I arrived at an excellent time, there was virtually no queue and I had great service. Plenty of choice of where to sit. I ordered a large skinny cappuccino and blueberry muffin both of which were great.

Went to this costa twice today once early and once later on and spoke to the same lovely barista she's very sweet although I didn't quite catch her name but would like to thank her nonetheless she is very relatable and friendly

Considering I paid £5.20, it's unacceptable to receive the wrong drink in such a small cup. I expect better quality and accuracy for the price I paid. Just Eat refused to compensate instead sent me generic email

Great coffee, especially the white chocolate whipped latte. However, it is extremely unprofessional to argue in front of customers. The woman that was working as of today threatened to cut the other works shifts- totally uncalled for. Do that in the back at least.

The customer service from Eisha it was extremely excellent. The coffee was perfect and tasty, and she was alone to serve a lot of customers. We understand a business needs to earn money, but she is supposed to get paid double for the great greeting and superb service we received.

Won't be ordering from this Costa again. Both bacon baps were as tough as boot leather as were the chicken & bacon toasties. The white hot chocolate was cold. Basically, our whole order was terrible!

Food was hot and fresh. There could have been more bacon in the brie and bacon panini but I enjoyed them.

All damaged and spilt . I had to provide cleaning supplies for the courier’s bag. He has submitted photos

Usually very good and normally arrives in 20 minutes but today it took over 50 minutes to deliver and food and coffee were Cold. I watched courier on tracking and it looked like he was making other stops possibly 2 or 3 others before coming to me wich would explain being late and everything being cold. Hopefully a one off as usually they are very quick

For the coffee you made I wouldn’t even give 1 star please learn how to make coffee the food was too crusty went to bun disgusting !!!!

Frothy coffee quick delivery perfect

Fast delvery they didn't have a mince tart so gave me a replacement cake plus an extra lemon muffin to say sorry that's great customer service. I always love ordering from here for a nice morning treat of coffee and bacon or sausage roll. Even my cappuccino had Froth. Thanks again

Super quick delvery driver always pleasant and polite My only gripe this tien I had no froth on my coffee and it looked half full possible because the froth had gone but my last 4 orders were frothy coffee it didn't spoil my enjoyment of the coffee and its just one of those things . I was surprised the last 4 orders had frothy coffee its quite nice when you get it. I will def order again no problems

Good delivery as usual nice hot coffee and sausage bap I'm always amazed how they get my cappuccino to me with froth still on top . Always a pleasure ordering from here so I can have a nice breakfast treat in morning amd very quick delivery I'd say on average 10-15 mins from ordering

They brought not what I ordered. This is not the fault of the delivery man. But the fault of the restaurant.

uncocked Cheese & Tomato Toastie (V) on one side, under-cocked Mozzarella and Tomato Panini (V), Costa Caramel Swirl Frappé was missing from delivery and the Latte was half a tub of vanilla. The only thing they got right was the bottle of coke.

Only chose Costa as it was the one coffee shop the app had to offer me. Very good delivery time, pleasant and happy delivery man.

Was sent wrong item in order. No call from Costa to inform me of an item change. No phone number to call the store to request a refund. It's shocking, yesterday nothing wrong with my orders. Today, order is wrong. Terrible.

Service was okay, was up sold but the general tidiness of the place is poor. The toilet was messy with liquid on the floor, low supplies in there aswell. The table I sat at was constantly rocking and was extremely sticky, as was the one next to mine. I noticed other people received their orders slowly. Not a great experience compared to other costas

I can see that some reviews comment on service, but today I found the two staff there friendly and polite. My coffee tasted up to usual Costa standards too. Unfortunately it always seems untidy and unclean: floor, tables, and particularly the bathroom always seems to be in an awful state: liquid all over the floor, sometimes out of toilet roll, seat wet... Quite grim.

