I received one parcel, no drink was delivered

Good coffee took a while to be served

I'm just not a fan nothing against them,

It gets busy on a Saturday but the staff do a great job with a smile

Met a friend here for a coffee after work. The shop was busy, and staff were definitely rushed off their feet. However, they remained professional and kept on top of the rush and the cleaning. Nice place for a quick rest bite.

Never received my free item and all was cold

Great larl cafe, lovely cake and coffee after a canoe trip on the river.

Not too keen on the new furniture- not as cosy as the previous furniture. Staff are lovely though

No food but the drinks were really good would go again

It is an extremely busy place, but it has a wonderful, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. There are enough wonderful cakes to tempt anyone's taste buds. I love this place.

Staff are always busy but they always have a smile on their face always polite and helpful as oap we are not all that good on our feet and they bring our order to our table inside or out 10 out ot 10

Called in for a brew and were greeted with very little communication , no customer service and the attitude of cant be bothered . Manners cost nothing .

Always a good coffee served by friendly staff shame in my opinion that the food has gone a bit too expensive for what it is, unfortunately a sign of the times.

frappé are nice, and the toasties but considering the prices, you could buy two for how much they charge?

Very nice coffee staff so friendly. Was actually good to see staff smile and seem happy at work. The place was super clean. The toilets was clean. Can tell the staff take pride in the job. Will definitely recommend this costa outlet as the top 5 in the country. Car parking was plenty and was clean and tide zero rubbish. Good price and brand standards followed by this outlet. Highly recommend.

Specifically to the weekday morning staff - I've regularly called in for my coffee and breakfast here over the last few years. Even when busy the staff here are always friendly, polite and efficient. Clearly very hard workers. Good customer service in the UK is often rare and so it's very welcome to find it here :)

They are the most reliable coffee place in the area only issue I have is they never send straws for the drinks

Coffee and cakes with my wife and our eldest, sat in and had a chat whilst waiting between school drop offs and an appointment. Service was fast, coffees were flavourful and made with care, portion sizes of the cakes was spot on. Couldn't ask for more.

No stars given for food as none ordered, only a cappuccino and latte. Sadly, the latte was not hot, only luke warm at best. A request to replace this was made, which was done by the staff without hesitation. This particular Costa Coffee is a popular choice as clients often also go to neighbouring Aldi to shop and also the adjoining Age Concern charity shop - incidentally and in my view, the best charity shop in the area!...Don't miss out on their many good quality bargains. The day is often finished off by ordering either a Domino's pizza or a visit to The Harvester pub, both on the same shopping complex, or across the road to the War Horse pub. This Costa shop can form part of a day trip out and is worthy of a visit. It attracts visitors from outside of the local area, such as East Lancashire and Merseyside. There is plenty of parking, all free - and allocated disabled spots outside of the Costa shop. The shop is also disabled accessible and with outdoor seating for a sunny or dry day. Public and disabled toilets are available inside. All in all a popular choice and location.

My wife likes to go here when visiting our Grandaughter. Likes the iced teas and fruit coolers.

It's just as expensive as Starbucks but the coffee isn't burnt.

Just popped in for a coffee, we'd just been to Aldi so we're ready for a break.Comfy,warm and just fit the bill

Good place to get a coffee Only issue with this place is as soo as you walk in then you have no phone signal- god knows why!! If you have a costa app make sure you open it prior to going in or it won’t work!!

disappointed with the standard of the coffee making. The machines make a better brew. They can’t make a flat white or cortado. They can only make latte’s.

Ordered a sausage bap and got bacon instead. if I wanted bacon I would have ordered it.

Tables needed cleaning and it wasn't that busy either, Coffee was good and to a strength I liked, did not have any food

Coffee was amazing as usual, but the blueberry muffin was abit stale, not complaining though as service is amazing every single time and this cannot be helped by the staff who are amazing!

Did not receive my order, my address is 23 Whitethorn Close Glayton le Woods Chorley PR6 7UY some how it has come up as 11 Whitethorn Close, and the people there would not take the order, 😳

I asked for black and got white coffees. Even the receipt on the bag says black but they’re white!

Meal was left on wall at my back gate hence a neighbour said and knocked on front door by the time i actually got it was freezing

Ordered breakfast pastries and they sent 3 bacon rolls instead to a vegetarian household. It took around 45 minutes for them to assign a driver and everything arrived cold. Waste of food also.

Incorrect order sent. Refunded the cost of the items, but not delivery cost. Ensure items are marked up and checked fully before making the delivery.
