Costa in Pembrokeshire

me and my friend went in for a hot chocolate and went to toilet and my friend waited for me and then i came out and the man working asked me what i was doing and shouting at me to get out of the toilet when i said i was using the toilet and when i went back to get my phone as i left it there when he was rushing me to get out he shouted at me again. so rude! someone who is like that should not be working! its absolutely shocking. im just 16 getting shoutrd at because i used a toilet after going for a drink

Costa is normally my coffee shop of choice. However, I was extremely disappointed in this particular Costa. The staff were not at all friendly and the inteior was extremely drab and depressing. I very much doubt if I will visit again unless it improved dramatically
