Costa Coffee in Birmingham

I pay for a large cappuccino only to end up with half a cup in both cups that is ridiculous how small my coffee is really annoyed won’t be ordering from hear again

Over an hour late for a toastie and chocolate twist and I live a 5 minute drive away. Food was cold on arrival.

Lovely place clean and well organised, staff are wonderful.

Nice environment to chill, relax and have a break. Staff were friendly, was served by Gurvir! Amazing service! Undoubtedly one of the best branches I’ve been to!

Went to this Cafe while on my visit to Birmingham and I must say, it's one the best cafés in the city! The service, the food, the ambience, all top notch👌🏻 Highly recommended.

Friendly, welcoming staff, warm atmosphere, and great coffee and snacks. Free parking too if you're just visiting Costa and not any company's in the building. Excellent!

Have not received my order and that was ordered 1hr 30mins ago and now saying it has been delivered

Have stopped supporting the place - it was closed for the whole of summer even though demand for food, drinks and meeting refreshment does not reduce in that time. Would rather give my money to a place that is reliable and there for the customers not to suit themselves.

The store accepted my order but apparently they don't open on a Sunday, the poor delivery driver has been there twice and had to say he'd collected the order and come to mine to 'drop' it off but it's taken hours of calls back and forth with no way to cancel the order as he was 'at the restaurant' absolutely terrible service by just eat & Costa who have the wrong hours on the app and 'accepted' the order. I've requested refund for the items but no way on the app to get delivery fee back and the driver should be compensated for all the back and forth and missed deliveries he could have done.

Somehow accepted a Just Eat order even though they were closed.

The order it’s wrong I asked for a coconut hazelnut latte but the gave semi skimmed milk or a dairy milk and now I’m having an allergic reaction cause I can’t drink dairy. I want my refund.

My coffee was nice n hot but part of my order was missing

Myself and my 9 year love going to this costa. We went Monday the 17th around dinner time and the 2 lads who I normally get served by were working. And they are brilliant..extremely helpful and polite.. they make my daughter laugh. I wouldn't go to any other costa..

Really good service from costa I thought they would cancel my payment again but didn't as that's what usually happens. And thank you for the driver for not spilling my drink!

New to Costa coffee the staff today was lovely and Denise was really lovely advising me on different milk alternatives definitely will pop in again

I went into costa about a month ago and i was very happy with the service and the attention to detail shown by the staff member .I was back in costa last friday 7th oct and the customer in front of me was just about to pay for his order when the staff member pointed out that he could make a saving if he bought the package as a meal deal which saved him around £1.60.the lady cancelled the original transaction and then redone done the receipt to ensure the customer got his saving this was a lovely touch.I am always impressed by her manner and lovely smiling face.Her name is Julie Callagher i think the Mangerment at costa should know what a wonderful job she does.Keep up the great work

Half the time they cancel the order anyway and the other half they get it wrong!

There was no cookie but they replaced with a brownie which was ok, but there was no brown sugar either :\

Popped in for a quick coffee and some porridge oats after then gym.... It was relatively quite at 9am monday morning.... Friendly staff and great service Lost a star for the dirty spoon

It's what you'd expect really, the only problem is our orders are often wrong, a one off I could let slip but 3 out of 4 times in the last month our order has been wrong, either the actual drink itself or the size (ie, medium instead of large). You never get to see the receipt either, so who knows what you've paid for!
