm in Stroud.

Costa @Tesco Stroud.. they all know my regular order.. and make it perfectly every time.. the one floor is at times there us a longgggg slowwwww wait of a queue

Great customer service, polite and friendly staff. Comfy indoor seating open till 7pm weekdays and Saturdays. Generally somewhere nice to have a cuppa before or after doing a grocery shop.

Above average experience, have heard from other customers that they have not had the same experience however I can only comment on mine and it was not a bad one - staff were friendly and courteous and did not have to wait long for food.

This costa is situated inside the Tesco, it replaces the old Tesco cafe which needed updating. The food and everything is of course the same here. There isn’t loads of seating but the seating that is there is quite nice! Have had a few problems in here before but nothing major. They also have trolley parks for your shopping after you have been around Tesco.

Miserable service - staff openly whinging about the fact that more customers arrived. Food debris on the floor, my daughters (8&6) had to clear a table for us to sit at. Dirty tray and was given a wet, smeared knife. Member of staff (young male) said ‘for f***s sake I want to punch something’ in front of customers and having a Granny chat with his colleague. Not the first time I’ve had this experience here, wont be coming again.

Ordered 2 cups of tea. Dirty tray. Dirty cups. Dirty chipped teapots. Food crumbs on the table from previous customer. Staff that couldn't be bothered to respond when I asked to change cups. This is supposed to be the place to go for a hot drink ? Maybe it is. Just not the Tesco Costa.

Nice clean centre with ample of parking

We bought 2 lint hot chocolates in the costa in Stroud, and they were disgusting for the value as they were small and didn't even taste like lint hot chocolate. Then when we used the toilets they were appalling, dirty and behind the counter was a big muddle. It must have been a bad time to go and must have been under staff and very busy!!!!
