Costa Auldhouse is very poor both service and staff

Honestly the worst Flat White I've ever had. Nothing better than hot milk filled to the brim of the takeaway cup. Zero consistency and it was spilling everywhere as I picked it up off the counter. I'll give this Costa a miss from now on. Staff not the friendliest either.

Stood waiting nearly 20 mins for a single takeaway coffee while folk who ordered before me get their orders. As if am standing right in front of the counter for the good of ma health. Fannies.

This branch at Auldhouse retail park was closed for a refit and now reopened. I didn't notice a bit of difference actually but the seating could be more comfortable. Hard chairs, not much atmosphere but good parking.

I travel past my local Costa (Clarkston) to visit this one as it is simply the best, by a considerable distance! I also used to visit Darnley branch regularly, until I tried Auldhouse 😊 More recently, my daughter happened to take very unwell in their premises (I was not with her at the time) and the girls were all absolutely incredible! Every single member of staff acted quickly and were so very caring towards my daughter, I will never ever forget their kindness and compassion. In summary, it always was my fave branch anyway but since the incident with my daughter- I will remain forever loyal to this store. As will my daughter! Special mention has to go to the two stunning looking sisters!👯‍♀️ You honestly could not find two nicer people, they are absolutely adorable and just so so genuine. Thank you so very much for everything! We love you all and the store 🫶♥️ see you soon xxx

Went to this Shop on the 26th of Aug 2024, Looks very nice and done up , nice freindly and amazing staff greeting u as u go in and when u leave was served by a lovely kind lady by the name of Emma C , and other kind lady on with her too very helpful and very cheery lady's will be back again coffee was good and roll was lovely thanks so much for this great experience:) Recommend full praise for the two staff to their manger they deserve a lot of credit:)

Always clean and tidy, staff are friendly, good variety of food and coffees. Can be a wee wait when it's busy, which is often!

Love costa great coffee as always

Very pricey recently was not impressed. Costa-fortune. The toasties and the drinks were really nice but did not expect to pay that price. Please lower your prices. I like this Costa as its accessible however yous need to open a bigger cafe shop.

Never seen such STAINED seats in a place where people are meant to enjoy a coffee & snack

The staff where so nice here. I loved their big cups and there keep chains where such good quality. They also had an amazing selection of food that looked real real good. I got an Earl Grey with coconut milk and a squirt of cinnamon syrup unfortunately they do not used sweetened coconut milk. Other than that it was spectacular and the price was really nice.

Quite a cold location and can be quite loud Service really varies - sometimes super friendly and other times you're barely acknowledged

Really bland coffee served in tall glasses which make it get cold faster vs standard coffee mugs. Overpriced. Should be £3 max for that size. Very friendly staff and baristas went and grabbed some sugar for me rather than letting me get it from seated area. Nice touch. Clean toilets. Staff friendliness and kindness bring place up from 1 star to 4.

Always good . But some of the cakes can be a bit dry.

This store makes tens of thousands every day yet pays their staff minimum wage and don't employ enough people to keep the cafe tidy

Pop into Costa often I like their coffee and snacks . One thing !! I wish they did something Gluten free for my husband who has coeliac they only have the bog standard wrapped biscuits that everyone has . A nice pastry or cake would be great.

Coffee not very nice,far too strong

Great staff. Always sit outside with our dog. They provide water for the wee mutt. So handy for Aldi.

Service with a grimace. A very self-involved blonde girl served me, who was both rude and discourteous to her colleague. Sadly, I didn't get her name. Her colleague was much more friendly and helpful.

Overprice over processed and under staffed.

Always pop in while car being cleaned. Good WiFi.

As usual there is a wee wait while the barista makes each individual coffee. There can br a number of people using laptops so tables can be out of use for customers just wanting a coffee.

We’re here almost every day. Susie + team are wonderful. Plenty of sockets dotted around for charging laptops & phones, and the free unlimited internet is quite quick. Not loads in terms of gluten free, but the gluten free brownie is top tier.

Loved the addition of a separate vegetarian grill👌

I was sitting in Auldhouse Costa and saw a disabled lady with two walking sticks trying to open the heavy door and obviously having two sticks could not open it. Can Auldhouse Costa possibly take disibility into consideration and adapt accordingly. Its Xmas its busy and this lady is as entitled as we all are and would like nothing better than an easy transition to be able to enter. enjoy and exit without any problems.

One of the more convenient branches of Costa. Parking is great and service is quick even at busy times. It's takeaway only at the moment, the set up is nicely Socially Distant and efficient, even if the queue is long you don't spend a lot of time waiting. Staff are all very friendly and pleasant.

As a long time fan of Costa it pain me to report that the ham and cheese toastie was appalling! The thinnest slice of ham imaginable was all I got with a hint of cheese. Not the staffs fault obviously but still a waste of money.

I come here often. It was good at start but now when ever i go they sometimes dont have bread sometimes no butter and at times ive even had the latte cold. This week i came and asked for butter and they said theres no butter so they gave me sunflower fat spread which didnt taste good. I didnt even finish the latte since it was very cold.

Burnt tasting coffee. Understaffed and with staff who clearly dont want to be there just mumbling when talking. Costa silverburn is better.

Service is good, only downside was the seating, 4 Seat table at the side entrance was too close and cold,and also air conditioning was blowing down on top of us, they will need took at their seating arrangements

Costa is ok but, I find there coffee always tastes burnt! I only go there when someone invites me, otherwise I support independent coffee shops. The branch at Auldhouse is very pleasant though with great staff.

Really poor service today. Cakes still great but certainly not served with a smile. Our server abandoned us mid transaction. Served two other customers at the other end of the counter. Seemed surprised we were miffed and then slammed down the two glasses with ice she had to be asked for. Service has usually been very pleasant but it just shows that depends on your luck

To long await for coffee and cake need more staff

Tables weren't cleaned down after previous customers. Moving stuff to get a seat, coffee is standard an service was OK.

Good coffee, well done on the latte art! Great if you're shopping down at Roundhouse but a little bit hidden.

Friendly staff, clean place, toilets are well kept and it's in a fairly quiet spot. I like Costa in general so I was happy to see this open so close to me. Lots of parking spaces available and 2 entrances so it's really convenient.
