Costa Coffee in Birmingham

We had toasted sandwich and coffee the sandwich needed more fillings and the staff wasn't really bothered with the service

Kids has autism and wanted a paper cup the woman was mean to them and told me to control children her customer service was bad me personally working in the industry I would have provided some crayons or some thing this is part as customer service and also she gave me my Mac and cheese after 10 mins be it was cold 03/09/24 15.46 pm

I love Costa coffee but it's to expensive I have been in there once but never again

Im appalled at the way it came my drink was all over my bag nothing was left in it , the food was inedible and the bag was ripped open with a pool of drink all in the bottom. I’m surprised usually this place is really good.

Located well with easy access to an array of other shops and transport links. Good range of foods and drinks.

Only popped in to buy 2 coffees

Driver had no clue how to get to my house. Phoned me to tell me to go to him instead. Utterly useless.

The drinks and toasties taste amazing, good value for money. I can't remember the name of the person who served me but he was very accommodating of my disabilities and just lovely.

Didn't send all the items ordered and ignored the extras ordered in the drinks. SUPER expensive for bad service. I will be contacting head office as there is no excuse for the laziness.

Forgot most of my items. The customer service in the uk especially in costa is terrible. They never send everything. You realise when you come back here & are treated poorly.

Delivery great, costa quality disappointing unfortunately. Coffee wasn’t very hot although delivery was quick, and the spinach and egg bun/bap was so hard in the middle it looked like it was heated up many times or the bread was totally bad… disappointing

Ordered through Uber and missed out drink and toastie was rock hard couldn’t even get a full refund through Uber as they would only refund me for the missing drink absolute waste of money.

I visit this Costa at least once a week, its the best one by far! Andre is very friendly always happy and helpful and he remembers my order every-time.

Food was dry with no sauce and the bag used for delivery was ripped causing my hot chocolate to be spilt. Can't be bothered to help customers at all. Expensive for rubbish food and rubbish service

Cake was lovely, but what happened to the strawberry and cream frappe? It just tastes of banana.

Was stone cold over cooked and hot chocolate was every where

I order from here regularly but today was a complete miss. We couldn’t even have our drinks as they tasted disgusting. Like watery coffee. They were also packaged quite poorly, they arrived with the lids not attached properly and no straws were included. Very disappointed.

Was served by Kara and another staff member today, I didn’t get his name! But you were both lovely, friendly and chatty, made me laugh. Made the experience! Great vibe inside the shop and it’s down to these two. Will deffo be coming back, thankyou!

Drinks were lovely. they forgot the straw for the frappè so that was a bit messy, and they didn’t read the comment box. But it was all fresh and nice so will definitely order again

Love the hot chocolate here! It always looks clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and make the drinks as quickly as they can. Often find myself popping in when I'm nearby and get that hot choc craving 😊

Took an age to get served for one latte and one tea. Ordered toast which when it came was cold and rock hard. Disappointed

2 of our order didn’t come and two dropped out of the drivers bag. So we ended up with no drinks and it spilled onto me. The driver couldn’t do anything as the bag broke.

£6.10 for 2 slices of banana cake and 1 of them was clearly the first slice cut of the loaf as it was as dry as a bone!! sort it out costa .if ur guna charge the earth at least make sure its not yesterday's leftovers!!! smdh!

One of the poeple serving me at Costa was quite tall and abit shy is an outstanding worker and has amazing customer service and the drink was absolutely brilliant and gave me more caramel and toffee bits I also asked him to make it as sweet as possible what I asked for (which most workers don't) but he was exceptional and I will most definitely be coming back again !!

Got the drinks order wrong meaning neither of us could have the drink due to dietary requirements. Vegan option food wasn't labelled. Bread on bap was incredibly chewy. Won't be ordering again, especially not for the price you pay.

Ordered white chocolate with coconut milk and whatever it was it was not coconut milk. It ended up down the drain total waste of money 😞

Lovely staff, very friendly, but making strong coffee, when you ask for latte its not really latte as its very strong. Not milky at all.

Awful, ordered a hot chicken fajita and a caramel iced frappe, which were put together in the same bag, so ended up with a cold Fajita and a sloppy mess of a frappe, deaming both unedible. (guys, seriously you need to read about food safety standards!) So not wanting to get Ecoli, Salmonella etc. it went in the bin, and requested a refund.

My daughter bought her brother a cup of filter coffee with non suger free caramel 1 simple syrup 1 splash cold semi skimmed milk. Tasted like hot water poured over soil.Wheres the syrup? I tasted it.It was disgusting.I can truelly say its one of the worse coffees I have ever had sips from.They didn't have to wait long for delivery.Person who delivered it was nice. I was shocked as I thought it would taste good nope........Ha....this was bought from Starbucks and I am leaving it Ha will anyone notice my Starbucks cup I've photographed of putrid coffee

Cake melted into the coffee, I ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich and it was black inside and smelt funny with the odd crisp in it.

This has to be the best costa in the West Midlands, The staff are fantastic the customer service second to none,Sharon,Aline,Lily,Beth and Andre all very polite. Would definitely recommend 👌

This is NOT what I ordered! I am not vegan I do not like vegan cheese or vegan dairy substitutes! This was a waste of money! Had I known it was vegan I would NOT have water my time or Money!!

I ordered 4 almond slices on just eat, only two arrived. Can't reach on the phone. Useless. Not impressed

Completely wrong order delivered

One of the worst Costa coffees have been to. First thing I was asked is 'eat in or take away' I did a double check that I had not walked into McDonald's by mistake! I actually just wanted drinks, I have to be honest it was like being in a transport cafe, the girls behind counter very loud. I usually like going into Costa as usually really nice staff etc, I will avoid this one though in future, must have struggled to get decent staff.

All good with restaurant, delivery driver was very rude, slammed my food and drinks down in my garden outside my gate, my son had to ask her to put it in the porch, as she was leaving she left my gate wide open, when my son called her back to close the gate she was very arrogant and rude, when I opened up my delivery the hot chocolate had spilled over, getting my hands and duvet covered in it, puts me off ordering because of the delivery drivers 😡😡

Service very slow, staff more interested in chatting, long queue as a result food and coffee good as usual always consistent, that's what I like most, toilet had a key code, presumably to stop non customers using it, notice on toilet door said to get the number off your receipt, I was pretty desperate by the time we finally got served and then couldn't find a number on the receipt so asked the assistant who casually told me the number so I had waited for nothing, not the best experience I've had at Costa....maybe it was just Northfield !!!!
