Costa Coffee in Central Bedfordshire

Walked by on a weekday at 4:55 where they are supposed to be open till 5. Doors were locked and lights were off I would have understood if they said they were closing and didn't have time to serve me. however they should change the time online so customers know not to come just before they close at 5 or it will be closed.

Always busy, friendly staff and they’re always organised and quick!

It's always really cold in here and the parking is a pain. But it's a nice clean place and the staff are always lovely.

Decent coffee shop! Stopped there for an americano, only error I had was they forgot too put the milk in! But other than that it was a cosy vibe ☕

I looked at those feedbacks and I amazed how people can get upset so easily over a coffee. No one is perfect, we all do mistakes right? I know Costa, especially this one is a busy environment and I bet they have a lot of things to do apart from making coffees all day but most of the customers are blind and they only care about themselves. It s sad to see so much criticism and the lack of support from customers I know could get expensive but hey, this is the world we live in 😂 Sad poor world full of sad close minded people

I visited on a Saturday lunchtime. It was steady but there was plenty of space indoors to sit. The service was great; friendly, calm, professional. The place was clean.

Very good costa , with friendly and welcoming staff. Can be busy during the day but do get served quickly.

Went to grovebury Road Costa barista forgot my order serving people who had ordered after me then didnt make my drink very well as he rushed it wasn't a great experience

I was here earlier today. Very Unprofessional Staff. One member of the staff was inside of a bin! I had ordered my drink and sat down and I heard laughing. I looked up for a second and saw that the man at the counter was inside of a bin! Another unruly staff member recording with her phone, who I have seen multiple times outside the Café Vaping and putting her feet on the chairs provided for customers. I personally tend to avoid this Costa specifically as it is prone to have staff that are young and clearly immature. The ONLY good part of this experience was my Drink. I won't be coming to this Costa again.

Good team working well together, the restaurant has just been refurbished with very comfortable seating. Best Costa in Dunstable.

It’s a great place to go for a decent drink if you in a rush back home from work or staying in for a bit, the drinks are well made and the service is fast and reliable, the store and facilities are very well kept, And the staff are friendly and welcoming. 5/5

Was lovely hot chocolate but they got my order wrong

Standard chain Costa, as you would expect. Cleanliness and service is variable depending on staff, can be really good but only if you get the right team! Bit more expensive than local independent coffee shops.

Three weeks without a hot water heater for teas and Americanos. The lost business must be way more than the cost to fix it.

Lady who served me was very polite and helpful. Cake I chose was disappointing as it was so dry.

Great parking on a Sunday and the Coffee shop had plenty of seating.

Spent 10 minutes trying to find it at first. Asked someone in the car park and she told me it’s in NEXT. My drink was prepared quickly and tasted great.

Never like their coffee it's far too strong even if you ask for weaker..only went in as a friend needed a drink..my tea which actually was OK served in a takeaway cup as dishwasher was broke I hate plastic takeaway cups. Wouldn't go to any Costa if I had a choice sorry

Good for a quick coffee and snack

wasn't busy when we walked in had a 15 min wait our order. Whilst waiting several customers brought back wrong orders and cold products. When we received the order it was wrong they changed the hot chocolate aero caramel and then put a mint chocolate on the top so had to change it again. If the staff listened to their customers and tried not to rush the would have less wastage your customers would have to wait less and receive correct orders. My latte was average and overpriced for what it is could of got a cheaper cost and better tasting without the hassle. The Aero Carmel hot chocolate was excellent.

It was okay; service was slow and my drink was cold which isn’t good for a HOT chocolate.

I visited this coffee shop and ordered a hot chocolate medium i was asked if i wanted cream and marshmallows i said yes please I watched the lady prepare my drink she put a tasteless cream on it and closed the lid Less marshmallows and the cream was vile. I womt be fooled in to buy from them again.

Nice coffee, nice staff, shame it's ruined by the amount of flies inside, very hard to enjoy your coffee or food when there's a loads of flies trying to get to your food before you do.

I fancied a coffee and Costa is the place for me. I haven't been to this Costa in ages. We were served quickly and there was space to sit so we drank inside. Not too busy, clean and still loads of space around the tables. I know what to expect from Costa and I never have any complaints.

Been there many times, today just got the 50p deal and quick service too. Usually very overpriced and not quite as personalised feel as rivals Starbucks but thwy are certainly the market leader in the local area.

Staff still trying very hard to please despite the continuing ban on sitting in.

Just take away, this time good. Many times staff talking in their language and ignoring guests.

Why is it impossible to get a hot coffee here, asked for extra hot and get luke warm, verging on cold. Literally had to down it in one before it chilled any further. With social distancing, the queue and the one way system, gave up trying to get to the barista. Never seem to have this problem at other Costas?

Always a bit of a queue here even before restrictions was in place. Clean and fast service

Coffee was tasty, but peoples working very slow.. I was third in the queue and I was waiting 20 minutes until I get a chance to order coffee. And more 10 minutes until they did it for me. Never back again.

My critism is all Costa Coffee shops appear dark and dismall

Tried seasonal hot chocolate , very underwhelming

Good helpful trainee Barista, a variety of milk to choose from, but not the best coffee. Should have some promotions. Such as - Croissant and coffee for £2.50, promote yourselves and get the business.

I ordered a baby chino, but specifically asked for just cold milk. They gave me warm milk. I asked them to change it, and was then given a cup with no lid. I love Costa, but they let me down today.
