Customer service isn't always the best. The staff seem to force the meal deal offer upon you and insist you get your sandwich out the fridge as it seems they have a phobia to making up fresh ones.

Very nice shop, friendly staff. Lots of lovely cakes, hot cross buns and savoury items to buy.

Bad hygiene not washing hands after touching everyone else’s different foods, ordered a sausage bap and the roll was to small for the food literally fell apart soon we took it out the packaging all over the floor of my truck.

Just watched a lady make my breakfast roll bare hands then put a glove on to add mushrooms after my roll has been mauled. I payed and told them to throw the roll in the bin. Expect better hygiene than this. New covid strains about all the time. Touching money then food is not a meal I want. Either better training or dont be so lazy when the company supply gloves, Put them on.

Very disappointing. None of the bakes or pasties are hot, they're just full of cold congealed gloop. The bread products are all in plastic packaging rather than baked fresh on site which is disappointing as this is a village bakery. The scones also aren't actually scones -the recipe has no butter in. Their "scones" are just a sweet bread with fruit in Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this place

Was ok, no salad cream as I was asked and bun not great but like i say ok for fast food

Just had a breakfast bap as advert in window looked appealing, I was asked if I want whole meal or white , I opted for whole meal, the sausage and bacon was cold and although I was given an option the lady gave me white any way

Passing through town yesterday I took advantage of their meal deal and was made the best bacon sandwich I have ever tasted. The coffee was good too and the price very reasonable.

Brilliant friendly and accommodating staff. I ordered a lot of food from here for my anniversary and they couldn't help enough! All at reasonable costs.

There is a nicer bakery in town. The sandwiches are great but cakes pretty poor. Some of the staff are lovely, some quite rude. Mediocre.

The sausage sandwiches here are ok. However, my old chum Thomas Grantham (who is a big time equine dentist) pointed me in the direction of Ulceby Cross Spar shop. Now they do one mean sausage sandwich I can tell you. So the take home message is, if you want to find a nice sausage sandwich, ask your local equine dentist. Or go to Ulceby Cross. Or, if you are too idle to drive to Ulceby Cross, get one from here, they are ok.
