Friendly staff and delicious coffee & pastries!

Probably our new regular Costa location. Inside is very nice, drinks were lovely and parking is aplenty. Only complaint was the dirty tables scattered about but friendly staff.

Always great whether sitting in or using the drive thru. Brilliant service from Sasha.

I'm convinced prices in this Costa are elevated for some reason. And they always favour drive through customers, so expect to wait longer if you're inside.

Adequate rather slow service but it was busy when it came to my coffee it was done quickly

Came in for a coffee but found several tables had not been cleared after people had left. During my 1/2 hour stay the tables still had not been cleared leaving little room for new customers.

It's a Costa, what more can I say.

I ordered a hot chocolate and got a coffee with chocolate powder and whipped cream on it.

Cant say about atmosphere as i went tgrough drive through, but great staff. 👍

Drinks & Snacks were fine, overpriced but to be expected. What spoiled the experience was The Barista having a bad attitude towards the customers, seemed as though he wasn't happy in his work or being there, his face would have cracked if he'd have smiled and wasn't pleasant at all. It was an effort for him to serve. Puty really as it's put me iff returning in the future, I'll take my business somewhere it's more appreciated and made to feel welcome. Without customers a business will not thrive.

This Costa forms part of garage complex which also has a supermarket, a Greggs and a Subway so I didn't eat there. The cakes etc did look very nice but as always with Costa a little on the pricey side in comparison with the offering available in the garage. But it woukd be a personal preference. The Costa was clean and well presented. It wasn't very busy during our visit which negated any possible issues with there only being one member of staff present. The atmosphere was light and airy and perfect if you wanted to do some work remotely. Great parking outside with electric charging points available. There is also a drive thru.

Standard costa, providing all the usual coffees, cakes and sandwiches. Parking is plentiful and there are outside seats.

Staff were rude and didn't listen when using drive thru, I asked for an additional item only to be told I would have to go back around and queue again. Definitely won't be going back

Alright. Plenty of parking outside. Inside was pleasant and refurbished, but not the cleanest as there aren’t many staff. Food is weirdly expensive (£6 for my toastie which normally costs £5). Toastie was quite cold in the middle so oven can’t be working very well

I ordered a latte and a sandwich last Monday. Superb! (I was very hungry)

Wasn't busy but lots of dirty crockery/trays etc left on tables.

I went in yesterday and ordered what I required. The person serving me who had glasses and tattoos who was arrogant and rude and should not be front facing customers if he cannot engage with the general public and remember I pay your wages and in return I do expect common courtesy, nothing more and nothing less. After reading other reviews on this platform, I see that he's been mentioned before. When I sat down I realised that I was not given any knives. I then went back up to the counter and he totally blanked me however, at least another member of staff dealt with me. (Young Girl). Whoever, is the Manager of the branch, needs to read and reflect what customer's are saying and deal with the on-going issue.

Went here with work colleagues for lunch. Food was lovely. We all ordered something different, didn’t wait long even with some dishes being grilled. I’ve also downloaded the app for points

Typical Costa experience, polite staff , good coffee. Maybe background music was a little loud on my last visit?

Please clear the tables when customers have finished. No free table available without dirty cups on it. Had to take tray of cups to counter myself

Not great for disabled people. Only 2 parking spaces. The door has a disabled button that opens out into the wheelchair as you press! No door assist on the way out. Food and drink typically good Costa quality

Every time we visit this Costa (twice a month) the place is absolutely filthy. I feel sorry for the staff because clearly there are not enough of them to do the counter service, drive through and do thr necessary cleaning. Something needs to change because its awful and has been foe a few months now.

Exceptional customer service at this branch in Penyffordd. The staff go above and beyond to provide a modern, clean & relaxing coffee experience. Very child friendly. Recommend this branch if you’re travelling in this direction.

The location is very handy. The parking is easy & accessible. The staff are exceptional. Some staff remember your face & even your preferences! But all the staff are consistently efficient and personable, giving a warm welcome. This store feels like the coffee shop equivalent of the bar Cheers! for those of us old enough to remember the TV programme!

Called in on our way home from a weekend away, everywhere was clean and tidy

Just had to wait 15min for a coffee. The server was both dismissive, and slightly rude. I asked for a warm almond croissant and was ignored and just given a cold one, it tasted stale and crusty. The coffee took forever to be made and again service with a frown. I shall be avoiding this costa in the future.

Went today through the drive thru, 18/11/23, got soya latte luke warm, mozzarella tomato pannini hard and luke warm, only good thing was the mince pie.

Alisha and Natasha were absolutely fabulous, great people and very friendly and caring. We were Muslims and wanted to pray as we have to pray 5 times a day and they were very accommodating and allowed us to pray inside. They even turned the music down whilst we were praying. May Allah bless them.

Natasha was excellent for her hospitality great spot to get a coffee with drive Thru I highly recommend it

The coffee unfortunately was lukewarm at best but being very British we didn't complain and drank then anyway (in 10 secs!)

What an awesome group of people you have working here, even though we did scare the heck out of a few of the staff members walking in with a prop replica of the Annabelle doll. Awesome coffee, amazing staff.

Costa is a very convenient stop when you're in a hurry and need a reasonably priced coffee and bite to eat. The staff are friendly and professional, too.

A typical Costa. Pleasant interior predictable good food with 2 toilets, one designated for disabilities. Staff seemed to be preoccupied, possibly with prioritising drive-through customers 😕 All ramped access. 2 disability parking bays and 2 EV charging points, though you'll need to carry your own cable.

Like warm over priced coffee, and tea weak.

Stopped off on the way to Harlech. Nice coffee in Costa.

The menu boards that keep changing every few minutes are extremely difficult to read and stressful. It’s difficult to choose a drink because they change too fast. The iced mocha I bought was the worst drink I’ve ever tasted. The coffee was so bitter it was undrinkable. I had asked for hazelnut syrup and this was not included either. The staff don’t acknowledge you when you approach the counter and talk on headsets to drive through which gives a rude impression. The decor and tables are really pleasant but I found the menu too stressful to look. There needs to be a fixed menu to look at to allow people to see it properly.

A good place to stop and grab a coffee on your journey. Stopped for a break and stretch of the legs. Enjoyed a coffee before back on with the journey. Outdoor seating is available.

The person serving gad a he'd set on and was dealing with the drive thru orders as priority and didn't even acknowledge me and the ladies in the que next to me.

Rude lad with glasses in there had ZERO customer service skills! Awful tropical mango frappe I’ve ever had and I have had 6-7 lately as my drink of choice. Not mixed properly so still lumpy ice cream, barely any mango balls and was served with the glass with cream running down it (which I’ve seen them wipe in previous costas)

Friendly staff in a bright, airy cafe.

Been twice now before this review. First time, they forgot syrups in the two lattes we ordered and were still charged. Second time, the coffee tasted foul! They obviously haven't cleaned the group head in between orders as it was completely burnt. I know my coffee and if this place doesn't receive any extra training or some sort of quality control it will fail.

This is new to the area and is a drive through or can park and go in. It's nicely decorated, staff were very pleasant and helpful and food and drink were good. Extra facilities were available such as a sink to rinse your cups or top up your water. Toilets were very clean. Will call again.

Wish I could give zero. I simply asked for a mint hot chocolate and he said we don’t do that I said oh sorry I had one here the week before last when you opened and he replied well no you didn’t cause we never have it so go on what do you want that we actually serve. Sadly this is the store manager sam. As a local resident what a shame. Will not return
