Always amazing welcoming service from Daniela and the best coffees from any Costa!

Finished work around 5pm on a Wednesday and the girl who served me was not very approachable and quite grumpy and impatient. Second time I have been served by her, in the last month.

Pristine clean,, girls hard working and smiling,, customer service5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best Costa per staff and cleanliness,, Zehra makes best Cofee !

Cleanest Costa I have ever seen... It is also close to the tube station, manu Costas have shut down or look run down so it is nice to see one in good standing. The staff were all very nice too. Visited on Saturday 25 November 2023.

Smart decor nice relaxed atmosphere,for a good cup of coffee. Recently changed table layout. Much improved. Plus a recent full refurbishment.

I came for a takeaway coffee, it came in a reasonable time, the service was good. From what I could see the area was clean as well. No complaints from me here.

The staff here are lovely and my family and I have always enjoyed popping in for a coffee. However, the staff today on the 28th November went above and beyond their duties. My daughter had an accident outside of the coffee shop, I asked the young ladies serving on the counter if I could borrow a broom to sweep the road of debris. After seeing how shook up we both were, she came out and swept the road herself with another member of staff who offered us a seat and a coffee. How wonderfully kind you both were, we thank you so much !!!

The Reason for the 4 star on service was that the really tall server was a bit rude and unhelpful in manner but I didn't want to takeaway fro the other people working there

Have sat and had a coffee in this particular costa and it’s really nice and peaceful with nice staff. I was impressed today as I picked up a magic bag that I bought on the app Too Good to Go. The guy who served me was very sweet.

Always quick and polite service when you're craving a coffee. Nice to sit outside and watch the world pass you buy as you drink.

Over priced over rated chain. Most items are high in calories. I had a lemon ginger iced tea. It was nothing special but the only thing on the menu without copious amounts of cream and sugar

Top customer service. Amy the manager made us a wonderful coffee and greeted us so well. Staff are very approaching and the know what they doing.

Lovely place to enjoy my morning coffee, friendly staff and atmosphere. Simply, cozy and fresh. Strongly recommended!

Nice little coffee shop in Woodford

Standard Costa on Woodford High Street. I love their flat white and the kids love a chocolate baby chino, especially with a flake!

Best lattice gadbin ages. The cup was heavy with milk not blight with just froth.

Great coffee even greater service and staff clean and tidy from toilet to tables outside tables cleared straight away

Very handy cafe shop. I love their chai latte. Highly recommend!

For a chain coffee house, the staff that run this store are absolutely amazing...! Flexible, kind, helpful - a lovely experience all around. Definitely a regular spot for coffee/breakfast for us!

The Costa by Woodford stn was by far the best I have ever used. Polite staff, tables cleared cleaned and sanitised very promptly,absolutely spotless (inc toilets). If they can do it why cannot other branches follow?.

I’ve noticed majority of the staff have no customer service skills, I can appreciate your day will fluctuate in terms of stress/mood etc but to consistently give this hostile aura, come on. Establishment is very clean though

I've always loved their coffee. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There's a wide variety of sandwiches and drinks too.

I love this Costa Coffee in Woodford Green because here is where I sometimes have one espresso or cappuccino on my way home after the Sunday Mass and singing rehearsal with the St. Thomas of Canterbury Music Group I am part of.

Warmth atmosphere . Some of hot drinks haven't had enough chocolate than in other Costa cafés.

We order 5 drinks they said we only order 3 so had to pay again for 2 more drinks and was over charged by about 5 pound would not recommend going will never go there again unless I had a gun against my head and even then I would prefer to be shot

Leytonstone branch stinks of damp. I dont know how ladies can work there 8 or 10 hours a day. You really need to sort out the smell

Unfriendly service, No smiles, frosty customer service. When complained twice about dirty cutlery, they tried to tell me I was fussy. (Dried food on forks). What ever happened to "the customer is right"

Such an awesome and friendly place to relax after work every day. The caramel lattes and blueberry muffins are great but the service is even better 😊👌

As usual the coffee was great but I wish they would employ staff without such a strong accent. The lovely young lady was asking me all sorts of questions but as I couldn't understand her I must have seemed ignorant in not replying.

Always a lovely spot to pop into for a quick takeaway or a longer stay. Very convenient location right next to Woodford Station (Central Line), so you can grab your morning coffee just before you get on the train. The place also houses a small collection of paperbacks and daily newspapers. It seems popular with the locals as well as newcomers. The staff are always super friendly and truly make you feel welcomed.

Never a bad visit here. Always treated like an individual and the staff go out of their way to make sure I'm looked after!

I visited the branch during a snowy blizzard and wanted to stay in the warmth. The staff were very friendly and the coconut chai lattè was made perfectly! I enjoyed my hour at the cafè and liked that it wasn't busy.

Not good. Friendly but flat white coffee not well crafted, too hot and left a nasty after taste. Back to the independents for me.

I really love this Costa. It's my favorite place to go and study with my two friends. It offers a great service and a peaceful environment. The staff are very friendly and Stefano (one of the Baristas) knows our regular drink and always goes the extra mile to make our time at Costa pleasurable.
