Not a fan to be honest. Staff are great, it's the prices that are over the top.

Great service. The lady serving was very helpful and stopped me buying fizzy water by mistake instead of normal bottled water.

Ordered an americano and the lady asked if i wanted it black or with milk, i said pardon because i didnt hear her and she said back very rudely do you want it black! Or with milk!? Not very welcoming at all. It was the girl with very dark roots and a blonde ponytail, with glasses. Also she didnt look very presentable as her hair was very dirty

I order from here a lot and it’s been great until today an item was missing and one of my drinks were wrong

The chocolate brownie frappe are usually fantastic from here but today was a little let down as there where still chucks of ice and frozen solid at towards the bottom. Could do with blending more

Visited the store last weekend and it's was stinking, seats were dirty and ripped, understaffed and food was awful

Mac n cheese was half in the box and half in the lid and looked an unappetising mess. I ate it because I was hungry and am disabled and options and minimal sometimes. It is however only the second time I’ve been disappointed with delivery from Costa Coffee. For information only .

just order two coffees one normal and one Decaf couldn't tell which one was mine or my wives nor right then on leads to say telling us which one it was my wife is pregnant and as diabetes so she couldn't drink her coffee because we didn't know which one was his because she has decaf

The driver handed over the delivery but could do either a smile lol. Happy enough but very upset about an order I tried to make with you to Iceland as I phoned them and I discovered you had not been truthful with me .

Sandwich was rock hard, inedible

I asked for a milky coffee it's way to strong and dark I have to add a pint of milk to it to be drinkable

I always order from this costa when I’m in town or on just eat they’re always amazing to the customers and the drinks are perfect ;D I like the little writing they do on the drinks sometimes to when I order online :)

I don't know why it says sorry to hear it was early being early is a good thing also the driver even pulled my door for me as I was holding my baby and he was very polite

I order food but didn’t receive 2 items and they were both for my daughter so now I have to sort something else out for her not happy I didn’t receive the cossiant or the Christmas tree biscuit.

What’s up with the staff. They all audibly, consistently talk about how much they hate working there and dealing with customers. Plus the coffee sucks and the chairs are up hours before closing. Lol

Last review I gave I had missing items but Costa have just send me some lovely cakes and a gift card to make up for it

Didn't get the drinks no way to contact the shop so had to reorder drinks and pay fees again

Aberafan Costa. Went here to get a decent cup of coffee and a bite to eat. Couldn't fault the coffee but toasted sandwiches were expensive and the ... whole place was extremely scruffy and the cloth seats were stained and filthy, some so bad I would not sit on them under any circumstances! Staff were offhand and unsmiling, gave the impression they hated working there and customers were a nuisance. Not cheap, not welcoming, not enjoyable, we shall not be returning.

I have been sent the wrong flavour toastie and my daughter wouldnt eat it. It was so dry and I can’t even tell what it is!

Have to say this was my 1st time ordering and it won’t be my last, 1st class service used your initiative and replaced out of stock items with suitable replacements all other places should take a leaf out of your book. So happy with my order thank u for my extra gift 😊. From ordering to delivery was 20 mins wow super fast service well done Costa amazing customer service.

Very disappointing visit to the Port Talbot branch last week. I had to wait while the staff member was fixing her phone behind the counter. Didn't ask if I was staying in or taking away, placed my order without even looking up. Food (pizza) was overcooked and burned, and coffee was absolutely awful (chai latte). This is the first time I have ever been disappointed at a Costa coffee.

More intent in talking about rubbish between themselves instead of serving customers and ignoring them, had to repeat our order loads of times, worse one to date ,

The coffee was awful, it was watery, no foam

Not bad could be warmer on the bacon bap but it was good

I have ordered from here a number of times and had no issues despite being in a multi-company building. The driver today refused to leave the drinks at reception or allow the receptionist to let me know they were here and drove off with our drinks. They claim to have called me but my phone has been right next to me and I have had no calls or text. The status has been changed to delivered even though it hasn't!

I haven’t had my order?? It says delivered but it’s not. I’m still waiting in my house and I’ve paid for it and it’s not been delivered???

Driver turned up late didn't say sorry there was no straws so we can drink our iced coffee drinks

Aberafan costa. My dad has been a costa fan for over 10+ years, however yesterday 11/06/23 was the worst customer service we have witnessed. My dad asked for semi skimmed milk in his coffee, after waiting 10 minutes due to a queue and lack of staff, the women with blue hair proceeded to make the drink with full fat milk. Due to the error of the milk my dad asked the women politely if he could have semi skimmed as that was what he had ordered at the till. Said women poured the milk down the drain in a huff while binning the cup, and decided to ignore our order for a further ten minutes, while serving people who had ordered after us. Completely understandable the women was the only member of staff on drinks however there was no need to prolong our order further because of one little mistake. As I have read further reviews of this costa it seems to be a common theme, of ignoring customer requests and their allergies. More staff and better customer service training definitely needed here !

Every time I have visited the staff are run off their feet and quite grumpy. Rightly so I suppose. But doesn't make the customer experience very nice 🤔

Wrong cups, no straws, cups provided smaller than what ordered, the caramel whipped coffee is a cup full of ice with some cream

Always early (but not to early) or on time X amazing quality x 😁 but keep giving me a cookie not a cornflake cake. I understand they maybe out of stock but take it off your menu online. Or phone and ask do I want something else. Rant over X thanks anyway X

My coffee tasted like it came from one of those Costa machines you find in a petrol station. Not sure what’s happening over there

Coffee and toastie were great. The pastry tasted like it was a few days old. Delivery driver was friendly.