Full 6 stars for the last order of 2022, big thank you to all the ladies at Costa Rose Hill for the excellent food/ hot chocolate I get from there on a regular basis. Missing items put things in a bag I don’t want. Maybe ring the customer in future before assuming they want that

Delivery driver didn't bring the majority of my order which was put into 2 bags. He only brought the drink. Had to go to Costa to pick up the food myself. Costa were amazing about the mistake, even though they weren't to blame at all. Driver needs to check he's got the full order properly.

Dropped in for coffee. Service was good. Nice and quite.

A lovely and welcome cup of (capucino) coffee on a cold December afternoon certainly helps to brighten the day.

They didn’t cook the toastie. Was in the wrapper. No point ordering If have to cook yourself. Also driver got lost for 15 odd mins so drink was cold. Mess of an order.

Excellent Costa in Carshalton High Street. Busy but a seat can usually be found. Some outside seating.

Same issue as user below so must be Saturday staff. Ordered two salted caramel coffee fraps but absolutely zero caramel taste. Just very bland. No cream nor crunchy bits on top this time either. Very disappointing.

I ordered two salted caramel frappes. 1 with soya milk. 1 semi skimmed milk. Both frappes tasted just like coffee frappes no salted caramel taste in either frappe. Bitter, no cream on top, couldn’t taste the difference in milk and soya. And no contact number for the costa restaurant. I am very disappointed and unhappy with my order.

Coffee was ok but they gave me the wrong crisps, I ordered the vegan lentil crisps and they gave me cheddar and onion which I can’t eat because it has dairy in it. I ordered vegan crisps on purpose. Frustrating.

Coffee and toasted sandwich were good. Ordered 2 pieces of chocolate cake but store swapped for a lemon cake which had some nuts on the top, would not of minded but I am allergic to any kind nut. Perhaps a refund would have been better if they did not have the product available. A wasted £6.50 as it is going in the bin.

Went in today about 3 o'clock. There was one guy, Asian fella, best coffee I've had at this Costa. 10/10 customer service skills. Store manager, hire more people like that guy! Less like the others.

There were no bubbles in the mango bubble frappe. Which was the whole reason for buying a bubble frappe.

Brilliant customer service from a lovely guy called Ali, he was very friendly and was always smiling. Very impressed .

Friendly customer service took my Vodafone £1 Costa coffe voucher no problems and decent coffe but very lazy staff and the cafe shows this, nearly all the tables were dirty full of trays, dirty cups and rubbish but all 3 of the staff were busy having a catch up and a cigarette outside. Doesn't look good. Must be nice and easy to work at Costa.

Nice little Costa near to Rosehill roundabout. Had a coffee, about a dozen tables, a couple at the front with single sofas. Toilet at the rear. Standard fare. On street parking available. This is the only coffee shop on the street.

Clean, tidy and half empty on my visit, staff polite and helpful.

Though the coffee arrived late it was in great condition-it hadn’t spilt and it was still hot. I was very happy with the coffee.

Large latte cup only 2 thirds filled. This particular establishment always fails to ignore requests for 2 sugars. Why ask? Toastie was the consistency of cardboard. Plenty of tomato but no taste of the alleged cheese.

Nice and clean and friendly staff. The loo was tidy as well.

Won’t be ordering here on weekends anymore. Both only 1/2 full and the one coffee was so strong it’s not drinkable so money wasted. No vanilla syrup as paid for either.

Amazing staff. They were very friendly and had great customer service. Made it feel like home. I came during rush hour and they managed to keep all the customers happy.

Need to stop ordering from here. Asked for a hot caramel latte but a cold one arrived. Nice but not what we ordered. Not sure how they keep messing up lately as before it was the best Costa to order from.

There was nothing left of my drink, the hot and cold drinks were in the same bag. The lids hasn’t been secured and had spilt on the journey. When the delivery lady tried handing what was left to me the whole bag crumbled and the drinks went flying. We both got covered in hot coffee. It made a huge mess on my doorstep. I love this Costa but was really disappointed today. Neither of my drinks were consumable
