Great facilities and great people to deal with

The vibe was not very welcoming when I visited.

Loads of business' here abd a cordial eating and meeting place

Nice place for high-end target shops and professionals .....accountants, dentists, and cafe.

Various small businesses are here and an excellent cafe ideal for meeting people and they also have a meeting room for larger groups.

A nice meeting room attached to a cafe.

We stopped off to use the cafe which was very pleasant. The food was very good and freshly made. An unusual setting but plenty of parking.

Went to one of the company's on the site to collect materials for a project and found them to be very help.

What an incredible and bitterly disappointing experience with this outfit. We called the business park today to ask for details about certain business facilities we were interested in using. Our call was answered by a lady who seemed a little uneasy and quite unable to deal with our enquiry. Without any explanation she then had a conversation with somebody near to her that we could only just hear but caught the words "meeting" and "later," without any further word to us or any courtesy the phone was put down. Thinking that the lady concerned may have been having a bad day or simply made a mistake we called again, this time the telephone was answered by a male, we made exactly the same enquiry as sixty seconds previously and the answer given was as follows. "We're having a meeting, call back in an hour" the phone was then put down again. Well we tried, I'm not used to having the telephone put down on me twice in the space of two minutes and would not recommend it as a way of encouraging new clients to come and see what you can offer to their business. In fact any such behaviour would only damage our own business so we cannot afford to take the risk of having our own clients treated in such a rude, offhand and dismissive manner. The team there need to realise that public and client relations matter and if a meeting is not to be interrupted then getting somebody else to answer the telephone in an appropriate, courteous and engaging manner is paramount in todays business environment. The businesses on this park may all be exemplary, I have only dealt with one or two, but the team running the park itself presented a very shoddy picture of themselves today and I cannot recommend dealing with them at all, especially with so many other business premises available in the Cambridge area.

Probably the best business Park in Cambridge

Goog parking lot with lots of spaces, warm and nice coffee, good organisation of offices.

Really nice place with lots of interesting company and companies, coffee shop is fairly priced and pleasant. Nice rural location in a convenient place for commuting if you live in South Cambridge. Certainly easy if you have a car.

Very good business park just a few minutes drive from the centre of Cambridge and with easy access out to the A11/A14 and M11. The owner Robert Todd does a great job of looking after his tenants and making sure they are happy. Flexible lease terms, internal repairing leases and plenty of car parking so little to worry about for a tenant.