Absolutely shocking, I ordered an Iced biscuit and some popcorn and recieved jelly sweets and a wafer??? Not what I wanted at all.

Please change your bags as this one broke and everything fell out so only ended up having food not the drink

Ended up with half a cup coffee when it was supposed to be. Large latte and only had three sausage in the roll when it is supposed to be four shambles honestly expect more considering the prices they charge

Staff are really friendly and nice and I had a bacon roll which u have to grab from the fridge and they will heat up for u which they don't mention until u get to the till I had a carmel iced latte which is always amazing and my friend had a frappe but she is lactose intolerant but they do offer milk alternatives and write it down on the cup I go to this costa alot and have never had a bad experience my only complain is it is a bit expensive the food and the drinks but the drinks especially ate lovely

this place is always clean and tidy, sometimes the staff are a little stressed and pressured but in general it is a nice place to go Today was extremely busy, but the tables were kept clean as soon as the were emptied and ready for new customers to sit down Drinks were hot and just as ordered

The service is very rude, especially the lady in charge. We spent £16 and they still did not allow my 5 year old son to eat his tiny cupcakes so I asked my son to choose something else in the store but he refused. Therefore, the lady still did not allow my son to eat his small cupcakes even after seeing my son cry. So we left the shop without drinking our coffee which we have already paid for and this will be our last time even visiting this shop.

The staff are very friendly and helpful staff. It is a very nice place.

Incredible rude service at the till and while queue not only were the two female staff member ls talking to each other about how there in a good mood and about their life which was inappropriate. One staff member actually barged into me 4 times without an apology or even saying excuse me manners are free and easy to use they should all really try it. Also £3.55 for a small coffee us ridiculous

The customer service as others said is appalling. I popped in with my sister and 11 week old miniature dachshund puppy who I was carrying in my arms. We asked if dogs were allowed inside and were told no (the only place we were turned away) so we planned to choose what we wanted (keep in mind there's no menu outside to choose from) and take the dog outside, whilst doing so the person at the till told us dogs weren't allowed to which I replied, I know we're just choosing then going to sit out and he looked at us, shrugged and rolled his eyes! Obviously bothered by our presence he didn't listen to our order, he over charged me by £10!! And then told me I had to pay extra for a cake he decided he didn't see me pick up..... The coffee was disgusting and badly made, my roll was cold by the time my drinks were done and even though there were at least 3 people working there was no queue management at all. We went to Starbucks down the other end afterwards, they were very welcoming, they allowed the puppy in and gave him a free pupaccinno. My honest advice, don't waste your time or money here, Sidoli's and Starbucks are a far better choice. I don't expect everywhere to let dogs in but there's no need for that attitude. Watching how those guys work and operate I can honestly say (dog or not) I will never use that Costa again, I wasn't the only one in there receiving bad service today and judging by the reviews I'm not the first and won't be the last.

Typical Costa, typical menu and availability. Friendly staff and clean tables etc. Only downside was that we were staying in to drink but they only had takeaway cups available so we had to drink out of paper rather than porcelain!!!

Staff could do with some training in customer care. First lesson try to beeaaant to customers, not just plonk down the coffee with the comment "cappuccino" whilst turning away to continue their conversation and laughter with their friends. Second lesson. Clear tables AND clean tables and properly. I could add a few more but if you could achieve some success with the above it would make a visit to Costa a more pleasant experience. The above comments apply to any Costa coffee shops, but in particular to Leigh Delamere.

Both food & coffees were piping hot. Food..outstanding...bacon bap 10☆. Sausage bap 10 ☆. Both coffees 20+ ☆. Definitely be ordering breakfast from you again very soon

Very quiet when I visited. Staff were in training but still gave great service and had my coffee ready in just a minute.

Like other reviews, the attitude of female staff member going around being useless was absolutely disgusting. Costa should definitely fire her by popular demand lmao. Won’t go to a costa again until they get their reputation up again in my eye.

Terrible customer service. Food is not like other costas and tea is gross. Best to get some Krispy Kreme donuts near the cafeteria where you can also find McDonald, Pizza Hut, choptixs, nandos and wagamamas.

Lovely place to sit and drink coffee, I went when it wasn't busy so it was lovely.

Visited the Costa Coffee at Bridgend Designer Outlet. The attitude of the female member of staff (I believe her name was Hayley) was absolutely disgusting. It was clear she didn't want to be there due to the huffing and puffing whilst serving other customers. Whilst serving me, I asked her if there was a way I could warm my babies bottle to which she rolled her eyes and said 'do you think this is a creche?' The girl was barely out of school herself. I was absolutely gobsmacked, needless to say I didn't stay!!!

Most of the coffee is out of the container

Limited by the dreary surroundings of a tired shopping centre, the products do nothing to elevate the experience. Staff were friendly and hard working, but the quality of the cakes falls considerably short, especially when compared with similar priced offerings elsewhere.

Had coffee, cappachinno, tasted ok,nothing special. Seats not very comfortable.
