We had the pleasure of being served by James in the evening, and his service was outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and made our visit truly enjoyable. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had at Costa, and we look forward to returning!

Appreciated! A very friendly and helpful staff member who comes back to me and shows me where the sugar is. I came here occasionally and am not aware of the setup of the shop :)

Typical Costa. Over-rated and overpriced.

Do yourself a favor and don’t order delivery from Costa as they can’t seem to invest in take away cups that don’t break.

This costa/ Greg's a handy stop, with garage next door . Food was great, and coffee there was a god choice. Toilet facility communal, with baby changing facilities and disabled facilities. All on level ground. The variety of foods was decent, as was the coffee.

Great hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows. Lovely on a cold wintry day.

Great usual fpod. Service was quite slow and had a long queue. Can do lots of improvements such as wobbly tables

Tha staff here are brilliant. They remember your face and order with a smile and friendly greeting. Place is busy but they are constantly keeping up with the queue and cleanliness of the coffee shop.

Never go to Costa, I find the coffee undrinkable. Must have purely been passing by.....

Coffee tasted like soap. I complained and asked for a replacement, then told I had to pay again.

I try to use independent coffee shops but often come here with my little one just because the service is so good; the staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly. They will offer to carry my coffee to the table if I have a pram, which is much appreciated!

Went in for a light lunch, immaculately clean very pleasant counter staff really enjoyed my toasted sandwich and coffee ☕😄

For a busy stop off, I was looked after the second we pulled up, with a speedy service all with friendly banter and a welcoming smile all the time. Even the grandchildren liked the hot chocolate they had, especially the marshmallows.

Good service as always...lovely coffee..Food can be expensive but usually good quality.

Wonderful friendly helpful staff. Always ask how we are, always smiling. They work so hard and efficiently. Can't believe how rude and xenophobic some of the previous reviews are, and completely different from my regular positive experience.

Terrible service and burnt coffee, they don't clean the machines properly and you can taste it 🤢

I was spoken to, no shouted at, very rudely by a foreign member of staff this afternoon, for moving a chair in the coffee shop. We do not speak to people that way in this country and I would suggest she needs more training on customer relations skills. I was so taken aback, as I was in the company of several people, I didnot retaliate but left the coffee shop without ordering. We go to Tesco every week and usually go in for coffee. Not anymore.

Another very! good Costa locally, Bristol north and north west. Most well staffed kindly and patiently and helpfully, with the normal very good Costa fayre here in the area - And today Sun 23rd : Staff battling on, bearing much work load, on feet all day, and trying to and generally keeping their very good patience most well and very amiable & pleasant. We should be patient with them back too. Some customer service staff use their position on one unkindly heavily and in excess so and get away with it... but not so here as most others cafes about many places a and more they work most kindly and perseveringly, and hours and hours so. And today also seen : Kindly! telling a few young girls that they need buy something to use cafe seats, done in a most exemplary way by the young man staff and of the kind firm word way, as we all need at times. - One can't let everything go and keeping up standards of all our behaviour matters. And done in such manner moves it very well. - Yes, and,!! leading by example, the best we each can too.

Google states it opens at 8am. Still nobody there at 9am. Manager turns up at 9:05am with no apology - rubbish service and staff that clearly don’t care much for their job or their customers.

Lovely friendly staff, who were very understanding and accommodating about my father in law needing his (texture D diet) drink thickener added to his hot chocolate. He loved coming here for a treat.

Great Salted caramel Latte my favourite

Service very slow, coffee luke warm, I ordered a one shot latte, it was watery and tasteless. I was not given the cake I ordered and paid for, I had to ask. I was not impressed. This is the 2nd visit to this coffee shop, the first visit I was not impressed, slow service, I ordered a toastie, there was a queue, the toastie was cooked before I got to the end of the queue to be served my coffee. My toastie was left at the end of the counter, where other customers were leaning over it and coughing. I did complain to head office on both occassions, and will NOT be returning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COFFEE SHOP

Even slower than usual service today. After a 15min wait to be served two cups of tea the guy serving me eventually gave me my tray i then had to ask him for cups which he then put them on the tray i then asked him to change one of them as he had held the cup with his hand inside it!...Not a good visit today 😕

Costa within a Tesco. Acoustics are such that it gets very noisy when several people are in. THE slowest baristas I have ever come across. Tables, floors etc need a good clean.
