I use this Costa a few times per week for work meetings. The staff al friendly and there’s always space for me to set up my laptop. The wifi was down a while ago which was annoying as I can’t receive mobile signal inside for some reason but this is now sorted.

Always freezing cold when I visit so not the "warm welcome" it says on the wall but some staff very nice & chatty, some seem like they need sleep! Great quality cakes of course but can't re-mortgage my house again!

Great place to get coffee. Prices are higher than mcdonalds but lower than starbucks with a decent variety of drinks. best place to go if you want something cheap and Tasty that isn't just regular coffee. Staff are also really nice and even washed out my cup for me after I was done (I bought my own)

The toast is good and the coffee isn't, unless your idea of coffee is coffee flavoured hot-milk (Robusta beans WTH, this isn't Sicily) the staff are great 😃👍

Although it's been remodeled, what a tip. Front door window broken. Another large window broken. Air conditioning broken. Staff miserable. Can't be bothered being polite, only talking between themselves. Won't go back there again. Sorry

not been since M&S started doing their food, however ive avoided it for a while now, used to easily be able to get a frostino, with a cheese & tomato toastie and a cake for £6, last i went in there, the prices rose over the space of a month and a half, from £6 to £9 for what i wanted, which is daylight robbery, i can buy the ingredients to make that food in tesco for cheaper than that, its often busy and noisy in this costa and the food, whilst absurdly expensive is very good, staff tend to be friendly, though seem underworked, the amount of times there has been a queue out of the door and 3 staff members just standing behind the counter doing nothing, when 1 slaves away trying to keep up with the orders is staggering. i do however like the setting and how the seating areas are arranged here

So many Coffee shops but I constantly go to this one everyday because of the exceptionally helpful polite staff at this store. Always helpful, always cheerful and so very helpful when I want to try something different to try. Absolutely fantastic and I recommend whole heartedly. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Popped in on Sunday with the family for breakfast. Not particularly busy which was good 2 staff on both friendly, polite and efficient. Plenty of choice. Would use again 👍🏻😁

I visited today & the service was outstanding. I came in just before 6 (they close at 6.30) I felt a little bit awkward as I was the only customer & knew they were closing soon, but the server assured me that it was no trouble. I didn’t catch his name unfortunately but he was so friendly & welcoming. Great customer service!

Friendly staff and nice hot drinks. Less busy and cleaner than the other Costa in the centre of town. Close to the beach.

Friendly, helpful service, decent coffee - great vegan options (i think there are 5 different non dairy milk alternatives). I always pay the extra 20p or so for the better coffee as i don't like their standard stuff.

Review russ from appleradio.co.uk says.......its a coffee shop. There are better and cheaper alternatives but each to their own.

the best and my favourite recommendation is a caramel cortado, very strong coffee with a kick of sweet at the end(not the picture)

Wanted to try something different so popped in for a Soya / Dairy free hot chocolate. Oh ma goodness, the server was lovely, she done me a small Alpro hot chocolate with marshmallows and flake with chocolate dusting on top. THE best I've had. Will be coming back, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Thank you.

Standard Costa, although this one seems to be the quieter one of the two in town, so better for a bit of peace.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel good service should get more recognition as people rush to leave bad reviews all the time. I came in last week around 5 and the young man ran away From his sweeping with unneeded guilt and met with me with a lovely smile. He had great manners and was really welcoming; he didn’t hesitate to joke around with me while making my coffee when I usually stand there awkwardly, the drink came a little slower than usual but was more than up to standard. He spoke to me a little more while he was sweeping was nice and consisted wave me out when I left. The small effort made was more than what was needed but made it lovely.

Brilliant customer service by the ladies working today. Children wanted a Fruit Frappé which we buy for them to share. The girl made a suggestion of splitting it into 2 cups to stop squabbling which we considered to be a nice thought! First time anyone in Costa has done this for us....thank you.
